The working principle of the invention is as follows:

further, referring to fig. 1-6 of the specification, the power is transmitted through the two-track belt pulley 33 and the belt 20 to drive the three belt pulley 34 to rotate, thereby driving the first rotating shaft 24 and the first gear 26 to rotate, further driving the second gear 27 and the second rotating shaft 25 to rotate, further driving the disc 28 to rotate and pulling or pushing the pull rod 30 to move, thereby driving the connecting frame 31 to move synchronously, the connecting frame 31 pulls or pushes the sliding rod 36 and the supporting rod 39, the sliding rod 36 drives the baffle 37 to move synchronously, further the baffle 37 closes and opens the intermittent feed opening 38, so that the fertilizer falls down, the blockage is avoided, meanwhile, the supporting rod 39 drives the frame 40 to move back and forth, the frame 40 drives the stirring component 41 to move synchronously, the movement can be simultaneously subjected to the resistance effect generated by the medicament, thereby the stirring component 41 rotates, further the medicament is stirred, and the liquid medicine inside the stirring component is uniformly distributed, the use effect is better.
