In the above-described operating environment, the present application provides a communication method as shown in fig. 3. Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the communication method of the embodiment of the present invention is applied to a server, and includes:
s301, receiving a feedback message returned by the first terminal, and acquiring an identification code of the first terminal, wherein the feedback message is a feedback message of a message sent by the first terminal aiming at the second terminal.
Specifically, the second terminal may be a terminal that initiates a short message, for example, may be an enterprise terminal that sends a service short message, the first terminal may be a terminal that receives a short message, for example, may be a mobile phone of a personal user that receives a service short message sent by the enterprise terminal, and the identification code of the first terminal may be a mobile phone number of the user.
One second terminal may initiate a message to a plurality of first terminals, and after receiving the message sent by the second terminal, the first terminal may send a feedback message to the second terminal, for example, the second terminal sends a satisfaction survey report to the first terminal, where the feedback message of the first terminal may be a satisfaction result or an unsubscribe message.
When the first terminals send the feedback messages to the second terminals, the feedback messages are sent to the server, the server sends the feedback messages of the first terminals to the corresponding second terminals, and the server can be cloud service.
In order to determine to which second terminal the feedback message is sent when receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal, optionally, in the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention, before receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal, the method further includes: receiving a message sent by a second terminal to a first terminal, and acquiring an identification code of the first terminal; generating a second identification code corresponding to the second terminal and a first identification code corresponding to the first terminal, and establishing an association relation between each first identification code and the corresponding second identification code; the first identification code, the second identification code and the association relation are stored.
Optionally, in the communication method of the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal, the method further includes: determining a target third terminal from the candidate third terminals; and sending the message sent by the second terminal to a gateway corresponding to the target third terminal, and sending the message to the first terminal through the gateway.
Specifically, the third terminal may be a base station of the operator, and when the second terminal sends the message to the first terminal, the message is submitted to the server, and then the server matches the most suitable operator according to the intelligent scheduling system of the system and sends the message to the gateway of the operator, and the operator sends the message to the first terminal.
It should be noted that, in the case that the enterprise terminal sends a short message to the personal user terminal and the personal user terminal replies to the short message, mutual identification is not supported between the enterprise terminal and the personal user terminal, and for the first terminal with uplink reply, if the country operator does not support uplink reply, the holding user of the first terminal has no way to unsubscribe or reply to other contents.
Therefore, under the condition that the server receives the message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal, a unique second identification code is generated for the second terminal, meanwhile, a first identification code corresponding to the identification code is generated for the first terminal which sends the message to the second terminal, namely, the first identification code corresponding to the identification code is generated for the first terminal, and an association message between the second identification code and the first identification code is established, so that when the feedback message of the first terminal is received, the second terminal corresponding to the first terminal is determined through the association relation between the first identification code and the second identification code.
Specifically, when the server generates a unique second identification code for the second terminal, when receiving a message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal, the server may apply for a second identification code for the second terminal in real time, or apply for a batch of second identification codes in advance and store the second identification code in the data pool, and when receiving a message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal, assign a second identification in the data pool to the second terminal.
When the server generates the first identification code for the first terminal that sends the message to the second terminal, the 3-6 bit spreading code may be randomly generated, and the spreading code may be used as the first identification code of the first terminal, that is, the first identification code corresponding to the identification code of the first terminal.
In addition, the first identification code of the first terminal and the second identification code corresponding to the second terminal can be combined to obtain a customized code, wherein the customized code is a unique number corresponding to the identification code of the first terminal, and the customized code comprises an association relationship between the first identification code and the corresponding second identification code.
Through the embodiment, the operator in a region/country does not support to directly acquire the online reply message through the internet link, the identification code of the first terminal and the first identification code of the first terminal can be matched in the server, and then the first identification code of the first terminal and the second identification code of the second terminal are matched, so that the first terminal and the second terminal are matched, the feedback message of the first terminal and the second terminal to be sent to the feedback message are matched, the link of the operator is bypassed, and the sending of the feedback message is realized.
S302, matching the identification code with a plurality of stored first identification codes to obtain target first identification codes matched with the identification codes, wherein the first identification codes are used for identifying the first terminal.
Specifically, when the server receives the message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal, that is, before receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal and acquiring the identification code of the first terminal, the server has generated the second identification code of the second terminal and the first identification code corresponding to the first terminal, a plurality of first identification codes are stored in the server, and after receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal and acquiring the identification code of the first terminal, the server can traverse the stored plurality of first identification codes and acquire the first identification code corresponding to the identification code of the first terminal.
S303, determining a second identification code associated with the target first identification code to obtain a target second identification code, wherein the second identification code is used for identifying the second terminal.
