Abstract
The invention discloses an upsetting oil cylinder and a friction welding machine, and relates to the technical field of friction welding, wherein the upsetting oil cylinder comprises a first oil cylinder, a second oil cylinder and a locking mechanism, wherein a piston rod of the first oil cylinder is used for being fixedly connected with a movable sliding table; a movable sliding table connecting seat is fixedly arranged on the movable sliding table, at least part of a piston rod of the second oil cylinder can be positioned in the movable sliding table connecting seat and is in sliding connection with the movable sliding table connecting seat, and the piston rod of the first oil cylinder is parallel to the motion direction of the piston rod of the second oil cylinder; the locking mechanism can lock the movable sliding table connecting seat on a piston rod of the second oil cylinder; the invention also provides a friction welding machine which comprises the upsetting oil cylinder. The upsetting oil cylinder and the friction welding machine provided by the invention can reduce the manufacturing cost.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of friction welding, in particular to an upsetting oil cylinder and a friction welding machine.
Background
The compressor is an important component of an aircraft engine and is a mechanical device which transmits mechanical energy to gas to complete the compression of a gas medium in the thermodynamic cycle of the engine, so as to improve the gas pressure. The compressor disk is used as an important component of the compressor, the traditional connection between all the stages of disks is in a mechanical bolt connection mode and an electron beam welding mode, but the mechanical connection causes the thickness of the compressor disk to be larger, the quality is higher, the overall weight of an engine is increased, the improvement of the thrust-weight ratio and the performance of the aero-engine are not facilitated, the electron beam welding method is higher in heat input, larger in welding deformation, higher in residual stress after welding, large in welding difficulty of dissimilar materials, difficult to completely meet the manufacturing requirement of the design of the compressor disk of the aero-engine, and the improvement of the overall performance of the aero-engine is severely restricted. The welding requirement of the compressor disk can be met by adopting friction welding, and the long-stroke oil cylinder used in the conventional friction welding machine has large installed capacity, high manufacturing difficulty and high manufacturing cost.

The upsetting process is completed through two oil cylinders, the first oil cylinder 1 is only used for pushing the moving sliding table 5 to advance or retreat in an idle load mode, the first oil cylinder 1 can be an oil cylinder with a long stroke and less oil supply, when a piston rod of the first oil cylinder 1 advances to a certain distance between a main shaft workpiece and a tailstock workpiece, the moving sliding table connecting seat 3 is locked on a piston rod of the second oil cylinder 2 through the locking mechanism, the second oil cylinder 2 pushes the moving sliding table 5 to advance to complete upsetting through the moving sliding table connecting seat 3 locked on the piston rod of the second oil cylinder 2, the second oil cylinder 2 can be an oil cylinder with a short stroke and large oil supply, and compared with the large-oil-volume long-stroke oil cylinder in the prior art, the manufacturing cost and the using cost are greatly reduced, wherein the large-oil-volume long-stroke oil cylinder needs to push the moving sliding table to advance in an idle load mode and complete upsetting mode.
