Description

Closed container
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a sealed container for storing various stored products, particularly foods.
Background
In a container for storing food, sugar, salt, and other granular seasonings, a seal made of an elastic material is generally disposed between a container body and a lid because the container is required to have a hermetic seal for maintaining the quality of the food and the like. However, when the sealing property is intended to be secured, the fitting between the container body and the lid body becomes tight, and the fingers put on the lid body slip and are difficult to open.
In view of this, there has been proposed a product of a constitution in which a lid body is pivotally connected to a container main body and a lever is pressed to be opened. Such as the container shown in fig. 12. Fig. 12 shows (a) a closed state of the container in which the lid body 2 is fitted to the upper opening of the container body 1, and (b) an open state in which the lid body 2 stands and the upper opening is open.
As shown in fig. 12, the container is a container in which a lid body 2 pivotally connected to a base end (proximal front) of a container body 1 of the lid body 2 is opened in one touch by gripping a handle 3 and pressing a lever 4 downward. However, in this configuration, in order to always maintain the open-lid state when taking out the stored items, the lever 4 must be continuously pressed down, and since the lid body 2 is opened by rising to the near side, there is an inconvenience that the lid body 2 obstructs the taking-out operation.
As a countermeasure against this problem, the following proposals have been made.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
Both the invention "openable and closable container" of patent document 1 and the invention "one-touch opening and closing lid" of patent document 2 are inventions in which a lid body pivoted to the front end side (far side) of a container main body is opened by an elastic force by operating a near-side lever as a base end, and the opening and closing are easy and an open state can be maintained. However, since the structure for imparting the elastic force is complicated, there is a disadvantage that it is difficult to clean and maintain the container for storing food, which is necessary to maintain cleanliness.
The present disclosure provides a sealed container which can ensure sealing performance, has a simple structure, is easy to open and close, and is easy to take out stored articles.
Means for solving the problems
Embodiment 1 of the present disclosure is a sealed container including: a container body; a cover pivotally connected to a front end of the container body to be openable and closable; and an annular elastic frame body, wherein an elastic tongue piece is integrally provided at a front end portion of the elastic frame body which is tightly fitted into an upper portion of the container body, and the elastic tongue piece is fitted into and locked to a notch portion provided at a front end of the upper portion of the container body and elastically deformed inward in a U-shape in a closed state.
Embodiment 2 of the closed container of the present disclosure is configured as follows: in embodiment 1, the container body is integrally provided with a separate upper part and a separate lower part detachably via a sealing member, the elastic frame is tightly fitted into the upper part of the container body, and a lower end of a short tube provided on an inner surface of the lid body is tightly in contact with the elastic frame in a closed state.
Embodiment 3 of the closed container of the present disclosure is configured as follows: it is characterized by comprising: a container body; a cover pivotally connected to a front end of the container body to be openable and closable; and an annular elastic frame body which is tightly fitted to the outer periphery of a short tube provided on the inner surface of the lid body, and a front end portion of the elastic frame body which is tightly fitted into the upper portion of the container body in a closed lid state, wherein an elastic tongue piece is integrally provided, the elastic tongue piece is fitted and locked into a notch portion provided at the upper end of the front end of the container body, and is elastically deformed inward into a U shape in the closed lid state.
In addition, embodiment 4 of the above-described sealed container is configured as follows: in embodiment 1 or 3, a stopper portion for elastically contacting the front end surface of the lid body in the lid-opened state is provided on the outer surface of the elastic tongue piece in a bulged manner.
In addition, embodiment 5 of the above-described sealed container is configured as follows: in embodiment 1 or 3, a lever is rotatably provided at the upper end of the base end of the container main body, and the tip end of the lever is locked to the inner surface of the base end of the lid body in the closed state.
Effects of the invention
According to embodiment 1 of the closed container of the present disclosure, when the lid is opened from the closed state, the elastic tongue piece of the frame made of an elastic material that is elastically deformed in a U shape inward in the notch portion at the upper end of the front end of the container main body in the closed state is elastically restored, and the lid can be opened by the elastic force of the elastic tongue piece, so that the lid can be easily opened.
Here, since the elastic tongue piece for opening the lid is provided integrally with the front end portion of the elastic material frame, the number of components can be reduced.
According to embodiment 2 of the present disclosure, in the container main body, the upper part and the lower part of the separate body are detachably provided integrally with each other via the sealing member, the elastic material frame is tightly fitted into the upper part of the container main body, and the lower end of the short tube provided on the inner surface of the lid body is tightly contacted with the elastic material frame in the closed state, so that the container main body can be reliably sealed.
According to embodiment 3 of the present disclosure, in a closed lid state of a lid body pivotally connected to a container main body so as to be openable and closable, an outer peripheral surface of a frame body made of an elastic material attached to an outer portion of a short tube provided on an inner surface of the lid body is brought into close contact with an inner surface of an upper portion of the container main body, whereby the container main body can be reliably sealed.
