Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method of a silica gel mold of a glass fiber reinforced plastic product with an anti-skid surface, which comprises the following steps: preparing a primary mold, and fixing quartz sand on a plane; secondly, surface treatment, namely cleaning loose quartz sand, spraying a release agent on the surface of the quartz sand, and enclosing the periphery of the quartz sand by using oil sludge; preparing a die: selecting two-component flexible silica gel for a mold, and preparing and putting glue solution for three times; fourthly, separating the silica gel mold from the surface of the quartz sand after the glue solution is solidified. The silica gel mold is made of flexible silica gel, can be conveniently uncovered from a product, and the product can duplicate the surface effect of the mold to obtain the glass fiber reinforced plastic product with the anti-skid surface. The anti-skid surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic product manufactured by using the silica gel mold is integrated with the glass fiber reinforced plastic product body, the firmness and durability of the anti-skid layer are consistent with those of the glass fiber reinforced plastic body, and the problems of falling off, advanced aging and the like of the anti-skid layer are effectively avoided.

Background
At present, the application range of the glass fiber reinforced plastic material is more and more extensive, and the problem of surface skid resistance of products in certain fields is obvious. In order to achieve the anti-skid effect, polyurethane elastic paint is coated on the surface of some products to prevent skidding, the surface of the product is frosted to achieve the anti-skid effect, and quartz sand is added on the surface to achieve the anti-skid effect. All the above modes have the antiskid function, but the limitation is large: the polyurethane paint has a common anti-skid effect and can fall off after a long time; the frosted surface has a general anti-skid effect and is not suitable for occasions with high anti-skid requirements; the anti-skid effect of the added quartz sand layer is good, but the quartz sand is easy to fall off after a long time, so that the anti-skid effect is reduced, and in addition, the quartz sand is not suitable for some occasions with corrosion.

fourthly, separating the silica gel mold from the surface of the quartz sand after the glue solution is solidified, checking whether the surface has defects, repairing the positions with the defects, and finishing the manufacture of the silica gel mold.
In the first step, the unsaturated polyester resin of the bottom coating is non-air-drying resin, wherein an accelerator and an initiator are added, and the thickness of the bottom coating is 0.2-0.5 mm.
In the step I, the resin with air-drying performance in the top coating is air-drying resin or common resin added with air-drying agent.
Optionally, in the step I, the thickness of the top coating is 0.3-0.5 mm.
In the step I, the thickness of the quartz sand paved on the resin layer is 6-7 mm.
And secondly, spraying the release agent on the surface of the quartz sand for three times, wherein the spraying interval is 15 +/-5 min each time.
And in the third step, when the surface of the quartz sand processed in the second step is coated with a brush, coating according to 800-1000 g/square meter.
In the third step, the weight of the chopped glass fiber is 0.5-1.5% of the total weight of the double components.
The invention has the positive effects that: the silica gel mould is made of flexible silica gel, can be conveniently uncovered from a product, and the product can duplicate the surface effect of the mould as it is to obtain the glass fiber reinforced plastic product with the anti-skid surface.
The anti-skid surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic product manufactured by using the silica gel mold is integrated with the glass fiber reinforced plastic product body, the firmness and durability of the anti-skid layer are consistent with those of the glass fiber reinforced plastic body, and the problems of falling off, advanced aging and the like of the anti-skid layer are effectively avoided.
In the invention, the glass fiber chopped fiber and the glass fiber roving are added in the forming process of the silica gel mold, so that the tensile strength and the service life of the silica gel mold are effectively improved.

