本发明涉及油田酸化压裂技术领域,尤其涉及一种绿色压裂酸化一体液及其制备方法。本发明公开了一种绿色压裂酸化一体液,按重量份包括以下组分:15~35份中性生酸剂,0.5~1.2份耐酸乳液稠化剂,0.5~1份粘土稳定剂,0.5~1份绿色螯合剂,0.5~1份渗析剂,余量为水。本发明提出的一种绿色压裂酸化一体液及其制备方法,能实现在地面常温条件下不产生酸,在储层高温条件下通过脂类水解生成酸,克服了现有技术中,需额外添加缓蚀剂,以减缓管柱设备腐蚀的问题。同时,可通过调节绿色压裂酸化一体液中的组份含量,实现变黏滑溜水、稠化酸、耐酸压裂液的实时转化,方便现场配液在线调整,满足改造过程中降阻、刻蚀、携砂的需求。经济、环保,能满足油田提质增效的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及油田酸化压裂技术领域,尤其涉及一种绿色压裂酸化一体液及其制备方法。
背景技术
酸化压裂是油气增产的主要措施之一。压裂液压破地层形成先导裂缝,为后续酸液进入裂缝提供通道,最终形成具有高导流能力的刻蚀裂缝渗流通道。目前一般使用的压裂液为常规植物胶压裂液,且大多为碱性,在和酸液交替注入过程中,酸液会影响压裂液的性能,如破坏成胶、携砂等。
在发明专利(专利公开号为CN112940706A)中公开了一种一体化复合酸及其制备方法,包括聚合物压裂液、变黏滑溜水和胶凝酸;聚合物压裂液、变黏滑溜水和凝胶酸采用同一种乳液凝胶剂配制,该乳液胶凝剂包括30~50份阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、2~4份粘度调节剂、0.5~1.2份悬浮剂、40~70份溶剂和0.5~1.5份润湿分散剂;变黏滑溜水按重量份计,包括0.1~0.3份乳液胶凝剂、1~2份缓蚀剂、1~2份铁离子稳定剂、1~2份复合增效剂和5~15份盐酸,余量为水;凝胶酸按重量份计,包括1~3份乳液胶凝剂、1~4份缓蚀剂、1~2份铁离子稳定剂、1~2份复合增效剂和10~20份盐酸,余量为水。这种复合酸是在地面条件下加入盐酸,形成变黏滑溜水和凝胶酸,为减小酸液对管柱设备的腐蚀作用,还需加入缓蚀剂,增加了施工成本,不利于现场安全施工。同时,目前达到高温缓蚀的技术难度高,不易实现,不能满足油田高温储层高效开发的需求。
因此,本发明提出一种成本低、环保的绿色压裂酸化一体液,既能做压裂液,又能做酸液,满足现场需求。
发明内容
本发明主要是克服现有技术中的不足之处,本发明的目的在于提供一种绿色压裂酸化一体液及其制备方法。
为达到以上技术目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种绿色压裂酸化一体液,按重量份包括以下组分:15~35份中性生酸剂;0.5~1.2份耐酸乳液稠化剂;0.5~1份粘土稳定剂;0.5~1份绿色螯合剂;0.5~1份渗析剂;余量为水。
进一步地,按重量份计,所述中性生酸剂由30~50份甲酸乙酯,10~30份乙酸乙酯,20~40份乙酸甲酯混合而成。
进一步地,按重量份计,所述耐酸乳液稠化剂由24~28份丙烯酰胺,4~8份2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸,4~8份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和4份二嵌段聚醚单体通过反相乳液聚合法制得。
进一步地,按重量份计,所述二嵌段聚醚单体包括80份环氧乙烷,20份环氧丙烷,所述二嵌段聚醚单体分子链端有1个可聚合的碳碳双键。
进一步地,所述的粘土稳定剂为氯化铵和氯化钾的混合物,所述氯化铵和氯化钾的质量比为1:1。
一种绿色压裂酸化一体液的制备方法,所述制备方法应用于权利要求1~5任一项所述的绿色压裂酸化一体液中,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、按绿色压裂酸化一体液的配比准备各组分;
S2、将配制好的中性生酸剂加入水中,搅拌得到基液体系;
S3、将耐酸乳液稠化剂加入基液体系中,搅拌得到稠化液体系;
