Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a material cart 100 including a frame 10, a lifting assembly 20, and at least one pair of wheel assemblies 30.
The frame 10 includes at least a pair of parallel guide rods 11, and the two guide rods 11 are respectively disposed on two sides of the frame 10.
The lifting assembly 20 comprises a pair of slide bars 21 and a carrier 22 for carrying material. One end of the sliding rod 21 is fixedly connected with the bearing 22, the other end of the sliding rod 21, which is away from the bearing 22, is slidably assembled with the guide rod 11, and the sliding rod 21 can drive the bearing 22 to slide up and down along the guide rod 11.
The wheel assembly 30 is rotatably mounted at the bottom end of the frame 10, and can make the material cart 100 perform rolling motion under the driving of external force.
Referring to fig. 5, the process of transporting material by the material cart 100 is briefly described as follows, taking the example of transporting gas cylinders on a level ground with steps as follows:
first, the gas cylinder is placed on the carrier 22; then, the material trolley 100 loaded with the gas cylinder is pushed to the ground at a preset angle A; as shown in fig. 5(b) and 6, when a step is encountered, the bearing member 22 of the lifting assembly 20 is firstly overlapped with the edge of the step, i.e. the intersection line of the side surface and the top surface of the step, and then the material trolley 100 is slowly rotated, so that the guide rod 11 of the material trolley 100 gradually tends to be vertical to the horizontal ground, and the gas cylinder can be vertically placed on the step.
Therefore, the gas cylinder is pushed to the step through the material vehicle 100, and then the gas cylinder is placed on the top surface of the step through the lifting assembly 20 of the material vehicle 100, so that the gas cylinder can be easily carried to a high place without manual brute force in the whole process of carrying the gas cylinder by the material vehicle 100.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the frame 10 further includes a plurality of connecting rods 12, the connecting rods 12 may be parallel to each other and connected between the two guide rods 11, and may be uniformly distributed on the frame 10 along the length direction of the guide rods 11, and the number of the connecting rods 12 may be set as appropriate according to the needs of the actual situation.
In other embodiments, the connecting rods 12 may be arranged on the frame 10 in a suitable manner according to the force applied to the frame 10, for example, several connecting rods 12 may be distributed in a crossing manner.
The connecting rod 12 may be configured to conform to the shape of the material being transported by the material cart 100. For example, when the material is a long cylindrical gas cylinder, the connecting rod 12 may be designed as a curved rod that conforms to the surface of the gas cylinder; when the material is a refrigerator in the shape of a long prism, the connecting rod 12 can also be designed as a bent rod adapted to the surface of the refrigerator.
In some embodiments, in order to enhance the overall strength of the material trolley 100, a plurality of fixing plates 13 may be further fixed on the frame 10, and the number of the fixing plates 13 may be set as appropriate according to the needs of the actual situation.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the fixing plate 13 may be parallel to the guide rods 11 on the frame 10, and the fixing plate 13 may be fixedly connected to at least two connecting rods 12 at the same time.
In other embodiments, the fixing plates 13 may also be disposed on the rack 10 in a suitable arrangement according to the force applied to the rack 10, for example, several fixing plates 13 may also be distributed in a cross manner.
As shown in fig. 2, the material cart 100 provided in this embodiment further includes a material limiting member 14, and the material limiting member 14 is detachably fixed to the frame 10. During transport of the material by the material cart 100, the material stop 14 secures the material on the material cart 100 to prevent the material from falling off the material cart 100.
In particular, the material limiting member 14 may comprise at least one guard bar 141 and at least one locking ring 142.
The guard bar 141 is detachably mounted on the guide bar 11. The protection rod 141 may be an iron rod having a semicircular arc shape, two ends of the protection rod 141 are fixing portions 1411 bent toward the center of the protection rod 141, and ends of the fixing portions 1411 may be threaded. In accordance with this, a predetermined position on the guide bar 11 may be mounted with a member for fixing the guard bar 141, such as a nut, and for the convenience of description, the nut fixed on the guide bar 11 is referred to as a set nut.
After the fixing portion 1411 of the end of the protection rod 141 passes through the positioning nut, another nut may be further assembled to the end of the fixing portion 1411 passing through the positioning nut to fix the protection rod 141 to the bracket 10, and for convenience of description, the nut assembled to the end of the fixing portion 1411 is referred to as a fixing nut.
The locking ring 142 is a part whose diameter size can be adjusted, and the locking ring 142 may be an existing plastic snap-lock band. As shown in fig. 3, the locking ring 142 may be sleeved on one of the fixing plates 13 for adjusting the tightness of the material when the material is fixed on the material cart, so as to cooperate with the protection rod 141 to perform a double-layer protection function when the material cart 100 transports the material.
Further, the material limiting part 14, the fixing plate 13 and the connecting rod 12 are connected with each other to form a containing frame matched with the shape of the material, and most of the surface of the material is in contact with the containing frame, so that the stability of the material vehicle 100 in the process of transporting the material is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in one embodiment, a sliding member, such as a sliding sleeve 23, may be welded to the end of the sliding rod 11 away from the bearing plate 22, and the sliding sleeve 23 is slidably sleeved on the guide rod 11, so as to slide the sliding rod 21 along the guide rod 11.
In another embodiment, the sliding component may also be a sliding block (not labeled) fixed on the sliding rod 21, and accordingly, a sliding slot (not labeled) adapted to the sliding block may be formed on the guide rod 11, or a sliding rail (not labeled) adapted to the sliding block may be directly fixed on the guide rod 11, and the sliding block is assembled in the sliding slot or the sliding rail, so as to drive the sliding rod 21 to slide along the guide rod 11.
Each guide rod 11 can be fixed with a component for limiting the stroke of the sliding rod 21, such as a stroke limiting ring 24, and the position of the stroke limiting ring 24 on the guide rod 11 can be adjusted at any time, so that the sliding displacement of the sliding rod 21 on the guide rod 11 can be set at any time, and the sliding displacement of the sliding sleeve 23 on the guide rod 11 can be limited.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the lifting assembly 20 may further include a plurality of second connecting rods 25, the plurality of second connecting rods 25 may be disposed in parallel on the lifting assembly 20 and fixedly connected between the two sliding rods 21, and the second connecting rods 25 fixed to the bottom ends of the sliding rods 21 on the sliding rods 21 away from the sliding sleeve 23 may be welded to the bearing member 22 at the same time, so as to increase the connection strength between the sliding rods 21 and the bearing plate 22.
