When the moving plate 33 moves downwards, the moving plate 33 drives the second rack 81 to move downwards, when the second rack 81 moves downwards and is meshed with the one-way gear 83, the one-way gear 83 idles, when the moving plate 33 moves upwards, the moving plate 33 drives the second rack 81 to move upwards, the second rack 81 drives the one-way gear 83 to rotate, the one-way gear 83 drives the fifth rotating shaft 82 to rotate, the fifth rotating shaft 82 drives the winding wheel 811 to rotate, the winding wheel 811 drives the connecting block 88 to move rightwards through the pull rope 89, the connecting block 88 drives the push plate 84 to move rightwards, and the push plate 84 pushes out the manufactured bamboo fence in the housing 2, so that people can conveniently take the manufactured bamboo fence, the spring 86 is compressed, and when the second rack 81 and the one-way gear 83 are not meshed, the push plate 84 moves leftwards and resets under the action of the spring 86.