When the proximal end of the lid body, which is the near side, is pushed upward in the closed state, the contact between the inner surface of the upper portion of the container main body and the outer peripheral surface of the elastic material frame is released, and therefore, the elastic tongue piece of the elastic material frame, which is originally elastically deformed inward in the U shape in the notch portion at the upper end of the front end of the container main body, is elastically restored, and the lid body is opened by the elastic force thereof.
In addition, according to embodiment 4 of the above-described closed container, a stopper is provided so as to bulge out on the outer surface of the elastic tongue piece, and the front end surface of the lid body is elastically brought into contact with the stopper in the lid-opened state, so that further lid-opening rotation is prevented. That is, the lid body can smoothly and smoothly perform the lid opening operation up to the predetermined opening amount by the elastic force of the elastic tongue piece.
Further, according to embodiment 5 of the above-described closed container, since the tip end portion of the lever pivotally connected to the outer surface of the base end upper end of the container main body in a rotatable manner is in surface contact with the inner surface of the base end portion of the lid body in the closed state, the lid body in the closed state can be simply pushed upward by rotating the tip end portion of the lever so as to be pushed downward.
Therefore, according to the embodiments of the hermetic container of the present disclosure, the opening and closing operation is smoothly and easily performed while the hermetic sealing of the container is reliably achieved, and a number of excellent operational effects are exerted, such as easy handling and economy due to the few components, easy cleaning due to the ability to be disassembled, and the like.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present disclosure are explained.
Fig. 1 to 7 are explanatory views of the closed casing according to embodiment 1.
Fig. 1 shows an exploded perspective view of a closed container. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the closed container, and fig. 2 (a) shows an exploded opened state, and fig. 2 (b) shows an assembled opened state. Fig. 3 shows a closed state of the closed container, fig. 3 (a) shows a perspective view, and fig. 3 (b) shows a central sectional view. Fig. 4 is a central sectional view of the closed vessel in an uncapped state. Fig. 5 is a partially enlarged sectional view of a closed lid state, fig. 6 is a partially enlarged sectional view of an opened lid state, and fig. 7 is a partially explanatory view.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the closed container includes: a container body 10; a lid 20 pivotally connected to the front end of the container body 10 to be openable and closable; and a ring-shaped frame 30 made of an elastic material and tightly fitted to the outer periphery of the short tube 21 provided on the inner surface of the lid body 20.
A notch 11 is provided at the upper end of the front end of container body 10. An elastic tongue piece 31 is integrally provided at the distal end portion of the elastic material frame 30, and the elastic tongue piece 31 is fitted into and locked to the notch portion 11 and elastically deformed inward in a U shape in a closed state.
A stopper 32 (see fig. 1 and 3) for elastically contacting the front end surface of the lid body 20 in the lid-opened state is protruded on the outer surface of the elastic tongue piece 31.
A lever 40 is pivotally connected to an outer surface of the proximal end upper end of the container body 10 so as to be rotatable, and a distal end portion of the lever 40 is in surface contact with an inner surface of the proximal end portion of the lid body 20 in a closed state (see fig. 2 to 4).
As shown in fig. 3 to 4, in the closed container, a container body 10 made of synthetic resin for containing food, sugar, salt, and other powdery seasoning has a bottomed tubular shape in which a bottom wall 13 is provided continuously to a lower end of a tubular wall 12, and has a substantially rectangular shape in which a base end side and a tip end side are short sides in a plan view.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, a handle 14 is provided in series with a proximal end surface, which is a near side corresponding to a short side of the cylindrical wall 12. An insertion recess 15 is cut in the center of the upper end of the base end. A shaft pin 16 is integrally provided in the lateral direction on the upper end surface of the handle 14 corresponding to the insertion recess 15.
The cutout portion 11 is provided at the distal side corresponding to the short side of the cylinder wall 12, that is, at the distal end upper end, as described above, opposite to the insertion recess 15, but a pair of fins (blades) 17 are provided so as to protrude from the outer surface of the cylinder wall 12 at both ends of the cutout portion 11, and the bottom surface portion of the cutout portion 11 extends and protrudes between the lower ends of the two fins 17 to form a brim shape (see fig. 1, 4, and fig. 7 (b)).
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the lid 20 made of synthetic resin is in the form of a flat plate mounted on the upper end of the container body 10, and as described above, the inner surface thereof is provided with the short tube 21 which is loosely fitted into the container body 10 in the closed state.
As shown in fig. 3 and 7 (a), an assembly wall 22 is provided at the distal end side of the lid body 20 so as to hang over the distal end of the container body 10, and an assembly recess 23 is provided at the center of the assembly wall 22.