S4、将绿色螯合剂,粘土稳定剂,渗析剂依次加入到稠化液体系中,搅拌得到绿色压裂酸化一体液体系。
本发明的有益效果是:

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:
本实例提供了一种绿色压裂酸化一体液体系,以重量份计,所述一体液体系包括以下物质:15份中性生酸剂,0.5份耐酸乳液稠化剂,0.5份粘土稳定剂,0.5份绿色螯合剂,0.5份渗析剂,余量为水。其中中性生酸剂由30份甲酸乙酯,10份乙酸乙酯,40份乙酸甲酯均匀混合而成。
制备耐酸乳液稠化剂:取45份蒸馏水,加入24份丙烯酰胺、4份2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、8份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和4份二嵌段聚醚单体,搅拌溶解配成单体水溶液。二嵌段聚醚单体包括80份环氧乙烷,20份环氧丙烷。取2份Span85乳化剂、1份Tween80乳化剂与15份5#白油配成油相。先将油相加入到装有冷凝装置、搅拌器和温度计的三颈瓶中,开启搅拌后缓慢滴加单体水溶液,配成乳液体系。通氮气除氧20min后水浴升温至45℃,加入0.1份过硫酸铵和0.1份亚硫酸钠引发聚合,在氮气保护下恒温聚合6小时得到耐酸乳液稠化剂。
制备绿色压裂酸化一体液(变黏滑溜水):将配制好的15份中性生酸剂加入水中,搅拌得到基液体系。将0.5份耐酸乳液稠化剂加入基液体系中,搅拌得到稠化液体系。0.5份粘土稳定剂由0.25份氯化铵和0.25份氯化钾混合制得。将0.5份粘土稳定剂,0.5份绿色螯合剂,0.5份渗析剂依次加入到稠化液体系中,搅拌得到绿色压裂酸化一体液体系(变黏滑溜水)。
采用管路摩阻测试仪对变黏滑溜水进行降阻率测试实验,管路摩阻测试仪如图1所示,实验结果如图2所示。实验结果表明,随着排量的增大,降阻率随之升高,变黏滑溜水的降阻率高于普通滑溜水,变黏滑溜水的减阻性能更好。
实施例2
本实例提供了一种绿色压裂酸化一体液体系,以质量分数计,所述一体液体系包括以下物质:25份中性生酸剂,0.8份耐酸乳液稠化剂,0.8份粘土稳定剂,0.8份绿色螯合剂,0.8份渗析剂,余量为水。配制中性生酸剂,由40份甲酸乙酯,20份乙酸乙酯,30份乙酸甲酯均匀混合而成。
制备耐酸乳液稠化剂:取45份蒸馏水,加入26份丙烯酰胺、8份2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、6份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和4份二嵌段聚醚单体,搅拌溶解配成单体水溶液。二嵌段聚醚单体包括80份环氧乙烷,20份环氧丙烷。取2份Span85乳化剂、1份Tween80乳化剂与15份5#白油配成油相。先将油相加入到装有冷凝装置、搅拌器和温度计的三颈瓶中,开启搅拌后缓慢滴加单体水溶液,配成乳液体系。将乳液体系通氮气除氧20min后,水浴升温至45℃,加入0.1份过硫酸铵和0.1份亚硫酸钠引发聚合,在氮气保护下恒温聚合6小时得到耐酸乳液稠化剂。
制备绿色压裂酸化一体液(稠化酸):将配制好的25份中性生酸剂加入水中,搅拌得到基液体系。将0.8份耐酸乳液稠化剂加入基液体系中,搅拌得到稠化液体系。0.8份粘土稳定剂由0.4份氯化铵和0.4份氯化钾混合制得。将0.8份粘土稳定剂,0.8份绿色螯合剂,0.8份渗析剂依次加入到稠化液体系中,搅拌得到绿色压裂酸化一体液体系(稠化酸)。
采用实施例2制备的绿色压裂酸化一体液体系(稠化酸)在不同温度下,与碳酸钙反应12h,测定稠化酸释放的有效H+浓度,测定结果如图3所示,从图3可知,在150℃下酸岩反应12h,有效H+浓度为1.561mol/L,有效溶蚀率为68.20%。图4为稠化酸在150℃下与碳酸钙反应12h后的酸液照片,从图4可知,稠化酸在高温下与碳酸钙反应后,无明显不溶物产生,残液清澈,能满足现场施工需求。
实施例3
