Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 20, the consumable support for 3D printing according to the present invention includes a base 1 and a wire tray 2, a central line of the wire tray 2 is used as a horizontal plane C, an area above the horizontal plane C is a first supporting area a, an area below the horizontal plane C is a second supporting area B, the first supporting area a and the second supporting area B are not technical features of the present invention, but are used for more clearly explaining a first pressing mechanism and a second pressing mechanism, the area of the wire tray 2 is divided, and the consumable 3 is disposed on the wire tray 2.
The wire feeding device also comprises support plates 4, a connecting plate 5, a first pressing mechanism 6 and a second pressing mechanism 7, wherein the two support plates 4 are vertically and symmetrically arranged on the base 1, the wire tray 2 is arranged between the two support plates 4 in the middle, the connecting plate 5 is fixed on the base 1 in the middle, and the connecting plate 5 can be directly welded on the base 1. First hold-down mechanism 6 is installed on connecting plate 5, and first hold-down mechanism 6 compresses tightly the consumptive material 3 that is in second support area B, and second hold-down mechanism 7 is installed on connecting plate 5, and second hold-down mechanism 7 compresses tightly the consumptive material 3 that is in first support area A.
According to the invention, the consumable items 3 in the lower half area of the silk material disc 2 are supported and limited by the first pressing mechanism 6, so that the consumable items 3 in the lower half area are attached to the surface of the silk material disc 2, and then the consumable items 3 in the upper half area of the silk material disc 2 are pressed and limited by the second pressing mechanism 7, so that the consumable items 3 in the upper half area are attached to the surface of the silk material disc 2 and are led out, the consumable items 3 can be neatly attached to the surface of the silk material disc 2 and are led out, the consumable items 3 in the lower half area of the silk material disc 2 are prevented from loosening, and the leading-out stability of the consumable items 3 is improved. In addition, the invention has the advantages that the supporting plate 4 is arranged, so that a certain distance is reserved between the wire material disc 2 and the base 1, and the interference of the base 1 to the consumable 3 is avoided.
Aiming at the technical problem that the first pressing mechanism 6 is specifically designed for supporting and limiting the consumable 3 in the lower half area of the wire disc 2, the adjusting space of the first pressing mechanism 6 is limited: the first pressing mechanism 6 comprises a rotating plate 8 and a first pressing plate 10, the rotating plate 8 is fixed on the connecting plate 5, the rotating plate 8 is provided with a rotating hole 9, the rotating hole 9 is in an arc shape, and the circle center of the rotating hole 9 and the circle center of the wire disc 2 are located at the same point. The first pressing plate 10 can do circular motion around the consumable materials 3 of the wire tray 2, so that the first pressing plate 10 can move in a certain range outside the wire tray 2, the problem that the adjusting space of the first pressing mechanism 6 is limited is solved, the rotated first pressing plate 10 can be in contact with the consumable materials 3 on the wire tray 2 to support and limit the consumable materials 3, meanwhile, the first pressing plate 10 can limit the consumable materials 3 with different thicknesses, the supporting position of the consumable materials 3 by the first pressing plate 10 can be changed, and the consumable materials 3 can be led out from the horizontal direction or the consumable materials 3 can be led out from the inclined upward direction. When the consumable 3 is drawn out from the horizontal direction, the first pressing plate 10 is adjusted to the right side of the wire tray 2 (refer to fig. 14); when the consumable 3 is drawn out from the obliquely upward direction, the first pressing plate 10 is adjusted to the lower right of the wire tray 2 (refer to fig. 20).
Connecting plate 5 is equipped with installation department 54, installation department 54 passes through two clamp plates 16 of screw fixed connection, the bottom of rotor plate 8 is equipped with bottom 15, bottom 15 is located between two clamp plates 16, pass through the screw fixation between bottom 15 and the clamp plate 16, realize that first closing machine can dismantle the connection on base 1, rotor plate 8 has sufficient atress ability moreover, be convenient for first clamp plate 10 on rotor plate 8 carry out position control.
