Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of intelligent automobile fault diagnosis, and particularly relates to a fault positioning method and system for a vehicle-mounted display screen and a vehicle.
Background
With the development of automobile electronic technology, the carrying rate of the vehicle-mounted display screen is higher and higher, and the vehicle-mounted display screen becomes an important component of the whole automobile parts. In the development process of the vehicle-mounted display screen, a series of engineering problems such as black screen, screen splash, screen flashing and the like can occur, and the problems need to be solved, otherwise, the mass production of the vehicle type can be influenced.
In the whole vehicle development process, the troubleshooting of the problems of the vehicle-mounted display screen usually consumes great manpower and material resources. Fault location directly affects the analysis of the cause of the problem. The main reasons that the problems of the display screen are difficult to be checked are as follows: 1. the problem of the display screen is usually caused by software errors, and the occurrence probability is low for accidental faults; 2. after the problem occurs, the fault phenomenon is easily damaged, and the fault does not reappear after the whole vehicle is electrified again, so that the difficulty of troubleshooting is increased; 3. the vehicle-mounted display screen is a display subsystem and is connected with the vehicle machine through an LVDS wire harness, and after a fault occurs, whether the fault is caused by the display screen or the vehicle machine cannot be judged through a conventional means; 4. after a fault occurs, the vehicle-mounted display screen needs to be detached from the whole vehicle, and fault analysis work can be carried out by means of equipment such as an oscilloscope and a frequency spectrograph.
The existing display screen fault diagnosis method is limited in that the method is only suitable for internal faults of a vehicle-mounted display screen, and the faults need to be determined firstly and then deeply analyzed by a display screen manufacturer. Display faults (black screen, screen splash, screen flashing and the like) of the whole vehicle can be caused by a vehicle-mounted display screen or a vehicle machine, and the existing diagnosis method is not suitable for the faults. Therefore, it is necessary to invent a positioning method for determining whether the problem is caused by the vehicle-mounted display screen or the vehicle-mounted device.

In order to ensure that the vehicle-mounted display screen 11 is always in a working state after a display fault occurs, the following method for positioning the display fault of the vehicle-mounted display screen is adopted in the embodiment: s1, presetting a software implementation code for triggering the display screen submodule of the vehicle-mounted display screen to restart through the air conditioner key combination under the condition that the vehicle-mounted display screen has a display type fault; s2, after the vehicle-mounted display screen has display faults (such as black screen, flashing screen and flower screen), triggering the display screen submodule to restart through an air conditioner key; s3, positioning a fault part of the vehicle-mounted display screen 11 according to the display phenomenon of the vehicle-mounted display screen 11 after the display screen submodule is restarted (as shown in figure 4); if the screen black, screen splash and screen flashing faults of the vehicle-mounted display screen 11 disappear after the vehicle-mounted display screen 11 is restarted, judging that the faults are caused by the vehicle-mounted display screen; and if the screen blacking, screen splash and screen flashing faults of the vehicle-mounted display screen exist after the vehicle-mounted display screen is restarted, judging that the faults are caused by the vehicle machine.
As shown in fig. 3, the air conditioner panel sub-module is in communication connection with the air conditioner controller through a LIN line, the air conditioner controller is connected with the vehicle machine through a CAN bus, and the vehicle machine is in communication connection with the display screen sub-module through a LVDS line. The car machine 12 inputs the video signal to the on-vehicle display screen 11 through the LVDS line. When a fault occurs, if the output state of the vehicle machine 12 is guaranteed not to change, the vehicle-mounted display screen 11 is restarted, and at the moment, the vehicle-mounted display screen 11 is the only variable. If the fault still exists after the vehicle-mounted display screen 11 is restarted, the fault caused by the vehicle machine 12 can be determined; conversely, it can be determined that the malfunction is caused by the in-vehicle display screen 11.
As shown in fig. 2, the air conditioner button in this embodiment is as follows: A. a main driving temperature adjusting button; B. a refrigeration key; C. an automatic mode button; D. a circulation key in the vehicle; E. a mode adjustment key; F. an air volume adjusting button; G. the air window defrosting and demisting button; H. a rear window heating key; I. a key of an ion generator; J. a temperature synchronization key; K. temperature regulation button is driven to the copilot. When the preset combination keys activate the inflatable vehicle-mounted display screen, the more the number of the set combination keys is, the less the misoperation is likely to occur, based on this, in this embodiment, the restart signal is transmitted to the display screen submodule 111 of the vehicle-mounted display screen through the "ACAFDH" combination keys, and the display screen submodule 111 activates the display screen restart function after receiving the restart signal. In specific setting, three or four or five combined keys can be adopted to send the restart signal.
In order to prevent the user from mistakenly triggering the restart function when operating the air conditioner key, the time interval during the input key combination should be as short as possible, and the re-input is required when the set key interval exceeds 2 seconds in the embodiment.
After the vehicle-mounted display screen is restarted, the vehicle machine still works normally, namely, a video signal sent to the display screen by the vehicle machine is not changed. If the fault disappears after restarting, determining that the fault is caused by the vehicle-mounted display screen; if the fault still exists after restarting, the fault can be determined to be caused by the vehicle machine. The method can be used for quickly positioning the fault piece, and the development time is saved.
