3) After filling, the vertical pipe (17) starts to be recovered under the drive of the servo motor (22), and the liquid scraping device is kept motionless under the action of the lower spring (19); when the vertical pipe (17) moves upwards, the liquid scraping ring (18-2) starts to work until a boss at the tail end of the vertical pipe (17) contacts the tank opening sealing assembly (18), the vertical pipe (17) and the tank opening sealing assembly (18) move upwards at the same time, and in the process that the vertical pipe (17) and the tank opening sealing assembly (18) move to an upper limit, the lower spring (19) is compressed to drive the filling vertical pipe to rotate to a liquid supporting position; the lower spring (19) pushes the outer spiral track moving part (11) to move upwards in a linear mode to drive the rotary guide post (27) to rotate, the liquid supporting barrel is arranged on the rotary guide post (27) to rotate to drive the driving sprocket (12), the liquid supporting barrel is driven by the liquid supporting barrel rotating driving chain (25) to rotate, the liquid supporting barrel supporting device (16) is rotated, and finally the fact that the center of the liquid supporting barrel (15) is opposite to the center of the vertical pipe (17) is achieved.
