4. The hat as claimed in claim 3, wherein the opening or wall of the rotation hole is provided with a plurality of damping teeth, the plurality of damping teeth being arranged around the axial direction of the rotation hole;
or, the rotary damping piece is a clockwork spring, one end of the clockwork spring is connected to the rotary hole, and the other end of the clockwork spring is connected to the rotary shaft.
5. The hat as claimed in claim 2, wherein the brim portion has a mounting notch at an end facing away from the hat body, the bracket is rotatably mounted in the mounting notch, and at least a part of the bracket blocks the mounting notch when the fan assembly is received in the receiving space;
or, the lower surface of the hat brim part is provided with a storage groove communicated with the storage space, and the fan and at least part of the support are rotatably stored in the storage groove.

The hat according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the hat further comprises a battery, a main control board electrically connected to the battery, and a key switch connected to the main control board, wherein the fan assembly is electrically connected to the main control board, the hat body is provided with a first gravity distribution area, the battery and the main control board are disposed in the first gravity distribution area, the brim is provided with a second gravity distribution area, and the fan assembly and the key switch are disposed in the second gravity distribution area.

The hat of claim 6, wherein the hat body comprises a support layer and a cover layer attached to an upper surface of the support layer, wherein a mounting cavity is formed between the support layer and the cover layer, the first gravity distribution area is located in the mounting cavity, the battery and the main control board are mounted in the mounting cavity, and the brim is attached to an upper surface edge of the support layer.
8. The hat of claim 7, wherein a side of the support layer facing away from the cover layer is formed with a receiving cavity for receiving the head, the receiving cavity having at least one massage assembly disposed therein.
9. The hat of claim 1, wherein the brim is further provided with an atomizing assembly disposed adjacent the fan assembly.
10. The hat of claim 9, wherein the atomizing assembly comprises a reservoir and an atomizing outlet connected to the reservoir, the brim being hollow inside, the reservoir being disposed within the brim, the atomizing outlet being located on a lower side of the brim.
