Comparative example 1
The comparative example provides a nano zinc oxide colloid, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
6mg of nano zinc oxide was weighed into 20mL of water and stirred uniformly at a rate of 550rpm for 40 minutes. The mass concentration of the nano zinc oxide colloid is 0.004mol/L.
Comparative example 2
The comparative example provides a nano zinc oxide colloid, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
9mg of nano zinc oxide was weighed into 20mL of water and stirred uniformly at a rate of 550rpm for 40 minutes. The mass concentration of the nano zinc oxide colloid is 0.006mol/L.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example provides a nano zinc oxide colloid, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
12mg of nano zinc oxide was weighed into 20mL of water and stirred uniformly at a rate of 550rpm for 40 minutes. The mass concentration of the nano zinc oxide colloid is 0.008mol/L.
Example 1 a photograph of the polymer modified zinc oxide obtained after centrifugation is shown in figure 1.
The products obtained in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to antibacterial tests to test the Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations (MIC) of the products against E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus, respectively. The test results are shown in Table 1.

According to the preparation method of the polymer modified zinc oxide, the water-soluble polymer is dissolved to obtain the polymer solution, so that the nano zinc oxide colloid and the polymer solution are stirred and mixed for reaction, the water-soluble polymer is combined on the surface of the nano zinc oxide, and the polymer modified zinc oxide is obtained through centrifugal treatment, so that the antibacterial effect can be enhanced.
Compared with the traditional nano zinc oxide, the nano zinc oxide modified by the polymer has excellent antibacterial performance, and the preparation method is simple and easy to implement and has high safety.

Claims (10)

1. The preparation method of the polymer modified zinc oxide is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
step one, dissolving a water-soluble polymer in water to obtain a polymer solution, wherein the water-soluble polymer is polyvinylpyrrolidone, and the concentration of the polymer solution is 0.016 mg/mL-0.06 mg/mL;
step two, taking nano zinc oxide colloid, slowly adding the nano zinc oxide colloid into the polymer solution, stirring and mixing for reaction, wherein the stirring speed is 500-700 rpm, the reaction time is 2-4 h, and the mass concentration of the nano zinc oxide colloid is 4 multiplied by 10 -3 mol/L~8×10 -3 mol/L;
And thirdly, carrying out centrifugal treatment on the reaction liquid, wherein the speed of the centrifugal treatment is 8000-10000 rpm, and collecting precipitate to obtain the polymer modified zinc oxide.
2. The method for producing a polymer-modified zinc oxide according to claim 1, wherein the rate of the centrifugal treatment is 8000rpm to 9000rpm.
3. The method for preparing polymer modified zinc oxide according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the water-soluble polymer to the nano zinc oxide in the nano zinc oxide colloid is 1:0.5-1:4.
4. The method for preparing polymer modified zinc oxide according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the water-soluble polymer to the nano zinc oxide in the nano zinc oxide colloid is 1:0.8-1:3.
5. The method for preparing polymer modified zinc oxide according to claim 1, wherein the particle size of the nano zinc oxide in the nano zinc oxide colloid is 30nm to 50nm.
6. The method for producing a polymer-modified zinc oxide according to claim 1, wherein in said step two, the stirring speed is 500rpm to 600rpm.
7. The method for producing a polymer-modified zinc oxide according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, the reaction time is 2 to 3.6 hours.
8. The method for producing polymer-modified zinc oxide according to claim 7, wherein in said second step, the reaction time is 2.3 to 3.6 hours.
9. A polymer modified zinc oxide prepared by the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. Use of the polymer modified zinc oxide of claim 9 as an antibacterial material.
