Description

Rotary mop cleaning tool with lifting support mechanism
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cleaning tools, in particular to a rotary mop cleaning tool with a lifting support mechanism.
Background
Chinese patent 202120181517.0 discloses a mop head of rotatory mop of self-lifting, including fixed disk and lifting disk, the fixed disk is connected with the mop pole and can rotate on the horizontal direction under the mop pole drives, lifting disk and fixed disk keep the card solid can not relative movement in the horizontal direction, a partition chamber is limited with the fixed disk on vertical direction to the lifting disk, the relative movement in vertical direction of fixed disk can be relatively separated to the lifting disk, the vertical height that separates the chamber reduces to outer edge gradually by the center department of lifting disk, separate the intracavity setting can be in the horizontal direction at center department and peripheral edge reciprocating motion's driving piece, the driving piece receives centrifugal force effect when the fixed disk is high-speed rotatory to the terminal position of peripheral edge by the initial position of center department to peripheral motion, it rises to high-order to drive the lifting disk. Although the mechanism can solve the problem of switching the height of the mop disc, the mop is composed of the fixed disc and the lifting disc, the whole structure is complex, and the mop needs to be provided with the lifting separation cavity, so that the thickness of the mop disc is thicker and the cost is higher.
Chinese patent 202120122782.1 discloses a single-barrel rotary mop kit comprising a mop cleaning barrel and a rotary mop; a centrifugal part and a control part are arranged in a mop disc of the rotary mop, and the control part is connected with the centrifugal part; when the support column is arranged in the positioning insertion hole in a penetrating mode and the mop disc is rotated, the centrifugal part can pull the control part to move, and the rotating mop can be abutted to the mop cleaning barrel through the control part and the mop disc is lifted upwards. When the cleaning piece state is switched to the spin-drying state, the rotation speed of the mop disc of the rotary mop is increased, the centrifugal part is forced to drive the control part to move, the inclined surface of the control part is firstly abutted against the abutting seat, and the rotary mop is forced to be integrally lifted due to the movement of the inclined surface; namely, when the single-barrel rotating mop is sleeved on the spin-drying wiping piece, the bearing surface of the control part is pressed on the abutting seat, and the abutting seat is pressed on the mop cleaning barrel. The structure enables the whole rotary mop to be lifted through the inclined plane of the control part, but the rotary mop has higher speed in the rotating process, and the mop head is lifted by the inclined plane and is easy to slip, so that the cleaning and the spin-drying are unstable.