Specifically, the server generates the second identification code of the second terminal and the first identification code corresponding to the first terminal, and simultaneously establishes an association relationship between each first identification code and the corresponding second identification code, and when acquiring the first identification code corresponding to the identification code of the first terminal, the server can acquire the second identification code associated with the first identification code, namely the target second identification code, according to the association relationship, so as to acquire the second terminal corresponding to the first terminal.
For example, after the second identification code of the second terminal and the first identification code corresponding to the first terminal are generated, the first identification code of the first terminal and the second identification code corresponding to the second terminal are combined to obtain the customized code of the first terminal, and the customized code contains the association relationship between the first identification code and the corresponding second identification code, so that after the first identification code corresponding to the identification code of the first terminal is obtained, the customized code corresponding to the first terminal can be positioned, and the second identification code of the second terminal is obtained from the customized code.
S304, the feedback message is sent to a second terminal corresponding to the target second target identification code.
Optionally, in the communication method of the embodiment of the present invention, sending the feedback message to the second terminal corresponding to the target second identifier includes: determining an application program interface corresponding to the target second identification code; and calling an application program interface, and sending the feedback message to the second terminal through the application program interface.
Specifically, the server is provided with a pair of application program interfaces, each application program interface corresponds to the second identification code, and the second terminal can call the application program interface corresponding to the second identification code, so that the feedback message of the first terminal which has sent the message is obtained, the feedback message of the first terminal is obtained under the condition that the feedback message does not pass through an operator link, and the problem that the second terminal is difficult to obtain the feedback message of the first terminal under the condition that operators in one region/country do not support to obtain the online reply message directly through an Internet link is avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, the feedback message returned by the first terminal is received, and the identification code of the first terminal is obtained, wherein the feedback message is the feedback message of the message sent by the first terminal aiming at the second terminal; matching the identification code with a plurality of stored first identification codes to obtain target first identification codes matched with the identification codes, wherein the first identification codes are used for identifying the first terminal; determining a second identification code associated with the target first identification code to obtain a target second identification code, wherein the second identification code is used for identifying a second terminal; and sending the feedback message to a second terminal corresponding to the target second target identification code. The server distributes the identification codes for the first terminal and the second terminal, realizes the matching of the first terminal and the second terminal by means of the identification codes, and sends the feedback information of the first terminal to the matched second terminal, thereby achieving the purpose of sending the feedback information of the first terminal to the first terminal, further realizing the technical effect that the second terminal can acquire the reply information of the first terminal under the condition that a communication manufacturer does not support uplink communication, and further solving the technical problem that a short message sender is difficult to acquire the reply information of a user under the condition that an operator does not support uplink communication in short message service.
In order to send more content through the message, the message sent by the first terminal to the second terminal may include a link, and optionally, in the communication method of the embodiment of the present invention, receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal includes: responding to a triggering instruction of a link in a message sent by a first terminal to a second terminal, and returning a static page corresponding to the link to the first terminal, wherein the static page at least comprises an identification message of the second terminal and information to be fed back of the first terminal; and receiving a feedback message generated after the first terminal edits the static page.
Specifically, the message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal may be a short message, and the link in the message may be a short link converted from a long link, so as to save the word number of sending the short message. After the holding object of the first terminal clicks the end link in the received short message, jumping to a server, analyzing the short link through the server to obtain a long link corresponding to the short link, jumping to a static page corresponding to the long link, returning the static page to the first terminal, wherein the static page can contain contents to be replied and can also contain identification information of an object to which the second terminal belongs.
Further, after the holding object point of the first terminal views the static page, the holding object point can edit the content in the static page to complete feedback of information, for example, when the content to be replied in the static page is satisfaction investigation content, the user can click a control corresponding to the satisfaction score to generate a feedback message, and in order to avoid receiving the message sent by the second terminal for many times, the user can click a control corresponding to unsubscribe, thereby unsubscribing the message.
In order to reduce the cost of the second terminal for making a static page by the object, optionally, in the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention, before receiving the message sent by the second terminal to the first terminal, the method further includes: acquiring request information of a second terminal aiming at a static page template; analyzing the request and determining a target template requested by the request information; and acquiring a target template from the stored multiple static page templates, and returning the target template to the second terminal.
Specifically, the server can provide the static page template for the client, the client can select static pages with different styles, the background sets self identification for the selected static pages, and the self identification degree is improved, so that after the static pages are sent to the user to view the static pages, the sender of the static pages can be known, information interaction with the user is better performed, language selection can be performed in the static page template, and the static pages are transmitted to a plurality of different countries or regions from the support client.
