In another aspect, the present invention further provides a computer program product, where the computer program product includes a computer program, where the computer program is stored on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, a computer is capable of executing a local epidemic prevention management method provided by the above methods, where the method is used to set a plurality of epidemic prevention points in a local area, each epidemic prevention point uses the local epidemic prevention management apparatus to collect a health state of a person to be tested, and performs epidemic prevention management according to the health states of the person to be tested collected by all epidemic prevention points in the local area, where the collecting, by each epidemic prevention point, a health state of the person to be tested includes:
acquiring self-adaptive body temperature information of a person to be detected and identifying whether the self-adaptive body temperature information is normal or not;
acquiring identity information of a person to be detected;
and comparing the identity information of the person to be tested with the historical health data to obtain the current health state of the person to be tested.
In another aspect, the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is implemented to perform a city epidemic prevention management method provided by the above methods when executed by a processor, where the method is used to set a plurality of epidemic prevention points in a city domain, each epidemic prevention point uses the city epidemic prevention management device to collect a health status of a person under test, and performs epidemic prevention management according to the health status of the person under test collected by all epidemic prevention points in the city domain, where each epidemic prevention point collects the health status of the person under test, and the method includes:
acquiring self-adaptive body temperature information of a person to be detected and identifying whether the self-adaptive body temperature information is normal or not;
acquiring identity information of a person to be detected;
and comparing the identity information of the person to be tested with the historical health data to obtain the current health state of the person to be tested.
The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. Claims (10)

1. An epidemic prevention management device in a city area is characterized by comprising:
the temperature measurement module is used for acquiring the body temperature information of the person to be measured and carrying out self-adaptive optimization to acquire self-adaptive body temperature information;
the scanning module is used for acquiring identity information of a person to be detected, wherein the identity information comprises health code information, identity card information or IC card information;
the communication module is used for downloading historical health data of a person to be tested and uploading the acquired identity information of the person to be tested and the current health state of the person to be tested;
and the identification module is used for identifying whether the self-adaptive body temperature information of the person to be tested is normal or not, comparing the identity information of the person to be tested with historical health data, and acquiring the current health state of the person to be tested according to the body temperature identification result and the identity information comparison result of the person to be tested.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a prompt module, wherein the prompt module is configured to issue a prompt for release or further epidemic prevention measures according to the current health status of the subject obtained by the identification module.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the temperature measuring module, the scanning module, the communication module, the identification module and the prompt module are integrated on a PDA device, and any one of the modules can be activated by a single key.
4. The urban epidemic prevention management device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein in the identification module, the obtaining identity information of the person under test comprises:
acquiring the identity information of a person to be tested according to priorities, wherein the priorities are respectively from high to low: health code information, identity card information and IC card information.
5. The urban area epidemic prevention management device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the identification module compares the identity information of the person under test with historical health data to obtain an identity information comparison result, and comprises:
and acquiring identity information of the person to be tested, and comparing the identity information with historical health data, wherein the historical health data comprises a health code state, a vaccination state and a journey state.

The urban epidemic prevention management device according to any one of claims 1 or 3, wherein in the temperature measurement module, the adaptive optimization is performed according to the body temperature information of the person to be measured, and the obtaining of the adaptive body temperature information comprises:
acquiring current environment temperature and body temperature information of the person to be measured;
judging whether the change between the current environment temperature and the environment temperature when the body temperature is measured last time exceeds a threshold value, and if the change exceeds the threshold value, performing temperature compensation on the body temperature information of the person to be measured to obtain self-adaptive body temperature information;
and otherwise, taking the body temperature information of the person to be measured as self-adaptive body temperature information.

An urban epidemic prevention management method, which is characterized in that the method is used for setting a plurality of epidemic prevention points in an urban area, each epidemic prevention point adopts any one of the urban area epidemic prevention management devices of claims 1 to 6 to collect the health status of a person to be tested, and epidemic prevention management is performed according to the health status of the person to be tested collected by all epidemic prevention points in the urban area, wherein each epidemic prevention point collects the health status of the person to be tested and comprises the following steps:
acquiring self-adaptive body temperature information of a person to be detected and identifying whether the self-adaptive body temperature information is normal or not;
acquiring identity information of a person to be detected;
and comparing the identity information of the person to be tested with the historical health data to obtain the current health state of the person to be tested.
8. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method for epidemic prevention management in a market area as claimed in claim 7 when executing the program.
9. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the city epidemic prevention management method according to claim 7.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the municipality epidemic prevention management method of claim 7.
