Abstract
本申请提供了一种通信方法和通信装置,当终端设备检测到无线连接失败时,终端设备进行小区选择;若目标小区属于主MN预配置的候选小区,终端设备在选择所选择到的小区中进行接入;若选择所选择到的小区不属于候选小区,且没有检测到辅SCG失败,终端设备通过SN向MN发送主小区组MCG失败消息,以发起MCG快速恢复流程进行无线连接恢复,避免了RRC重建。
