Technical Field

Background
Edible vegetable oil is edible oil prepared by taking edible vegetable oil or vegetable crude oil as a raw material, such as soybean oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, edible vegetable blend oil and the like which are common in life, most of the edible vegetable oil is produced and processed by an oil press, and the oil press refers to mechanical equipment which is necessary and most critical in the production and processing procedures of edible food oil and is used for extruding oil from vegetable oil by increasing temperature and activating oil molecules under the action of mechanical external force.
However, the existing raw material pressing equipment for processing edible vegetable oil still has some defects in the actual application process, for example, when the existing vegetable oil press presses the vegetable raw material, an operator is required to open the upper top, the vegetable raw material is put into the pressing equipment and then the top cover is covered to perform oil pressing operation, the upper top is opened after oil pressing is finished, the oil cake is taken out and then the feeding operation is repeated, the whole operation process is complicated and time-consuming, and during feeding and discharging, the pressing equipment needs to be stopped, so that the oil pressing efficiency of the oil press is low.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the embodiment of the invention provides raw material pressing equipment for edible vegetable oil processing and a using method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that when an existing vegetable oil press presses vegetable raw materials, an operator needs to open the top, put the vegetable raw materials into the oil press, then cover the top cover to perform oil pressing operation, open the top after oil pressing is finished, take out oil cakes and then repeatedly perform feeding operation, the whole operation process is complicated and time-consuming, and when the oil is fed and discharged, the pressing equipment needs to be stopped, so that the oil pressing efficiency of the oil press is low.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme that the raw material pressing equipment for processing the edible vegetable oil comprises an oil press base, wherein a gantry frame is fixedly installed on one side of the top surface of the oil press base, a hydraulic oil press unit is fixedly installed in the middle of a cross beam at the top of the gantry frame, a positioning base is movably installed in the center of the top surface of the oil press base, an electric driving conversion base is movably installed on the top surface of the positioning base, and two groups of oil press cylinders which are arranged in central symmetry are fixedly installed on the top surface of the electric driving conversion base;
the oil press base comprises a pressure bearing base, a limiting groove matched with the positioning base is formed in the center of the top surface of the pressure bearing base, and two clamping positioning grooves which are bilaterally symmetrically arranged are formed in the bottom surface of the limiting groove.

The use method of the raw material squeezing equipment for processing the edible vegetable oil is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step three: after the hydraulic oil press set finishes oil pressing operation, disconnecting the power supply of the hydraulic oil press set to reset the hydraulic oil press set, restarting the driving motor to drive the directional pulley to drive the rotating base to rotate horizontally, enabling the two oil pressing cylinders to exchange positions, then opening the power supply switch of the hydraulic oil press set again to enable the hydraulic oil press set to repeat the oil pressing operation, and when the hydraulic oil press set presses oil again, leading oil pressed by the oil pressing cylinders in the first step into an oil storage vessel through an oil baffle plate and an oil discharge sliding channel for collection by workers, and taking out oil cakes in the oil pressing cylinders in the first step;

1. according to the invention, through arranging the positioning base and the electric drive conversion base, the alternating operation of two oil cylinders is realized, in the working process of the device, the annular limiting wheel groove formed in the top surface of the positioning disc seat is matched with the four pressure-bearing pulleys fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the rotating base and the electric drive pulleys mounted on the bottom surfaces of the two driving side plates, so that the two oil cylinders are alternately and movably mounted below the hydraulic oil press unit, the oil cylinders are subjected to loading and unloading operation without stopping, and the vegetable oil processing efficiency is improved.
2. According to the invention, the driving motor is arranged at the bottom of the directional pulley, and the driving motor is used for providing driving force for the directional pulley, so that the two oil pressing cylinders can conveniently rotate to exchange positions, and the working efficiency of the device is improved.
3. According to the invention, the oil storage base with the oil storage groove is arranged at the bottom of the oil pressing cylinder, and the oil liquid pressed from oil in the oil pressing cylinder is temporarily stored in the oil storage groove on the top surface of the oil storage base, so that the centralized recovery of the vegetable oil liquid is facilitated, and the working efficiency of the device is improved.

