Description

Hotel automatic settlement method, system, equipment and storage medium based on TMC
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of travel management, in particular to a hotel automatic settlement method, a system, equipment and a storage medium based on TMC.
Background
OTA (Online Travel agent) refers to online Travel agency, and TMC is an English abbreviation of Travel Management company (Travel Management Companies). OTA generally has the same effect as the traditional travel agency, but the sale mode is put on a network platform, so that the line information is more widely transmitted, and interactive communication is more convenient for the consultation and ordering of the guest. The traffic and flow of TMC are relatively complex, for example: there is a need to handle emergency events more quickly for the customer, which is not as efficient and efficient as mere OTA customer service, not to look short of the hours, or to be able to catch up to an emergency meeting for the business person on business. In addition, other professional services are promoted by more than one level compared with OTA, so the service charge is mainly used.
If the staff customizes the travel route based on OTA, from the staff end, the large and small bookings such as air tickets/train tickets, hotels, car rents, restaurants and the like all need to be handed over by oneself, various travel standards are dazzlingly disturbed, the distributed booking efficiency is low, the debt of 3 days and 2 nights is carried out once, more than thousand yuan is needed, and the invoice is pasted and cancelled in a busy and disorderly way after the business is ended. And in the process of traveling, the travel is difficult to guarantee once problems such as flight variation occur. From the administrative side, the management of bad bills and reimbursement vouchers is also a matter of detail but huge workload, OA is absent, the financial reimbursement system is equivalent, and once bills are lost or the accounting is wrong, the staff dispute is easily caused.
Aiming at a hotel production line, the method is different from OTA user individual payment, a TMC platform is used as an intermediate party of a client company and a hotel, more settlement modes are adopted for public account circulation, the mode is limited by most banks, and the public payment cannot be made on a public account on a non-working day and a working day and night.
In this scenario, for hotel resources that only support single order settlement and cannot accept post-checkout, the TMC platform can only show the user in the form of blocking the hotel or providing just-paid resources for the duration of the unsupported time period. The lack of this function is under the existing bank policy: the TMC platform reserves and settles a big pain point of information integration for the user in the whole time.
Therefore, the invention provides a hotel automatic settlement method, a system, equipment and a storage medium based on TMC.
Disclosure of Invention

In a preferred embodiment, the step S170 further includes:
the intelligent contract comprises that when the TMC platform receives the money with the unique private key, the money with the unique private key is limited to be made to the preset bank only, but not limited to the above.
In a preferred embodiment, the step S170 further includes: and the hotel server encrypts the reservation information through the public key. And
in step S190, the method further includes: the hotel server decrypts the reservation information through the received private key, but not limited thereto.
In a preferred embodiment, the non-working time is weekday evening or non-working day, but not limited thereto.
The invention aims to provide a hotel automatic settlement method based on TMC, which can realize the whole-time reservation and settlement of a user by a TMC platform and enhance the convenience and safety of the hotel reservation of the user.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an implementation process of the automatic hotel settlement method based on TMC of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the embodiment of the present invention is as follows:
the server 2 of the TMC platform receives the check-in search information of the user 1, wherein the check-in search information at least comprises a search date and a check-in date, and the check-in date is non-working time. The non-working time is working day night or non-working day. And searching the hotels which can be booked online based on the check-in search information to obtain an optional hotel set. And filtering the selectable hotel set, judging whether the payment rule of each hotel in the selectable hotel set comprises that the payment day is shifted forward to the latest working day as the latest payment day, and whether the latest working day is later than or equal to the search date, if so, retaining the hotel information in the selectable hotel set, otherwise, deleting the hotel information in the selectable hotel set, and feeding back the filtered selectable hotel set to the user initiating the check-in search.
Based on the booking information of the selected hotel and the latest payment day, an intelligent contract, a public key and a unique private key corresponding to the public key are produced, and the unique private key is sent to the TMC platform. The unique private key in this embodiment is a Non-homogeneous Token (NFT, collectively referred to as Non-homogeneous Token, which is a unique cryptocurrency Token used to represent digital assets). The method comprises the steps of establishing a mapping relation among an intelligent contract, a public key and a unique private key corresponding to the public key based on booking information of a selected hotel, a preset bank 3 and the latest payment day, sending the mapping relation to the intelligent contract, the public key and the unique private key to a TMC platform, and encrypting the booking information through the public key by a hotel server 4. The intelligent contract comprises that when the TMC platform receives the money with the unique private key, the money with the unique private key is limited to be made into money only by the preset bank 3.
And sending the unique private key to the user side by the TMC platform. When the user makes payment to the TMC platform, the unique private key is fed back to the TMC platform. And triggering the intelligent contract when the TMC platform finishes payment to a preset bank based on the reservation information before the latest payment date is finished. The TMC platform feeds back the unique private key to the hotel server.
And finally, the hotel server decrypts the reservation information through the received private key, and if the unique private key is successfully matched with the corresponding public key through verification, the reservation information is marked as paid, and the user is allowed to check in at the time, but not limited to the time.
The invention can utilize the characteristic that QMQ message has strong consistency with database transaction. In the payment environment, the producer may share the message of successful payment in real time in terms of subjects, and different consubmers subscribe to the consumption in terms of desired subjects. Carry journey EBOOKING provides for the hotel: and the platform is used for online real-time control of house-state room prices, order processing, income management and other services. Hotel need perception information can be provided through an EBK order issuing and order processing page. The automatic payment scheduling design of the financial department realizes the dimension accumulation order of the hotel and combines payment regularly all day.
Based on the settlement ID, the finance department pushes QMQ information on the success of payment in real time.

An account maintenance system: aiming at hotels settled in dimensions of single orders, a latest payment day translation function switch is additionally arranged:
and (3) opening a switch:
conditions are as follows: although the hotel can perceive that the travel is paid from the EBK, the hotel still does not accept the guest to check in and leave the hotel before the account really receives the house fee.
The functions are as follows: the latest payment day is the forward shift from the non-weekday to the latest weekday.
The effect is as follows: orders for check-in on weekends are scheduled on weekends with the latest payment day being the hotel on the weekend, the latest payment day is shifted to friday on weekdays, earlier than the scheduled time, and the resource cannot be scheduled or can only be paid on-the-spot.
And (3) turning off a switch:
conditions are as follows: after the hotel senses that the travel is paid on the EBK, the hotel allows guests to check in and leave the hotel in advance although the hotel does not receive the house fee.
The functions are as follows: the user can book the original pre-paid hotel (not shielded by the translation function) at the travel platform in real time.
The effect is as follows: for the hotel which is the prepayment resource (the hotel which can not accept the payment before the check-in and generally only supports the spot payment on the check-in day), after the guest carries the business hotel platform to reserve the hotel, the platform can automatically pay the hotel in batches every hour 12 o' clock later, and the hotel sees the paid identification when the guest leaves the hotel and allows the guest to handle the procedure of leaving the hotel.
And the default is opened, and the switch is closed in batches according to the successful negotiation hotel list given by the service and the corresponding client company.
