Referring to fig. 7-9, a discharging chute is disposed at one side of the pallet box 5 close to the processing box 4, a pallet seat 501 is fixed at both ends of the interior of the pallet box 5, an opening is disposed at the bottom of the pallet seat 501, a transfer seat 502 is slidably connected to the interior of the pallet seat 501, an opening is disposed at the bottom of the transfer seat 502, a transfer plate 503 is slidably connected to the transfer seat 502, the transfer plate 503 is L-shaped, plastic products are transferred through the transfer plates 503 at both sides, a clamping cylinder 504 is fixed in the transfer seat 502, an output end of the clamping cylinder 504 is fixed to a side portion of the transfer plate 503, a pallet motor 505 is fixed to one end of the pallet seat 501, an output end of the pallet motor 505 penetrates through the pallet seat 501 and is fixed with a lead screw 506, and the lead screw 506 penetrates through the transfer seat 502 and is in threaded connection with the transfer seat 502. The working principle is as follows:
when the plastic injection molding machine is used, plastic particles are introduced into a feeding chamber 302 from a feeding hole, a vibration motor 304 is started to drive an eccentric wheel 305 to rotate, a vibration spring 303 is matched to drive the feeding chamber 302 to reciprocate at the top of an injection chamber 301, so that a feeding hole and the feeding hole are aligned intermittently, the uniformity of feeding is ensured, the plastic particles enter the injection chamber 301 from the feeding hole and are uniformly heated and melted, a molding cylinder 308 is started to drive an upper die holder 3 and a lower die holder 2 to be pressed, a plastic melt enters a molding cavity 201 through a feeding hole and is molded in the molding cavity 201 to obtain a plastic product;
the demolding cylinder 203 is started to drive the connecting plate 204 to pull the side molding plate 202 to open, demolding of the plastic product is completed, the ejection cylinder 209 is started to push the first sliding plate to move, the first telescopic rod 210 is matched to drive the lifting plate 208 to lift, the ejection rod 211 drives the ejection plate 206 to eject the plastic product, the material pushing cylinder drives the material pushing plate to push out the plastic product, and the plastic product enters the treatment box 4 through the feeding groove 401;
the two sides of the plastic product respectively fall on the driving belts 405 on the two sides, the plastic product is cooled through the cooling assembly 411, the driving motor is started to drive one of the driving columns to rotate, the other driving column and the driving wheel are matched to drive the driving belts 405 to move, so that the plastic product is driven to horizontally move, the protrusion at the material injection port on the plastic product is cut through the cutting assembly 408, the lifting cylinder 406 drives the second sliding plate to move, the second telescopic rod 407 is matched to drive the lifting seat 404 to move upwards, the plastic product moves upwards and contacts the polishing assembly 409, the material injection port of the plastic product is polished through the polishing assembly 409, the dust collecting assembly 410 collects the chips generated by polishing, and the plastic product is processed;
plastic products get into pile up neatly case 5 from the feed chute under the drive of drive belt 405 to drop and press from both sides tight through die clamping cylinder 504 on the transport plate 503 of both sides, start pile up neatly motor 505 and drive lead screw 506 and rotate, thereby drive and transport seat 502 and remove to the top of containing box 6, start die clamping cylinder 504 and loosen transport plate 503 and make plastic products get into containing box 6 in, accomplish production process.
