如图1、图2所示的一种工件加工夹具,包括基座1,所述的基座1上设有基准座板2及与基准座板2的基准表面相对的设于滑动夹持座3上的滑动夹持板4,所述的滑动夹持座3与基座1滑动连接,所述的滑动夹持座3侧边设有定位螺栓5,所述的定位螺栓5在拧紧状态下与基座1侧边贴紧,所述的基准座板2侧边设有部分向着滑动夹持座3所在方向伸出的限位板6,所述的限位板6靠近基准座板2的表面与基准座板2的基准表面垂直。所述的限位板6上设有若干条形孔,所述的条形孔长度方向与滑动夹持座3的滑动方向平行,所述的基准座板2上设有与条形孔相对应的螺孔,限位板6通过设置在条形孔内的紧固螺栓7与基准座板2螺纹连接。限位板6能够移动,当定位完成后,可以将限位板6移动至基准座板2侧边范围内,如此在线切割加工时加工部件等不易与限位板6发生干涉,而许多工件会带有台阶结构例如带轴颈的轴类工件,此类工件有时定位面不一定是端部,也可能是台阶部,因此可根据定位位置的不同调节限位板6的伸出距离,当利用工件上轴颈等结构定位时,少量移出限位板6并利用紧固螺栓7固定,然后使工件轴颈与限位板6接触即可,当利用工件端面定位时,则将限位板6多移出一些并用紧固螺栓7固定,使端面能够触碰到限位板6,从而完成定位。当定位完成并夹紧待加工工件后,可松开紧固螺栓7,使限位板6复位,再拧紧紧固螺栓7即可。所述的限位板6靠近滑动夹持座3所在方向的侧面为平面,所述的限位板6高度与基准座板2高度相同。限位板6高度与基准座板2高度相同使得在定位待加工工件时有足够的接触面积,保证定位的准确性。所述的滑动夹持座3与滑动夹持板4通过微调夹紧机构相连,所述的微调夹紧机构包括与滑动夹持座3螺纹连接的压紧螺杆8,所述的压紧螺杆8处于滑动夹持座3与滑动夹持板4之间的一端设有可随着压紧螺杆8移动的拉板9,所述的拉板9的移动方向与滑动夹持座3的滑动方向平行,所述的滑动夹持板4上设有四个竖直的滑动槽,两个滑动槽高于压紧螺杆8、两个滑动槽低于压紧螺杆8,所述的滑动夹持座3上设有与滑动槽数目对应的固定板10,所述的固定板10上设有与固定板10铰接的L形的转板11,所述的转板11两端分别设有滑轴12、拉头13,所述的滑轴12处于滑动槽内,所述的拉头13在工作状态下与拉板9接触,所述的转动手柄上设有限位头14,所述的转动手柄与拉板9转动连接。所述的滑动夹持板4在与基准座板2相对的表面上设有弹性夹持板15,所述的弹性夹持板15由聚氨酯材料制成。所述的压紧螺杆8远离滑动夹持座3的一端设有转动把手16,所述的转动把手16的握持段为圆柱形,且与压紧螺杆8平行,压紧螺杆8上的螺纹是右旋螺纹。当需要夹紧或松开工件时,手握转动把手16,可较省力的带动压紧螺杆8转动,使螺杆向着远离或靠近滑动夹持板4所在方向移动即可。所述的定位螺栓5是带有旋动翼片17的蝶形螺栓。操作者在拧松、拧紧定位螺栓5时,可捏住旋动翼片17进行转动,拧松时较为省力,拧紧时操作者容易发力,保证定位螺栓5的充分拧紧,使滑动夹持座3与基座1之间完全固定,也即保证夹紧后的整体稳定性。所述的滑动夹持板4的下端与基座1上表面贴靠,所述的滑动夹持板4与基准座板2相对的表面形状对应。滑动夹持板4架靠在基座1上,因此不论何时都不会悬空,可维持工作状态的稳定,不易出现在加工过程中产生较大震动等问题。

当需要夹持工件时,将待加工工件放在滑动夹持板4和基准座板2之间,拧松紧固螺栓7,调节限位板6伸出,将待加工工件的定位部分贴靠在限位板6面上,移动滑动夹持座3使滑动夹持板4和基准座板2夹紧工件,然后拧紧滑动夹持座3侧边的定位螺栓5,使滑动夹持座3与基座1之间固定,如此与滑动夹持座3相连的滑动夹持板4也被固定,就能维持住夹持待加工工件的状态,然后可使限位板6复位。微调夹紧机构能够对工件实现进一步的夹紧,同时调节幅度相较直接移动滑动夹持座3来说小得多,可以提高调节精度。当滑动夹持板4与基准座板2将工件夹住之后,旋动压紧螺杆8使其向着远离滑动夹持板4所在方向移动,压紧螺杆8端部的限位头14带动拉板9向着远离滑动夹持板4所在方向移动,拉板9带动拉头13也向着远离滑动夹持板4所在方向移动。如此一来,处于上方的转板11上的滑轴12开始沿着滑槽下移,转板11逆时针转动,并在转动过程中推动滑动夹持板4向着基准座板2方向压紧;处于下方的转板11上的滑轴12开始沿着滑槽上移,转板11顺时针转动,并在转动过程中推动滑动夹持板4向着基准座板2方向压紧,即实现了微调夹紧,既能保证进一步夹紧工件,又不会一下子夹紧过度导致工件表面损坏。当夹持单一工件时,若工件部分表面不太规则,则将较为规则的部分贴靠在基准表面,然后移动滑动夹持板4夹紧工件,聚氨酯材料本身具有一定弹性,其作为弹性夹持板15夹紧工件时,会发生变形,贴合到工件表面上去,如此一来,大大增加了与工件的接触面,保证了良好的夹持效果。当夹持同样的多个工件时,聚氨酯板也会发生变形,若工件尺寸偏小,则聚氨酯板在夹持方向变形量少一些,若工件尺寸偏大,则聚氨酯板在夹持方向变形量大一些,但均能与工件达到足够面积的接触,如此就可保证对所有工件都能压紧,而不会出现因尺寸误差的存在使得尺寸偏小的工件不能被同时夹紧的问题。