The second pressing mechanism 7 presses and limits the consumable 3 in the upper half area of the wire material disc 2, the installation height of the second pressing mechanism 7 is larger than that of the wire material disc 2, and aiming at the technical problem, the invention specifically designs the second pressing mechanism 7: second hold-down mechanism 7 includes first connecting arm 18, second connecting arm 19, movable plate 20 and second pressure strip 21, and first connecting arm 18 rotates to be connected on connecting plate 5, and second connecting arm 19 rotates to be connected on first connecting arm 18, and swing joint about second pressure strip 21 is on second connecting arm 19, and second arc surface 22 of second pressure strip 21 compresses tightly the consumptive material 3 that is in first support area A, and second arc surface 22 does not damage consumptive material 3. According to the invention, the second pressing mechanism 7 can be erected above the wire tray 2 through the first connecting arm 18 and the second connecting arm 19, the connecting shaft 24 moves downwards through applying a downward acting force on the end plate 25, the spring 26 is compressed at the moment, the second pressing plate 21 can move downwards, the second pressing plate 21 can be contacted with the consumable materials 3 on the wire tray 2, the consumable materials 3 can be pressed and limited, meanwhile, the second pressing plate 21 can limit the consumable materials 3 with different thicknesses, the first connecting arm 18 rotates on the connecting plate 5, the second connecting arm 19 rotates on the first connecting arm 18, the supporting position of the consumable materials 3 by the second pressing plate 21 can be changed, and the consumable materials 3 are led out from the horizontal direction or the consumable materials 3 are led out from the inclined upward direction. When the consumable 3 is drawn out from the horizontal direction, the second compacting plate 21 is adjusted to be just above the wire tray 2 (refer to fig. 14); when the consumable 3 is drawn out from the obliquely upward direction, the second pressing plate 21 is adjusted to the upper right of the filament tray 2 (refer to fig. 20). When the second pressing plate 21 is adjusted, a downward acting force is not applied to the end plate 25, and the deformation of the spring 26 is restored, so that the second pressing plate 21 is quickly returned to the initial position, and the position of the second pressing plate 21 can be quickly adjusted.
The top of the moving plate 20 is fixed with a protection plate 27, the protection plate 27 is in a U shape through stamping, the protection plate 27 is provided with a cavity 28, the connecting shaft 24 extends into the cavity 28, the spring 26 and the end plate 25 are arranged in the cavity 28, two sides of the end plate 25 are attached to the inner wall of the cavity 28, the top of the protection plate 27 is in threaded connection with a locking rod 30, the bottom of the locking rod 30 is provided with a disc 29, the disc 29 is pressed on the end plate 25, and the top of the locking rod 30 is provided with a locking end 31. Downward force can be applied to the end plate 25 by applying force to the locking head 31 so that the locking bar 30 rotates on the guard plate 27, changing the length of the locking bar 30 that extends into the cavity 28. The two sides of the end plate 25 are attached to the inner wall of the cavity 28, and the force applied to the connecting shaft 24 can be transmitted to the protective plate 27 through the end plate 25, so that the force applying capacity of the second pressing plate 21 is improved.
According to the invention, the position of the second pressing plate 21 for pressing the consumable 3 is adjusted by rotating the first connecting arm 18 and the second connecting arm 19 and simultaneously combining the up-down movement of the second pressing plate 21, however, the length of the connecting shaft 24 is limited, and aiming at the technical problem, the invention enables the second pressing mechanism 7 to move in the length direction of the second connecting arm 19, and the specific scheme is as follows: the moving plate 20 is provided with a first adjusting hole 32, an adjusting rod 33 penetrates through the first adjusting hole 32, the adjusting rod 33 is fixedly connected with a limiting plate 35, the second connecting arm 19 is arranged between the moving plate 20 and the limiting plate 35, the adjusting rod 33 is in threaded connection with a second fixing nut 34, and the second fixing nut 34 is locked on the top surface of the moving plate 20. The second connecting arm 19 is provided with a moving hole 37, the connecting shaft 24 passes through the moving hole 37, the moving plate 20 is provided with a positioning block 36, and the positioning block 36 is arranged in the moving hole 37 and moves in the moving hole 37 along the length direction of the second connecting arm 19. When the second fixing nut 34 is unscrewed, the moving plate 20 and the limiting plate 35 do not clamp the second connecting arm 19, so that the positioning block 36 moves in the moving hole 37 along the length direction of the second connecting arm 19, the second pressing plate 21 moves along the length direction of the second connecting arm 19, the second pressing plate 21 is close to the consumable 3, the up-and-down movement of the connecting shaft 24 with limited length is met, and the second pressing plate 21 presses the consumable 3.

