When the angles of the first photovoltaic panel 2 and the second photovoltaic panel 4 need to be adjusted, the operator drives the fixture block 105 to move backwards and pull out from the support plate 101 and the clamping plate 102, then the first photovoltaic panel 2 and the second photovoltaic panel 4 rotate anticlockwise by taking the hinge block 41 as a fulcrum, the first photovoltaic panel 2 drives the clamping plate 102 to move upwards through the connecting plate 103, the operator inserts the fixture block 105 back onto the support plate 101 and the clamping plate 102, so that the angles of the first photovoltaic panel 2 and the second photovoltaic panel 4 can be adjusted, the first photovoltaic panel 2 and the second photovoltaic panel 4 face the direction with the sun, the operator then drives the fixture block 105 to move backwards and pull out from the support plate 101 and the clamping plate 102 again, and rotates the first photovoltaic panel 2 and the second photovoltaic panel 4 clockwise by taking the hinge block 41 as a fulcrum, so that the first photovoltaic panel 2 and the second photovoltaic panel 4 rotate clockwise and reset, and the clamping plate 102 moves downwards along with the fixture block 105, the operator inserts the locking block 105 back onto the supporting plate 101 and the locking plate 102 again, so that the angle adjustment operation can be completed.

On the basis of embodiment 3, as shown in fig. 1 and 9, the solar photovoltaic panel further comprises a bird repelling mechanism 11, the bird repelling mechanism 11 comprises a second supporting rod 111, a scarecrow 112 and a colored ribbon 113, the second supporting rod 111 is welded on the front side of the first photovoltaic panel 2 in a left-right symmetrical mode, the scarecrow 112 is bolted on the upper side of the second supporting rod 111, and the colored ribbon 113 is bolted on the upper portion of the scarecrow 112.
When using first photovoltaic board 2 and second photovoltaic board 4 to carry out the photovoltaic effect, can scare birds through scarecrow 112, wind can blow ribbon 113, and ribbon 113 has waved up and also can play the effect of scaring birds to this can avoid birds to stop on first photovoltaic board 2 and second photovoltaic board 4, has prevented that the claw of birds from damaging first photovoltaic board 2 and second photovoltaic board 4.

A photovoltaic equipment fixing device with a protection function comprises a support frame (1), a first photovoltaic panel (2), a first connecting shaft (3), a second photovoltaic panel (4) and hinge blocks (41), wherein the hinge blocks (41) are symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the front upper portion of the support frame (1), the first photovoltaic panel (2) for photovoltaic action is rotatably arranged between the two hinge blocks (41), the support frame (1) supports the rear portion of the first photovoltaic panel (2), the first connecting shaft (3) penetrates through the left and right sides of the first photovoltaic panel (2) in a rotating mode, the second photovoltaic panel (4) is sleeved in the middle of the first connecting shaft (3), the photovoltaic panel clamping device is characterized by further comprising a fixing mechanism (5) and a clamping mechanism (6), wherein the fixing mechanism (5) used for increasing stability is arranged on the support frame (1), and the clamping mechanism (6) used for clamping the second photovoltaic panel (4) is arranged on the first photovoltaic panel (2).

The photovoltaic equipment fixing device with the protection function according to claim 1, wherein the fixing mechanism (5) comprises a first fixing frame (51), a nut (52), a screw rod (53), a rotary table (54) and a rotary head (55), the front portion of the support frame (1) is connected with the first fixing frame (51) for guiding, the nut (52) is connected to the middle portion of the first fixing frame (51), the screw rod (53) in threaded fit with the nut (52) penetrates through the middle portion of the nut (52), and the rotary table (54) and the rotary head (55) are connected to the upper side and the lower side of the screw rod (53) respectively.

The photovoltaic equipment fixing device with the protection function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the clamping mechanism (6) comprises first supporting rods (61), a connecting block (62), first springs (63) and magnetic blocks (64), the first supporting rods (61) are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the front side of the first photovoltaic panel (2), the connecting block (62) penetrates through one end, away from the upper portions of the two first supporting rods (61), of the two first supporting rods in a sliding mode, the first springs (63) are connected between the connecting block (62) and the first supporting rods (61), and the magnetic blocks (64) used for magnetically adsorbing the second photovoltaic panel (4) are connected to the rear side of the connecting block (62).

The photovoltaic equipment fixing device with the protection function according to claim 3, further comprising a pulling-opening mechanism (7) for automatically retracting the second photovoltaic panel (4), wherein the pulling-opening mechanism (7) comprises a second fixing frame (71), an air cylinder (72), pulleys (73), a pulling rope (74) and a torsion spring (75), the lower side of the front portion of the first photovoltaic panel (2) is connected with the second fixing frame (71) and the two pulleys (73) which are arranged in a bilateral symmetry manner, the air cylinder (72) for power output is installed in the middle of the second fixing frame (71), the pulling rope (74) which bypasses the pulleys (73) is connected between the expansion piece of the air cylinder (72) and the first connecting shaft (3), and the torsion spring (75) is connected between the first connecting shaft (3) and the first photovoltaic panel (2).

The photovoltaic equipment fixing device with the protection function is characterized by further comprising a scraping mechanism (8) used for cleaning the first photovoltaic panel (2) and the second photovoltaic panel (4), wherein the scraping mechanism (8) comprises a guide rod (81), a sliding frame (82) and a scraping plate (83), the guide rod (81) surrounding the first photovoltaic panel (2) is connected between the front side and the rear side of the first photovoltaic panel, the sliding frame (82) is sleeved on the front portion of the guide rod (81) in a sliding mode, and the scraping plate (83) used for cleaning the first photovoltaic panel (2) and the second photovoltaic panel (4) is connected to the lower side and the left side and the right side of the sliding frame (82) respectively.

The photovoltaic equipment fixing device with the protection function according to claim 7, further comprising a bird repelling mechanism (11) for repelling birds, wherein the bird repelling mechanism (11) comprises a second supporting rod (111), a scarecrow (112) and a colored ribbon (113), the second supporting rod (111) is symmetrically arranged on the left and right sides of the front side of the first photovoltaic panel (2), the scarecrow (112) is connected to the upper side of the second supporting rod (111), and the colored ribbon (113) is connected to the upper portion of the scarecrow (112).