Therefore, the container body 10 and the lid body 20 are assembled to be openable and closable by pivotally connecting the end surfaces of the assembly recess 23 of the lid body 20 and the flaps 17 by fitting the end surfaces of the assembly recess 23 into the outer surfaces of the pair of flaps 17 of the container body 10 so as to be in surface contact with each other (not shown) (see fig. 3 a and 5 b).
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 4, the elastic material frame 30 is formed of an elastic member such as silicon, and is in a ring shape that is tightly fitted into the outer periphery of the short tube 21 provided on the inner surface of the lid body 20, and a protrusion 33 is provided around the outer periphery of the elastic material frame 30. In the closed state, the outer peripheral surface of the protrusion 33 is in close contact with the inner surface of the upper portion of the container body 10 to maintain the sealed state, but the protrusion 33 is elastically deformed to a moderate degree during opening and closing, thereby ensuring the smoothness of the opening and closing operation and achieving the sealing property (see fig. 3 and 5).
As described above, the elastic tongue piece 31 is integrally provided at the distal end of the elastic material frame 30 so as to extend and protrude. In a state where the container body 10 and the lid body 20 are pivotally assembled by closely fitting the frame body 30 made of an elastic material into the outer periphery of the short tube 21 of the lid body 20, the tip end portion of the elastic tongue piece 31 is fitted into and locked in the brim-like cutout portion 11 of the tube wall 12 of the container body 10, and the tip end portion is elastically bent toward the base end of the container body 10 (see fig. 5 b and 6 b). Therefore, in the closed state, as shown in fig. 5 (b), the elastic tongue piece 31 is elastically deformed inward into a U-shape.
When the proximal end portion of the lid body 20 is pushed upward and the close contact with the container body 10 is released, the elastic tongue piece 31 is elastically restored to be opened. In this case, a stopper 32 is provided on the outer surface of the elastic tongue piece 31 so as to prevent the lid body 20 from being opened excessively (to achieve an appropriate lid-opening posture). That is, in the lid-opened state, the distal end surface of the lid body 20 elastically contacts the stopper 32 (see fig. 6 (b)). In order to make the elastic contact gentle and also have cushioning properties, the distal end surface of the lid body 20 may be a tapered wall 24 (see fig. 5 (b) and 7 (a)).
As shown in fig. 1, 4, 5 (a) and 6 (a), a lever 40 pivotally connected to the outer surface of the upper end of the base end of the container body 10 so as to be rotatable is configured such that a thin push-up portion 42 is provided continuously via a step at the tip end of a push-down portion 41 pivotally supported by both ends of the shaft pin 16 of the container body 10.
The push-up portion 42 is inserted into an insertion recess 15 cut in the center of the proximal end upper end of the cylindrical wall 12 of the container body 10, and is in surface contact with the inner surface of the proximal end of the lid body 20 in the closed state (see fig. 5 (a)).
Therefore, if the pressing portion 41 is pressed downward and the pressing portion 41 is rotated in the closed state, the pushing-up portion 42 pushes up the base end portion of the lid body 20, and the lid body 20 is opened (see fig. 2 (b), 4, and 6 (a)).
Embodiment 2 of the closed casing of the present disclosure will be described.
Fig. 8 and 9 are a perspective view and an exploded perspective view illustrating a closed container according to embodiment 2, and fig. 10 and 11 are central sectional views illustrating a closed state and an opened state of the closed container.
The sealed container of embodiment 2 is configured to include: a container body 100; a lid 120 pivotally connected to the front end of the container body 100 to be openable and closable; a short cylinder 121 disposed on an inner surface of the cover 120; and a ring-shaped frame 130 made of an elastic material.
The upper portion 110 and the lower portion 105 of the container body 100 are detachably provided integrally with each other via a seal 108. The seal 108 may be made of the same or different material as the elastic material frame 130, as long as it is made of an elastic material that seals the space between the upper portion 110 and the lower portion 105.
The elastic frame 130 is tightly fitted into the upper part 110 of the container body, and in the closed state, the lower end of the short tube 121 provided on the inner surface of the lid body 120 is tightly contacted with the upper surface of the elastic frame 130.
A notch 111 is provided at the upper end of the front end of the upper portion 110 of the container main body 100. An elastic tongue piece 131 is integrally provided at the distal end portion of the elastic material frame body 130, and the elastic tongue piece 131 is fitted into and locked to the notch portion 111 and elastically deformed inward in a U shape in a closed state.
A stopper 132 (see fig. 10 and 11) for elastically contacting the front end surface of the lid body 120 in the lid-opened state is protruded on the outer surface of the elastic tongue piece 131.
A lever 140 is swingably provided on an outer surface of a proximal end upper end of the upper portion 110 of the container main body 100, and a distal end portion of the lever 140 engages with an inner surface of a proximal end portion of the lid body 120 in a closed state (see fig. 10 to 11).
