Referring to fig. 1, an application method of a high-performance outdoor resin includes the following steps:
the first step is as follows: firstly, preparing a multifunctional auxiliary agent in a basic paint vehicle, wherein the preparation process of the multifunctional auxiliary agent comprises the steps of weighing a proper amount of sodium hydroxide solution, a film-forming auxiliary agent, a defoaming agent and a thickening agent in sequence, then adding the sodium hydroxide solution and the film-forming auxiliary agent into a mixer for stirring for 10-15min, then adding the defoaming agent and the thickening agent into the mixer for stirring for 5-8min, and thus obtaining the multifunctional auxiliary agent;
the second step is that: then combining the multifunctional auxiliary agent with other raw materials to prepare the basic paint vehicle, specifically, firstly weighing a proper amount of tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, deionized water, propylene glycol, dispersing agent, wetting agent, wax powder, cellulose ether, rutile titanium dioxide, heavy calcium and multifunctional auxiliary agent, then adding the tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, the deionized water, the propylene glycol, the dispersing agent and the wetting agent into a mixer according to a proportion and stirring for 3-5min, then adding the wax powder, the cellulose ether, the rutile titanium dioxide and the heavy calcium into the mixer and stirring for 5-8min, finally adding the previously obtained multifunctional auxiliary agent into the mixer and stirring for 3-5min at a stirring speed of 400-500r/min to prepare the basic paint vehicle;
the third step: then, preparing a finishing paint vehicle, wherein only a proper amount of tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, deionized water and film forming auxiliary agent are sequentially added into a dispersion cylinder and uniformly stirred at a low speed, the finishing paint vehicle is prepared by preheating the dispersion cylinder for mixing the finishing paint vehicle, keeping the temperature of the inner cavity of the dispersion cylinder at 50-55 ℃ after the tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, the deionized water and the film forming auxiliary agent are added, carrying out stirring reaction for 30-45 minutes, standing for later use after uniform stirring, and stirring the finishing paint vehicle in the dispersion cylinder at a low speed;
the fourth step: then, coating the basic paint, cutting the obtained basic paint in a proper amount and uniformly coating the obtained basic paint on the surface of outdoor equipment, wherein the outdoor temperature of the basic paint during coating is higher than 5 ℃, grinding and sieving the basic paint to a certain degree are required before coating, the grinding fineness is less than or equal to 30 mu m, then filtering, adding a small amount of ionic distilled water into the filtered basic paint for dilution, and controlling the pH value between 7 and 8;
the fifth step: and finally, brushing the finishing paint, wherein the base paint surface is dried and then the finishing paint is brushed, the outdoor temperature when the finishing paint is brushed is higher than 5 ℃, grinding and sieving are carried out to a certain degree before the finishing paint is brushed, the grinding fineness is less than or equal to 20 mu m, then filtering is carried out, and the brushing mode of the finishing paint can adopt spraying or roll coating.
The invention relates to a high-performance outdoor resin and an application method thereof, wherein the high-performance outdoor resin comprises a base paint vehicle and a finishing paint vehicle, the finishing paint vehicle is coated on the outer side of the base paint vehicle, the base paint vehicle and the finishing paint vehicle both contain tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, deionized water and a film-forming auxiliary agent, wherein the components of the base paint vehicle comprise the tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, the deionized water, propylene glycol, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, wax powder, cellulose ether, rutile titanium dioxide, coarse whiting and a multifunctional auxiliary agent, and the multifunctional auxiliary agent is a mixture of a sodium hydroxide solution, a film-forming auxiliary agent, a defoaming agent and a thickening agent; the preparation and application of high-performance outdoor resin are characterized by that firstly, the multifunctional adjuvant in the basic paint vehicle is prepared, then the multifunctional adjuvant is combined with other raw materials to obtain basic paint vehicle, then the finishing paint vehicle is prepared, then the basic paint vehicle is coated, and finally the finishing paint vehicle is coated, in which the coating paint vehicle is coated after the surface of basic paint vehicle is dried, in which the high-performance outdoor resin uses tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, deionized water and heavy calcium as main monomers, and adopts the high-performance resin paint vehicle adopting "miniemulsion" polymerization process, and the multi-branched aliphatic structure special for tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion can obviously reduce surface tension of polymer so as to have excellent adhesive force for metal, wood, ceramic and cement, at the same time the special "shield effect" of tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion can give excellent paint film fullness degree to polymer, The special isomer of the tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymerization emulsion enables the polymer to have the excellent characteristics of 'hardness and softness' and avoids the generation of 'cold, brittle and hot sticking', so that the whole high-performance outdoor resin paint has very good water resistance, acid and alkali resistance and weather resistance, is suitable for being coated outdoors, is simple and convenient in the preparation and application processes of the whole high-performance outdoor resin paint, and is suitable for the actual application of outdoor paint.
In conclusion, the high-performance outdoor resin and the application method thereof provided by the invention are characterized in that the high-performance outdoor resin comprises a base paint vehicle and a finishing paint vehicle, the finishing paint vehicle is coated on the outer side of the base paint vehicle, the base paint vehicle and the finishing paint vehicle both contain tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, deionized water and a film forming aid, wherein the high-performance outdoor resin takes the tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, the deionized water and triple superphosphate as main monomers, a special multi-branched aliphatic structure of the high-performance outdoor resin can obviously reduce the surface tension of a polymer, and meanwhile, the special shield effect of the high-performance outdoor resin paint vehicle endows the polymer with excellent paint film fullness, water resistance, acid-base resistance and weather resistance, so that the whole high-performance outdoor resin paint vehicle has very good water resistance, acid-base resistance and weather resistance, is suitable for being coated outdoors, and the preparation and application processes of the whole high-performance outdoor resin paint vehicle are simple and convenient, is suitable for practical application of outdoor paint.

the multifunctional additive is a mixture of a sodium hydroxide solution, a film-forming additive, a defoaming agent and a thickening agent.

The high-performance outdoor resin according to claim 2, wherein: the multifunctional auxiliary agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-10 parts of sodium hydroxide solution, 70-80 parts of film-forming additive, 5-10 parts of defoaming agent and 10-15 parts of thickening agent.
4. The high-performance outdoor resin according to claim 1, wherein: the finishing varnish comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 45-50 parts of tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, 45-50 parts of deionized water and 2-5 parts of film-forming assistant.

The high-performance outdoor resin according to claim 2, wherein: the base paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 30 parts of tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, 15 parts of deionized water, 1.5 parts of propylene glycol, 1 part of dispersant, 0.15 part of wetting agent, 1.2 parts of wax powder, 0.15 part of cellulose ether, 4 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 45 parts of heavy calcium and 2 parts of multifunctional assistant.

The high-performance outdoor resin according to claim 2, wherein: the base paint comprises the following components in parts by mass: 35 parts of tertiary carbon fluorocarbon copolymer emulsion, 10 parts of deionized water, 1 part of propylene glycol, 1 part of dispersant, 0.15 part of wetting agent, 1.2 parts of wax powder, 0.15 part of cellulose ether, 3.5 parts of rutile titanium dioxide, 45 parts of heavy calcium and 3 parts of multifunctional assistant.

s5: and finally, brushing the finishing paint, wherein the finishing paint is brushed after the surface of the base paint is dried, and the outdoor temperature of the finishing paint during brushing is higher than 5 ℃.