本实例提供了一种绿色压裂酸化一体液体系,以质量分数计,所述一体液体系包括以下物质:35份中性生酸剂,1.2份耐酸乳液稠化剂,1份粘土稳定剂,1份绿色螯合剂,1份渗析剂,余量为水。中性生酸剂由50份甲酸乙酯,30份乙酸乙酯,20份乙酸甲酯均匀混合而成。
制备耐酸乳液稠化剂:取45份蒸馏水,加入28份丙烯酰胺、6份2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、4份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和4份二嵌段聚醚单体,搅拌溶解配成单体水溶液。二嵌段聚醚单体包括80份环氧乙烷,20份环氧丙烷。取2份Span85乳化剂、1份Tween80乳化剂与15份5#白油配成油相。先将油相加入到装有冷凝装置、搅拌器和温度计的三颈瓶中,开启搅拌后缓慢滴加单体水溶液,配成乳液体系。将乳液体系通氮气除氧20min后,水浴升温至45℃,加入0.1份过硫酸铵和0.1份亚硫酸钠引发聚合,在氮气保护下恒温聚合6小时得到耐酸乳液稠化剂。
制备绿色压裂酸化一体液(耐酸压裂液):将配制好的35份中性生酸剂加入水中,搅拌得到基液体系。将1.2份耐酸乳液稠化剂加入基液体系中,搅拌得到稠化液体系。1份粘土稳定剂由0.5份氯化铵和0.5份氯化钾混合制得。将1份粘土稳定剂,1份绿色螯合剂,1份渗析剂依次加入到稠化液体系中,搅拌得到绿色压裂酸化一体液体系(耐酸压裂液)。
配制耐酸压裂液100ml,按照砂比40%,将耐酸压裂液与20/40目陶粒支撑剂混合均匀,倒入量筒内,并静置在95℃水浴锅中,每隔一定时间(1h)观察支撑剂的沉降情况,同时记录支撑剂的沉降距离与沉降时间,评价其携砂性能。由图5可知,10h内陶粒支撑剂基本不沉降,因此,耐酸压裂液具有很好的携砂能力。

Claims (6)
1.一种绿色压裂酸化一体液,其特征在于,按重量份包括以下组分:15~35份中性生酸剂,0.5~1.2份耐酸乳液稠化剂,0.5~1份粘土稳定剂,0.5~1份绿色螯合剂,0.5~1份渗析剂,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的绿色压裂酸化一体液,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述中性生酸剂由30~50份甲酸乙酯,10~30份乙酸乙酯,20~40份乙酸甲酯混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的绿色压裂酸化一体液,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述耐酸乳液稠化剂由24~28份丙烯酰胺,4~8份2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸,4~8份二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵和4份二嵌段聚醚单体通过反相乳液聚合法制得。
4.根据权利要求3中所述的绿色压裂酸化一体液,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述二嵌段聚醚单体包括80份环氧乙烷,20份环氧丙烷,所述二嵌段聚醚单体分子链端有1个可聚合的碳碳双键。
5.根据权利1所述的绿色压裂酸化一体液,其特征在于,所述的粘土稳定剂为氯化铵和氯化钾的混合物,所述氯化铵和氯化钾的质量比为1:1。
6.一种绿色压裂酸化一体液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法应用于权利要求1~5任一项所述的绿色压裂酸化一体液中,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、按绿色压裂酸化一体液的配比准备各组分;
S2、将配制好的中性生酸剂加入水中,搅拌得到基液体系;
S3、将耐酸乳液稠化剂加入基液体系中,搅拌得到稠化液体系;
S4、将绿色螯合剂,粘土稳定剂,渗析剂依次加入到稠化液体系中,搅拌得到绿色压裂酸化一体液体系。
