Abstract

本申请公开了一种基于星历信息的服务小区重选方法、装置以及存储介质,其方法包括:获取卫星星历信息,根据卫星星历信息确定当前所在服务小区的至少一个相邻小区;在检测到需要进行服务小区重选时从至少一个相邻小区中选取第一目标服务小区进行小区重选。本方案利用卫星星历信息能用于精确计算、预测、描绘、跟踪卫星/飞行体的时间、位置、速度等运行状态的特性,来确定当前或接下来为服务小区提供服务的卫星,从而进一步确定当前所在服务小区的至少一个相邻小区,即使在卫星高速移动、网络拓扑快速变化的情况下,也能保证用户终端在需要进行小区重选时,从相邻小区中重选出的小区能有效的为用户终端提供较好的通信服务、避免不必要的小区重选。
