4. An intelligent parking guiding and charging method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one: monitoring the image information of a parking space in a parking lot and updating in real time;
step two: the method comprises the steps of collecting the vehicle type and tracking the real-time position of a vehicle to be parked entering a parking lot, and charging and timing;
step three: matching the nearest vacant parking space to the vehicle to be parked, and guiding the vehicle to be parked into the vacant parking space through voice;
step four: parking monitoring of a parking space, voice prompt scratch early warning, and stopping until a vehicle to be parked is safely parked;
step five: monitoring the vehicles which exit the parking spaces, updating the information of the vacant parking spaces, calculating payment, prompting the amount, the payment mode and the exiting time;
step six: and verifying the vehicles which exit the parking lot, accounting the payment amount and the exiting time, and carrying out additional charging after overtime.
5. The intelligent parking guidance and charging method according to claim 4, wherein the parking lot is a roadside toll parking space; and when the vehicle to be parked is parked in the parking space, confirming the charging timing.
