Starting the servo motor 41 to enable the output shaft of the servo motor 41 to start rotating, so that the winding wheel 42 also synchronously rotates; when the winding wheel 42 rotates to wind the wire rope 43, one end of the elastic piece 32 connected with the wire rope 43 is driven by the wire rope 43 to move in the gap and overcome the torsion of the torsion spring 34, and the whole elastic piece 32 is accommodated in the gap; when the take-up pulley 42 rotates to make the wire rope 43 pay off, the torsion spring 34 no longer receives the tensile restriction of the wire rope 43, but takes out the elastic sheet 32 from the gap under the action of the torque force of the torsion spring, that is, the elastic sheet 32 is rotated out from the gap, and the elastic sheet 32 pushes away the residual paper on the surface of the transverse plate 12 during the rotation, so that the effects of automatically cleaning and accommodating the elastic sheet 32 on the transverse plate 12 are realized.
Referring to fig. 4, in order to make the movement of the wire rope 43 in the gap more stable, a support frame is installed in the gap on the machine body 1, a first guide tube 13 and a second guide tube 14 are respectively installed on the support frame, the length direction of the transverse plate 12 of the first guide tube 13 is parallel, the length direction of the second guide tube 14 is perpendicular to the transverse plate 12, and the first guide tube 13 is perpendicular to the second guide tube 14. The steel wire 43 passes through the first guide pipe 13, is attached to the steering wheel 44, and then passes through the second guide pipe 14 to be connected with the elastic sheet 32.
The arrangement of the first guide pipe 13 and the second guide pipe 14 can guide the steel wire rope 43, so that the steel wire rope 43 is not easy to contact other parts in the extending and contracting process, and the normal movement of the steel wire rope 43 can be further ensured to a certain extent.
With reference to fig. 2 and 5, the cleaning device 5 includes a cleaning mechanism 6 and a collecting mechanism 7, the cleaning mechanism 6 is mounted on the machine body 1 and located below the transverse plate 12, the collecting mechanism 7 is disposed on the machine body 1, and the collecting mechanism 7 is disposed on each of two sides of the cleaning mechanism 6; the cleaning mechanism 6 is used for sweeping paper scattered on the ground into the collecting mechanisms 7 at two sides.
Specifically, with reference to fig. 4 and 5, the cleaning mechanism 6 includes a rodless cylinder 61, a movable cross bar 62, a scraper 63 and a hard brush 64, the rodless cylinder 61 is mounted on the lower plate surface of the transverse plate 12, the length direction of the rodless cylinder 61 is parallel to the length direction of the transverse plate 12, the rodless cylinder 61 is a cylinder which is provided with a movable piston, and the movable piston can continuously reciprocate in the length direction of the rodless cylinder 61 after being started; the movable cross bar 62 is connected to the movable piston of the rodless cylinder 61, and the movable cross bar 62 extends out of the transverse plate 12 from the lower part of the transverse plate 12; the scraping plates 63 are vertically arranged on the movable cross bar 62, the hard bristles 64 are arranged in a row on the end wall, facing the ground, of the scraping plates 63, namely a gap is reserved between the scraping plates 63 and the ground, the hard bristles 64 are located in the gap, and the hard bristles 64 are attached to the ground.
The rodless cylinder 61 is directly started, so that the movable piston on the rodless cylinder 61 starts to move along the length direction of the transverse plate 12, the scraper 63 connected with the movable piston of the rodless cylinder 61 through the movable cross rod 62 can synchronously move along the length direction of the transverse plate 12, at the moment, the scraper 63 can drive the hard bristles 64 to move on the ground below the transverse plate 12, and the hard bristles 64 can push away paper sheets on the ground in the moving process; along with the reciprocating movement of the movable piston of the rodless cylinder 61, the scraping plate 63 can drive the hard bristles 64 to reciprocate continuously and sweep the paper scraps on the ground into the collecting mechanisms 7 on the two sides respectively, and therefore the effect that the paper scraps on the ground can be cleaned conveniently is achieved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the collecting mechanism 7 includes two storage boxes 71, two storage boxes 71 are disposed opposite to the side openings, and a moving groove 711 is horizontally formed on a side wall of each storage box 71, and the moving groove 711 is inserted by the moving rail 62. And the opening side of storage box 71 is provided with slope platform 8, and the slope highest end of slope platform 8 is equal to the inner bottom wall of storage box 71, and scraper blade 63 is scalable to be set up, and when scraper blade 63 drove bristle 64 and moved on slope platform 8, bristle 64 was contradicted with slope platform 8 surface all the time. Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the scraper 63 includes a plate sleeve 631, a moving plate 632 and springs 633, the plate sleeve 631 is connected to the moving cross bar 62, the lower end of the plate sleeve 631 is open and the inside of the plate sleeve is hollow, the moving plate 632 is vertically inserted into the plate sleeve 631 in a sliding manner, the springs 633 are disposed in the plate sleeve 631 in a plurality, one end of each spring 633 is connected to the inner top wall of the plate sleeve 631, the other end of each spring 633 is connected to the top wall of the moving plate 632 located in the plate sleeve 631, the springs 633 enable the moving plate 632 to always have a tendency to move towards the outside of the plate sleeve 631, and the hard bristles 64 are disposed at one end of the moving plate 632 far away from the plate sleeve 631.
When the scraping plate 63 drives the hard bristles 64 to move to the inclined platform 8, due to the elastic force of the spring 633, the moving plate 632 in the plate sleeve 631 always pushes against the surface side close to the inclined platform 8, so that the hard bristles 64 always push against the surface of the inclined platform 8, and finally the hard bristles 64 and the moving plate 632 can smoothly push the paper sheets to enter the storage box 71 through the inclined platform 8; the spring 633 can adjust the extension and retraction amount of the scraping plate 63 at a proper time, so that the scraping plate 63 and the bristles 64 can smoothly push the paper on the inclined platform 8.
