Abstract
The invention relates to a design method and a device for rapid homogenization, regulation and conveying of high-viscosity lightweight aggregate slurry. The device overcomes the problems of high energy consumption and environmental pollution caused by a traditional mode of 'fixed point and moving of a mould vehicle', uneven slurry density caused by vibration of the mould vehicle in the transportation process after pouring, over 100 times of high-density difference slurry which needs 10-15 minutes in the traditional process, and pipeline blockage caused by difficult cleaning of the mixing station through efficient homogenization, detection and regulation and control, movable pouring and circular self-cleaning of the slurry. The homogenizing efficiency is improved, the homogeneity, the fluidity and the viscosity of slurry are ensured, the pouring time is shortened, the power consumption is reduced, the environmental problem is improved, and the engineering efficiency is greatly improved.

Technical Field

Further, the quality control system comprises a detection port, an additive storage tank, an electromagnetic valve and a flowmeter; when the slurry detected by the detection port does not meet the requirement, the electromagnetic valve and the flowmeter start to work, and the viscosity of the slurry can be increased or reduced; the lower end of the detection port is provided with a valve, and when the slurry detected by the detection port meets the requirement, the valve is opened and is communicated with the pumping system.
Further, the pumping system comprises a pumping device and a discharge pipeline; the pumping pressure of the pumping device meets the requirement of conveying at a vertical distance of 2-15 meters; a flange is arranged at the interface of the pumping device and the discharge pipeline and can be disassembled; a hose is connected to the upper port of the discharge pipeline; and the hose is connected with the mould for pouring.
Further, the electrically driven moving and steering system comprises a motor, a handle, a seat, wheels and a chassis; the motor drives the whole device; the handle is connected with the wheels to control the direction of the whole device; the chassis is 2-3 meters long and 1.4-1.7 meters wide, and is used for bearing the whole device.
Furthermore, a hose at the upper port of the discharge pipeline is connected with the homogenizing hopper for circular self-cleaning.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:

The using process is as follows: an operator sits on the seat 5, firstly, lightweight aggregate slurry after primary homogenization is poured into the homogenization hopper 1, the homogenization device 2 is started on the operation table 4 for homogenization, then the valve 17 above the detection port 10 is opened, the slurry is detected through the detection port 10, when the detected slurry does not meet the requirement, the quality regulation and control system 13 is automatically started to convey additives, the flow rate of the additives is controlled through the electromagnetic valve 11 and the flowmeter 12, the slurry is thickened or reduced until the requirement is met, then the motor 18 is started, the direction of the device is controlled through the handle 5 and the wheel 19, the device is moved to the mold, the hose 16 is aligned to the opening of the mold, the valve 9 below the detection port 10 is opened, the pumping system 8 is started to pour simultaneously, after the mold at one position finishes pouring, the device is moved to the other mold position, and efficient production is realized. When pouring is completed, the self-cleaning cycle can be performed by connecting the hose 16 to the homogenization hopper 1 and adding water to the homogenization hopper 1 while activating the homogenization system and the pumping system. The operation is convenient and simple, the homogeneity, the fluidity and the viscosity of slurry are ensured, the homogenization and pouring time is shortened, the power consumption is reduced, the environmental problem is improved, and the engineering efficiency is greatly improved.
