The vacuum generator 43 may be disposed on the second sub-rod 222 and/or the fourth sub-rod 322, and the vacuum generator 43 may be communicated with the middle absorption member 11, the first absorption member 21 and the second absorption member 31 through pipes disposed in the middle bearing rod 12, the first swing arm 22, the first connection rod 23, the second swing arm 32 and the second connection rod 33, so that when the middle absorption member 11, the first absorption member 21 and the second absorption member 31 contact the display panel, vacuum may be formed in the middle absorption member 11, the first absorption member 21 and the second absorption member 31, and the display panel may be absorbed by a pressure difference, so as to facilitate a subsequent bending process.
The vacuum breaking valve 44 may be disposed on the middle support rod 12, the vacuum breaking air pipe 45 may be disposed on the second sub-rod 222 and/or the fourth sub-rod 322, and the vacuum breaking air pipe 45 is communicated with the middle suction member 11, the first suction member 21 and the second suction member 31 through pipes disposed in the middle support rod 12, the first swing arm 22, the first connecting rod 23, the second swing arm 32 and the second connecting rod 33. The vacuum breaking valve 44 is opened to allow the vacuum breaking air pipe 45 to introduce air into the intermediate adsorption member 11, the first adsorption member 21 and the second adsorption member 31, so as to break vacuum, and allow the intermediate adsorption member 11, the first adsorption member 21 and the second adsorption member 31 to release the display panel, and when the vacuum breaking valve 44 is closed, the air introduction into the intermediate adsorption member 11, the first adsorption member 21 and the second adsorption member 31 is stopped.
Optionally, the gas introduced into the vacuum breaking gas pipe 45 may be dry air or nitrogen.
In summary, the display panel bending apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes an intermediate portion 10, and a first swing arm 22 and a second swing arm 32 rotatably connected to the intermediate portion 10, and the intermediate portion 10, the first swing arm 22, and the second swing arm 32 are all provided with an absorption member for absorbing a display panel, so that when the first swing arm 22 and the second swing arm 32 rotate relative to the intermediate portion 10, the display panel can be driven to bend to obtain a curved display panel. On the other hand, the embodiment of the present invention can form the preset included angle between the first swing arm 22 and the second swing arm 32 by setting the logic controller, so as to bend the display panel to the preset curvature, and compared to the prior art that the curvature of the display panel needs to be detected after the display panel is manually conveyed to the bending jig for bending, the embodiment of the present invention can directly bend the display panel to the preset curvature, so that the process of detecting the curvature can be omitted, the labor cost is further reduced, and the process time is reduced.
In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a manufacturing method of the curved-surface display panel, and the manufacturing method of the display panel adopts the display panel bending device in the embodiment.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 and fig. 5, the method for manufacturing the display panel includes the following steps:

The display panel 51 is placed on the suction surface of the display panel bending apparatus, that is, one side surface of the display panel bending apparatus provided with the middle suction member 11, the first suction member 21 and the second suction member 31, and when the middle suction member 11, the first suction member 21 and the second suction member 31 abut against the display panel 51, the vacuum generator 43 is controlled to be turned on, so that the interiors of the middle suction member 11, the first suction member 21 and the second suction member 31 are vacuumed, and the middle suction member 11, the first suction member 21 and the second suction member 31 suck the display panel 51.
It is understood that the middle suction member 11, the first suction member 21 and the second suction member 31 each include a suction cup abutting against the display panel 51, and the display panel 51 is sucked by the pressure difference when the suction cup is vacuum.
And S30, controlling the display panel bending device to switch to the second state, and driving the display panel to bend by the middle adsorption piece, the first adsorption piece and the second adsorption piece to obtain the curved display panel.
A preset included angle after the first sub-rod 221 and the second sub-rod 222 rotate is set in the logic controller, so that the display panel 51 is bent to have a predetermined curvature, and then the curved surface switching valve is switched to a curved surface state, i.e., controls the display panel bending apparatus to be in the second state, at this time, the air cylinder 42 drives the first sub-rod 221 and the third sub-rod 321 to rotate relative to the middle carrier rod 12, i.e. the first swing arm 22 and the second swing arm 32 are driven to rotate relative to the intermediate carrier bar 12, thereby driving the first absorption piece 21 and the second absorption piece 31 to rotate relative to the middle bearing rod 12, and the middle absorption piece 11 absorbs the middle of the display panel 51 and is fixed, so as to drive the two sides of the display panel 51 to bend, and finally the first sub-rod 221 and the second sub-rod 222 rotate to the position of the preset included angle, so as to bend the display panel 51 to the preset curvature, thereby obtaining the curved display panel 52.