Specifically, the driving motor 553 is arranged at the bottom of the directional pulley 551, and the driving motor 553 is used for providing driving force for the directional pulley 551, so that the two oil extracting barrels 6 can conveniently rotate to exchange positions, and the working efficiency of the device is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, the oil pressing cylinder 6 includes an oil storage base 61, an oil storage tank 62 is disposed in the middle of the top surface of the oil storage base 61, an oil pressing cylinder 63 is fixedly mounted in the middle of the bottom surface of the oil storage tank 62, an oil baffle plate 64 is detachably mounted at an oil discharging gap of the oil storage tank 62, and an oil discharging slide way 65 communicated with the oil storage tank 62 is fixedly mounted on an oil discharging side of the oil storage base 61.
Specifically, through setting up the oil storage base 61 that has oil storage tank 62 in the bottom installation of the barrel 63 that extracts oil, utilize the oil storage tank 62 of oil storage base 61 top surface to store the fluid that the inside oil of the barrel 63 that extracts oil temporarily, made things convenient for the concentrated recovery of vegetable oil, improved the work efficiency of device.
The working principle of the invention is that,
the screened vegetable oil is put into an oil pressing cylinder body 63 of one oil pressing cylinder 6 positioned on the outer side of the top surface of the electrically-driven conversion base 5, and then two driving motors 553 are synchronously started to drive a directional pulley 551 to drive the rotating base 51 to rotate horizontally, so that the two oil pressing cylinders 6 are switched in position; turning on a power switch of the hydraulic oil press unit 3, enabling a pressing plate at the bottom of the hydraulic oil press unit 3 to be matched with the oil pressing barrel 6 in the first step to perform oil pressing operation, and when oil pressing is performed on the hydraulic oil press unit 3, putting the screened vegetable oil into an oil pressing barrel body 63 of another oil pressing barrel 6 by a worker; after the hydraulic oil press unit 3 finishes oil pressing operation, disconnecting the power supply of the hydraulic oil press unit 3 to reset the hydraulic oil press unit, restarting the driving motor 553 to drive the directional pulley 551 to drive the rotary base 51 to rotate horizontally, allowing the two oil pressing cylinders 6 to exchange positions, then opening the power switch of the hydraulic oil press unit 3 again to allow the hydraulic oil press unit to repeat the oil pressing operation, when the hydraulic oil press unit 3 presses oil again, a worker guides oil pressed by the oil pressing cylinders 6 in the first step into an oil storage vessel through the oil baffle plate 64 and the oil dropping slideway 65 to collect the oil, and takes out oil cakes in the oil pressing cylinders 6 in the first step;
the positioning base 4 and the electric drive conversion base 5 are arranged, so that the alternating operation of the two oil pressing cylinders 6 is realized, the annular limiting wheel groove 42 formed in the top surface of the positioning disc seat 41 is matched with the four pressure-bearing pulleys 53 fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the rotating base 51 and the electric drive pulleys 55 mounted on the bottom surfaces of the two driving side plates 54, the two oil pressing cylinders 6 are alternately and movably mounted below the hydraulic oil pressing unit 3, the oil pressing cylinders 6 are subjected to loading and unloading operation without stopping, and the vegetable oil processing efficiency is improved; the driving motor 553 is arranged at the bottom of the directional pulley 551, and the driving motor 553 is used for providing driving force for the directional pulley 551, so that the two oil extracting barrels 6 can conveniently rotate to exchange positions, and the working efficiency of the device is improved; through setting up the oil storage base 61 that has oil storage tank 62 in the bottom installation of the barrel 63 that extracts oil, utilize oil storage tank 62 of oil storage base 61 top surface to store the fluid of the inside oil of barrel 63 that extracts oil temporarily, made things convenient for the concentrated recovery of vegetable oil, improved the work efficiency of device.