Through changing the position of fastener 47 on loose axle 43, can change the degree that compresses tightly of top grip plate 42 to spinning disk 2 for spinning disk 2 rotates on backup pad 4 steadily, can set up spinning disk 2 placed in the middle, makes first hold-down mechanism 6 and second hold-down mechanism 7 to the even application of force of consumptive material 3, improves the stability that consumptive material 3 was drawn forth. In addition, according to the diameter of the movable shaft 43, the shaft sleeve 45 matched with the movable shaft 43 is replaced, so that the movable shaft 43 is fully contacted with the shaft hole 46, and the phenomenon that the spinning disc 2 jumps up and down due to a gap between the movable shaft 43 and the shaft hole 46 is avoided.

A method for installing a consumable support for 3D printing comprises the following steps:
a. install support plate 4 on connecting seat 51, install two connecting seats 51 on base 1 again, rotate support plate 4 on connecting seat 51 after that for support plate 4 keeps vertical state, and fix support plate 4 on connecting seat 51, then according to the width of spinning disk 2, move connecting seat 51 on base 1, adjust the distance between two support plates 4.

(2) Two jacking mechanisms 41 are installed on the supporting plate 4, the movable shaft 43 of each jacking mechanism 41 penetrates through the shaft hole 46, the jacking mechanism 41 on the left side is adjusted to the designed position of the supporting plate 4, the fastener 47 is screwed into the movable shaft 43 of the jacking mechanism 41 on the left side, the fastener 47 is locked on the side face of the supporting plate 4, the limiting column 48 on the left side of the wire plate 2 is embedded into the limiting hole 49 of the jacking plate 42 of the jacking mechanism 41 on the left side, the jacking mechanism 41 on the right side is adjusted to the designed position of the supporting plate 4, the limiting column 48 on the right side of the wire plate 2 is embedded into the limiting hole 49 of the jacking plate 42 of the jacking mechanism 41 on the right side, the fastener 47 is screwed into the movable shaft 43 of the jacking mechanism 41 on the right side, and the fastener 47 is locked on the side face of the supporting plate 4.
c. Installing the first pressing mechanism 6: the rotating plate 8 is provided with a rotating hole 9, the first pressing plate 10 is provided with a fixing plate 12, the fixing plate 12 is provided with a rectangular hole 17, a rotating shaft 13 penetrates between the rectangular hole 17 and the rotating hole 9, first fixing nuts 14 are screwed into two ends of the rotating shaft 13 respectively, then the rotating plate 8 fixes the two clamping plates 16 through screws, and then the clamping plates 16 are fixed on the mounting part 54 of the connecting plate 5 through screws.
d. Installing a second pressing mechanism 7:
(1) the mounting plate 38 is fixed on the connecting plate 5 on the base 1 through screws, the threaded rod 39 is inserted between the first connecting arm 18 and the mounting plate 38, then the first locking nut 40 is screwed on the threaded rod 39, and the first locking nut 40 is locked on the side surface of the mounting plate 38.
(2) The second connecting arm 19 is installed on the first connecting arm 18, a threaded rod 39 is led between the first connecting arm 18 and the second connecting arm 19, a first locking nut 40 is screwed on the threaded rod 39, the first locking nut 40 is locked on the second connecting arm 19, the second pressing plate 21 is movably connected to the second connecting arm 19 up and down, the moving plate 20 is provided with a through hole 23, the second pressing plate 21 is provided with a connecting shaft 24, the connecting shaft 24 penetrates through the through hole 23 and moves up and down in the through hole 23, an end plate 25 is arranged at the top of the connecting shaft 24, a spring 26 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 24, and the spring 26 is arranged between the moving plate 20 and the end plate 25.