Claims (10)

1. A display panel bending apparatus, comprising an adsorption surface for adsorbing a display panel, and further comprising:
the middle part is provided with at least one middle adsorption piece at one side close to the adsorption surface;
a first sub-part including a first swing arm rotatably connected to the intermediate part and at least one first suction attachment provided on a side of the first swing arm close to the suction surface;
the second sub-part comprises a second swing arm rotationally connected with the middle part and at least one second adsorption piece arranged on one side of the second swing arm close to the adsorption surface;
the display panel bending device is switched between a first state and a second state, the display panel bending device is in the first state, an included angle between the first swing arm and the second swing arm is equal to 180 degrees, and the display panel bending device is in the second state, the included angle between the first swing arm and the second swing arm is larger than or smaller than 180 degrees.
2. The display panel bending apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the middle portion comprises a middle support rod, the first suction device is disposed on a side of the middle support rod close to the suction surface, and the first swing arm and the second swing arm are both rotatably connected to the middle support rod.
3. The display panel bending apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first swing arm comprises a first sub-rod and a second sub-rod, one end of the first sub-rod is connected to the middle carrier rod, the other end of the first sub-rod is connected to the second sub-rod, and the first suction device is disposed on a side of the second sub-rod close to the suction surface;
the second swing arm comprises a third sub-rod and a fourth sub-rod, one end of the third sub-rod is connected to the middle bearing rod, the other end of the third sub-rod is connected to the fourth sub-rod, and the second adsorption piece is arranged on one side, close to the adsorption surface, of the fourth sub-rod;
when the display panel bending device is in the first state, an included angle between the first sub-rod and the third sub-rod is equal to 180 degrees, and when the display panel bending device is in the second state, the included angle between the first sub-rod and the third sub-rod is larger than or smaller than 180 degrees.
4. The display panel bending apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the second sub-bar and the fourth sub-bar are parallel to the middle carrier bar.
5. The display panel bending apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the middle portion further comprises a middle connection bar, one end of the middle connection bar is connected to the middle carrier bar, and the other end of the middle connection bar extends in a direction close to the suction surface and is connected to the middle suction member;
the first sub-part further comprises a first connecting rod, one end of the first connecting rod is connected to the second sub-rod, and the other end of the first connecting rod extends in the direction close to the adsorption surface and is connected to the first adsorption part;
the second sub-part further comprises a second connecting rod, one end of the second connecting rod is connected to the fourth sub-rod, and the other end of the second connecting rod extends in the direction close to the adsorption surface and is connected to the second adsorption part.

The display panel bending apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the length of the intermediate link bar in the first state is equal to the length of the intermediate link bar in the second state, the length of the first link bar in the first state is equal to the length of the first link bar in the second state, and the length of the second link bar in the first state is equal to the length of the second link bar in the second state.
7. The display panel bending apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the length of the intermediate connecting rod, the length of the first connecting rod, and the length of the second connecting rod are all equal.
8. The display panel bending apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the first sub-bar and the third sub-bar are axisymmetrically distributed with respect to the middle carrier bar, and the length of the first sub-bar is equal to that of the third sub-bar.
9. The display panel bending apparatus according to claim 2, further comprising a controller connected to at least the first swing arm and the second swing arm, so that a preset included angle is formed between the first swing arm and the second swing arm;
the display panel bending device further comprises a vacuum generator communicated with the middle adsorption piece, the first adsorption piece and the second adsorption piece so as to enable the middle adsorption piece, the first adsorption piece and the second adsorption piece to adsorb the display panel;
the display panel bending device further comprises a vacuum breaking air pipe communicated with the middle adsorption piece, the first adsorption piece and the second adsorption piece, so that the middle adsorption piece, the first adsorption piece and the second adsorption piece release the display panel.
10. A method for manufacturing a curved display panel, using the display panel bending apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, the method comprising:
providing the display panel;
controlling the display panel bending device to switch to the first state, placing the display panel on the adsorption surface of the display panel bending device, and adsorbing the display panel by the intermediate adsorption piece, the first adsorption piece and the second adsorption piece;
and controlling the display panel bending device to switch to the second state, and driving the display panel to bend by the middle adsorption piece, the first adsorption piece and the second adsorption piece so as to obtain the curved display panel.