As shown in fig. 8, in the sealed container, the container body 100 made of synthetic resin for containing food, sugar, salt, and other powdery seasoning is a bottomed cylindrical shape having a bottom wall 113 provided continuously to a lower end of a cylindrical wall 112, and has a substantially rectangular shape having a base end side and a tip end side as short sides in a plan view.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, an insertion recess 115 is cut in a front side corresponding to a short side of the cylindrical wall 112 of the container main body 100, that is, in a central portion of a proximal end upper end of the upper portion 110. A rod 140 is disposed in the insertion recess 115. Although not shown, the rod 140 is integrally formed with the upper portion 110 via a thin plate.
The cutout portion 111 is provided at the distal side corresponding to the short side of the cylindrical wall 112, that is, at the distal end upper end, as described above, opposite to the insertion recess portion 115.
Further, a lever 140 disposed in the insertion recess 115 is provided swingably at the base end and the upper end of the upper portion 110. A wall portion with a projection 140a is formed to hang down from the base end portion of the lid body 120, and a recess 140b (see fig. 10 and 11) for locking the projection 140a of the lid body 120 in a closed state is formed in the lever 140.
When the lever 140 is pressed downward in the closed state, the protrusion 140a and the recess 140b are disengaged from each other, and the lid 120 is opened by the elastic force of the elastic tongue piece 131. On the contrary, the structure is as follows in the uncapped state: the lid body 120 is closed against the elastic force of the elastic tongue piece 131, and the protrusion 140a is locked to the recess 140b to reliably maintain the closed state. The locking structure is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made by reversing the projection and the recess or providing other structures.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the transparent synthetic resin cover 120 is a cover that is mounted on the upper end of the upper part 110 of the container body 100 and has a flat plate shape in plan view corresponding to the container body 100. A short tube 121 is provided on the inner surface of the lid body 120, which is loosely fitted into the container body 100 in the closed state, and which abuts against the elastic frame body to be in close contact with the elastic frame body.
Therefore, the upper portion 110 of the container body and the lid 120 are pivotally connected to each other by fitting an assembly portion (not shown) on the distal end side of the lid 120 into the notch portion 111 of the upper portion 110 of the container body 100 and appropriately axially coupling (not shown) an end face of the assembly portion to an inner wall of the notch portion 111. Furthermore, the tapered wall 124 extends adjacent to the assembly.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the frame 130 made of an elastic material is formed of an elastic member such as silicon, and is in a ring shape that is tightly fitted into the inner periphery of the upper portion 110 of the container body 100. Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a locking wall 110a having an L-shaped cross section is formed to protrude inward over the entire inner circumference of the upper portion 110, and the locking wall 110a is fitted into a groove 135 on the outer circumference of the elastic material frame 130 to prevent the locking wall from coming off.
In the closed state, the lower end of the short tube 121 of the lid 120 is in close contact with the upper surface of the elastic material frame 130, and the closed state is maintained.
As described above, the elastic tongue piece 131 is integrally provided at the distal end of the elastic material frame 130 so as to extend and protrude. In a state where the container body 100 and the lid 120 are pivotally assembled by tightly fitting the elastic material frame 130 into the inner periphery of the upper portion 110 of the container body 100, the tip end portion of the elastic tongue piece 131 is fitted into and locked in the notch portion 111 of the upper portion 110 of the container body 100, and the tip end portion is elastically bent in the proximal direction of the container body 100 (see fig. 8 and 10). Therefore, in the closed state, as can be seen from fig. 10, the elastic tongue piece 131 is elastically deformed inward in a U shape.
When the proximal end of the lid 120 is pushed upward by the lever 140 and the contact with the upper part 110 of the container body 100 is released, the elastic tongue piece 131 is elastically restored, and the lid-opened state is achieved as shown in fig. 11. In this case, stopper 132 is provided on the outer surface of elastic tongue piece 131 so as to prevent lid body 120 from being opened excessively (to achieve an appropriate lid-opening posture).
That is, in the open state, the front end surface of the lid body 120 elastically contacts the stopper 132 (see fig. 11). In order to make the elastic contact gentle and also have cushioning properties, the front end surface of the lid body 120 may be provided with a tapered wall 124.
In the above description, the closed containers of embodiment 1 and embodiment 2 of the present disclosure have been described, but various modifications can be made within the scope of the present disclosure. That is, the closed container of the present disclosure may have a shape other than a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view as long as the container body is a bottomed cylindrical shape. For example, the container body may have various shapes such as a substantially square shape, a substantially polygonal shape, a substantially circular shape, a substantially elliptical shape, an irregular shape, a shape in which the upper end and the lower end are different, or a side wall provided with irregularities.
Industrial applicability of the invention
The closed container of the present disclosure can be used to store various kinds of stored materials in addition to food.
