9mg of nano zinc oxide is weighed and added into 20mL of water and stirred evenly at the speed of 550rpm, and the stirring time is 40 min. The quantity concentration of the nano zinc oxide colloid is 0.006 mol/L.
Comparative example 3
The comparative example provides a nano zinc oxide colloid, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
12mg of nano zinc oxide is weighed and added into 20mL of water and stirred evenly at the speed of 550rpm, and the stirring time is 40 min. The mass concentration of the nano zinc oxide colloid is 0.008 mol/L.
Example 1 photographs of polymer-modified zinc oxide obtained after centrifugation are shown in fig. 1.
The products obtained in examples 1 to 12 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to an antibacterial test, and the Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations (MIC) of the products against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were respectively tested. The test results are shown in table 1.

According to the preparation method of the polymer modified zinc oxide, the water-soluble polymer is dissolved to obtain the polymer solution, the nano zinc oxide colloid and the polymer solution are stirred, mixed and reacted, the water-soluble polymer is combined on the surface of the nano zinc oxide, and the polymer modified zinc oxide is obtained through centrifugal treatment, so that the antibacterial effect can be enhanced.
Compared with the traditional nano zinc oxide, the nano zinc oxide modified by the macromolecule has excellent antibacterial performance, the preparation method is simple and easy, and the safety is high.

Claims (10)

1. A preparation method of polymer modified zinc oxide is characterized by comprising the following steps:
dissolving a water-soluble polymer in water to obtain a polymer solution;
adding the nano zinc oxide colloid into the polymer solution, stirring, mixing and reacting to obtain a reaction solution;
and step three, carrying out centrifugal treatment on the reaction liquid, and collecting precipitates to obtain the polymer modified zinc oxide.
2. The method for preparing polymer-modified zinc oxide according to claim 1, wherein the water-soluble polymer is one or more selected from polyethylene glycol, polyglycolic acid, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and polyvinyl alcohol.
3. The method for preparing polymer-modified zinc oxide according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the water-soluble polymer to the nano zinc oxide in the nano zinc oxide colloid is 1: 0.5-1: 4.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the concentration of the polymer solution is 0.016 mg/mL-0.06 mg/mL.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the nano zinc oxide colloid is present in an amount of 4 x 10-3mol/L~8×10-3mol/L。
6. The method for preparing polymer-modified zinc oxide according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, the stirring speed is 500rpm to 700 rpm.
7. The method for preparing polymer modified zinc oxide according to claim 1, wherein in the second step, the reaction time is 2-4 h.
8. The method for preparing polymer modified zinc oxide according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein in the third step, the speed of the centrifugal treatment is 8000rpm to 10000 rpm.
9. A polymer-modified zinc oxide, which is produced by the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. Use of the polymer modified zinc oxide of claim 9 as an antimicrobial material.
