As shown in fig. 4, each jacking column 16 can be correspondingly set to have different heights according to the shape of a commonly-used machined irregular plate, and meanwhile, one end of each jacking block 162, which is far away from the top of each jacking column 16, can also be correspondingly set according to the shape of the irregular plate, so that the jacking blocks 162 can better contact with the irregular plate when being clamped; the jacking blocks 162 may also be replaced by countersunk bolts 161.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, after the sheet material is placed on the top surface of the tool frame 1 and is ground, the jacking cylinder 13 is started to push the jacking plate 14 to lift, and the jacking column 16 and the jacking block 162 penetrate through the jacking through hole 15 to lift the sheet material, so that the sheet material can be conveniently taken down from the top surface of the tool frame 1 manually.
As shown in fig. 8 and 10, the positioning cylinder 1113 pushes the sliding block 1114 and the positioning baffle 1115, the sliding block 1114 slides in the sliding groove 1112, and the positioning baffle 1115 can be abutted to the plate to clamp and fix the plates with different widths, and meanwhile, according to the thickness of the plate, a plurality of positioning baffles 1115 are sequentially connected from top to bottom through the positioning bolts 1116, so that the overall thickness of the positioning baffles 1115 is increased (i.e. the number of layers of the positioning baffles 1115 is correspondingly increased along with the thickness of the plate), and further, when the plates with different thicknesses are positioned, the positioning cylinder has better adaptability and can improve the firmness after the plates are clamped.

as shown in fig. 2 and 3, on the basis of the first embodiment, the buffering device 4 includes a left guide plate 41 and a right guide plate 42 oppositely disposed on the tool rack 1, a left guide sliding chute 411 and a right guide sliding chute 421 are respectively disposed on opposite side walls of the left guide plate 41 and the right guide plate 42, a left guide rod 412 and a right guide rod 422 are respectively fixedly disposed in the left guide sliding chute 411 and the right guide sliding chute 421, a left guide slider 413 and a right guide slider 423 are respectively slidably sleeved outside the left guide rod 412 and the right guide rod 422, and left direction slider 413 and right direction slider 423 are fixed respectively and are set up on the opposite both sides wall of bottom plate 12, and the outside of left guide bar 412 and right guide bar 422 all still overlaps and is equipped with buffer spring 43, and accessible buffer spring 43 cushions when jacking board 14 reciprocated under the drive of jacking cylinder 13 of being convenient for, avoids jacking board 14 directly to cause the impact to clamping platform 11 or bottom plate 12.