Through the embodiment, the server provides the static page template, supports modification of the static page by the client, and reduces the cost of developing the static page by the client, so that the cost of accessing the client terminal into the server is reduced, and the convenience and efficiency of access are improved.
In order to further improve accuracy of matching between the first terminal and the second terminal, optionally, in the communication method according to the embodiment of the present invention, before matching the identification code with the stored plurality of first identification codes to obtain a target first identification code matched with the identification code, the method further includes: analyzing the verification code from the feedback message, and judging whether the verification code is matched with the identification code; and under the condition that the verification code is matched with the identification codes of the first terminals, executing the step of matching the identification codes with the stored first identification codes to obtain target first identification codes matched with the identification codes.
Specifically, the static page may further include an input field for inputting a verification code, to prompt a user to input the verification code, as shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic diagram of the static page in the communication method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, the preset verification code may be the last two digits of the identification code of the second terminal, for example, the last two digits of the mobile phone number, where the user inputs the verification code and feeds back the message, the server may verify the verification code, determine whether the verification code and the identification code are matched, and if so, indicate that the terminal feeding back the message is consistent with the terminal receiving the message, and may feed back the feedback message to the second terminal, and if not matched, the server may discard the feedback message, thereby avoiding the problem of sending the error feedback message to the second terminal.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all described as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may be performed in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are all preferred embodiments, and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required for the present invention.

At least one second terminal 502, configured to send a message to the first terminal 501, and obtain the feedback message returned by the first terminal 501 from the server 503.
Specifically, the second terminal 502 may be a terminal that initiates a short message, for example, may be an enterprise terminal that sends a service short message, the first terminal 501 may be a terminal that receives a short message, for example, may be a mobile phone of a personal user that receives a service short message sent by an enterprise terminal, and the identification code of the first terminal 501 may be a mobile phone number of the user.

The server 503 is configured to, when receiving a message sent by the second terminal 502 to the first terminal 501, generate a second identifier of the second terminal 502 and a first identifier corresponding to the first terminal 501, establish an association relationship between each first identifier and the corresponding second identifier, and when receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal 501, match the identifier of the first terminal 501 with a plurality of stored first identifiers to obtain a target first identifier matched with the identifier, determine a second identifier associated with the target first identifier to obtain a target second identifier, and send the feedback message to the second terminal 502 corresponding to the target second identifier.
It should be noted that, in the case that the enterprise terminal sends a short message to the personal user terminal and the personal user terminal replies to the short message, mutual identification is not supported between the enterprise terminal and the personal user terminal, and for the first terminal 501 with uplink reply, if the country operator does not support uplink reply, the holding user of the first terminal 501 cannot unsubscribe or reply to other contents.
Therefore, when the server 503 receives the message sent by the second terminal 502 to the first terminal 501, a unique second identification code is generated for the second terminal 502, and meanwhile, a first identification code is generated for the first terminal 501 that sends the message to the second terminal 502, that is, a first identification code corresponding to the identification code is generated for the first terminal 501, and an association message between the second identification code and the first identification code is established, so that when receiving the feedback message of the first terminal 501, the second terminal 502 corresponding to the first terminal 501 is determined through the association relationship between the first identification code and the second identification code, and thus, the feedback message of the first terminal 501 and the second terminal 502 to send the feedback message are matched, and the link of the operator is bypassed, thereby realizing the sending of the feedback message.
In the embodiment of the present invention, at least one first terminal 501 receives a message sent by a second terminal 502, and returns a feedback message to a server 503; at least one second terminal 502 sends a message to the first terminal 501, and acquires the feedback message returned by the first terminal 501 from the server 503; when receiving the message sent by the second terminal 502 to the first terminal 501, the server 503 generates a second identifier of the second terminal 502 and a first identifier corresponding to the first terminal 501, establishes an association relationship between each first identifier and the corresponding second identifier, and when receiving the feedback message returned by the first terminal 501, matches the identifier of the first terminal 501 with a plurality of stored first identifiers to obtain a target first identifier matched with the identifier, determines a second identifier associated with the target first identifier to obtain a target second identifier, and sends the feedback message to the second terminal 502 corresponding to the target second identifier. The server 503 distributes the identification codes for the first terminal 501 and the second terminal 502, realizes the matching of the first terminal 501 and the second terminal 502 by means of the identification codes, and sends the feedback message of the first terminal 501 to the matched second terminal 502, thereby achieving the purpose of sending the feedback message of the first terminal 501 to the first terminal 501, and further realizing the technical effect that the second terminal 502 can obtain the reply message of the first terminal 501 under the condition that a communication manufacturer does not support uplink communication, and further solving the technical problem that a short message sender is difficult to obtain the reply message of a user under the condition that an operator does not support uplink communication in short message service.