Detailed Description

The preparation method of the silica gel mold for the glass fiber reinforced plastic product with the anti-skid surface comprises the following steps:
preparing a primary mold: preparing a flat surface (such as an iron plate plane, a wood plate plane and a plastic plate plane) according to the size of the silica gel mold to be manufactured, and cleaning the flat surface.
In order to facilitate cleaning of a field operation surface formed by the mold, namely cleaning of a quartz sand layer is facilitated after manufacturing, and after the surface is cleaned, the surface can be treated by using a PMR (polyethylene terephthalate) release agent or a paraffin release agent.
After the surface is dried, an unsaturated polyester resin layer (added with an accelerant and an initiator) is sprayed on the surface to obtain a bottom coating, and the thickness of the bottom coating (non-air-drying type) is 0.2-0.5 mm.
Then paving quartz sand (the weight ratio of various particle diameters in the embodiment is 0.5mm:1mm:5mm =1:1: 2) on the resin layer to achieve the required anti-skid surface effect, wherein the thickness of the quartz sand is 6-7 mm; and then, uniformly spraying resin (added with an accelerator and an initiator) with air drying performance on the surface of the quartz sand (ensuring that resin glue solution is adhered to the surface of the quartz sand), waiting for the resin to be cured to obtain a surface coating, wherein the thickness of the surface coating (air drying, sprayed on the surface of the quartz sand) is 0.3-0.5 mm.
The resin having air-drying property used in this embodiment is an air-drying resin, or a general resin to which an air-drying agent is added, such as an air-drying unsaturated polyester resin, or a general unsaturated polyester resin to which an air-drying agent is added, and other air-drying resins may be selected in addition to the air-drying unsaturated polyester resin. In this example, an air-drying unsaturated polyester resin was sprayed.
Surface treatment: and (4) checking the solidified quartz sand in the step I, and cleaning the loosened quartz sand by adopting a high-pressure air gun for blowing. Then spraying PMR release agent on the surface of the quartz sand in three times (even thin layer spraying), wherein the spraying interval is 15 +/-5 min (15 min in the embodiment), and enclosing the quartz sand with oil sludge, wherein the height of the oil sludge is 20mm in the embodiment.
Preparing a die: selecting two-component flexible silica gel for a mold, wherein the component A comprises the following components: the weight of the component B is 100: 2, the silica gel used in the embodiment is model 625 of Shenzhen Honye corporation.
And (3) glue solution is prepared and put for three times:
first configuration: weighing A, B components according to a proportion, mixing and stirring uniformly, vacuumizing and defoaming for 3-5 minutes, brushing the treated quartz sand surface (which can be brushed according to 800-1000 g/square meter) by using a brush, allowing the glue solution to adhere to the quartz sand surface, and standing for 20 +/-5 minutes.
And (3) second configuration: a, B components are weighed according to a proportion, 3mm chopped glass fibers are weighed, the weight of each chopped glass fiber is 0.5% -1.5% (1% in the embodiment) of the total weight of A, B components, A, B components and the chopped glass fibers are mixed, stirred uniformly, vacuumized, defoamed for 3-5 minutes, poured into a mold cavity surrounded by a former mold and oil sludge, the glue solution just submerges in quartz sand, kept stand for 20 +/-5 minutes, and then a layer of EWR180 glass fiber untwisted roving cloth is laid on the surface.
And (3) third configuration: weighing A, B components according to a ratio, mixing and stirring uniformly, vacuumizing and defoaming for 3-5 min, coating the glue solution on the surface of glass fiber untwisted roving cloth, then laying a layer of EWR180 glass fiber untwisted roving cloth, coating a layer of glue solution, standing for 30 +/-5 min, and demolding after curing. The operation of laying one layer of the EWR180 glass fiber untwisted roving cloth and then coating one layer of glue solution is carried out, the repetition times (the number of layers is large when the mold is large, and the number of layers is small when the mold is small) are set according to the needs, and finally the number of layers of the glass fiber untwisted roving cloth in the mold is 1-3.
Fourthly, demolding is carried out 24 hours after the glue solution is solidified, the silica gel mold is separated from the surface of the quartz sand, whether the surface of the mold is defective or not is checked, the defective part is repaired, the silica gel mold is manufactured, and irregular pits are formed in the surface of the silica gel mold.
When the product is used as a mold, after the product is molded, the silica gel mold can be conveniently uncovered from the product, and the product can duplicate the surface effect of the mold as it is, so as to obtain the glass fiber reinforced plastic product with the anti-skid surface (see fig. 1).

preparing a primary mold: preparing a flat surface according to the size of a silica gel mold to be manufactured, and cleaning the flat surface; after the flat surface is dried, spraying an unsaturated polyester resin layer on the surface to obtain a bottom coating, flatly paving quartz sand on the bottom coating resin layer, spraying resin with air drying performance on the surface of the quartz sand to obtain a surface coating, and waiting for the resin to be cured;
surface treatment: blowing the solidified quartz sand in the step I by using a high-pressure air gun, cleaning the loosened quartz sand, spraying a release agent on the surface of the quartz sand, and enclosing the periphery of the quartz sand by using oil sludge;

and (3) second configuration: weighing two-component flexible silica gel, weighing chopped glass fiber, mixing and stirring the two-component flexible silica gel and the chopped glass fiber uniformly, vacuumizing and defoaming, pouring into a mold cavity, allowing the glue solution to submerge quartz sand, standing for 20 +/-5 min, and spreading a layer of glass fiber roving cloth on the surface;
and (3) third configuration: weighing two-component flexible silica gel, mixing and stirring uniformly, vacuumizing and defoaming, coating a glue solution on the surface of glass fiber untwisted roving cloth, repeatedly paving a layer of glass fiber untwisted roving cloth and coating a layer of glue solution for 0-3 times, and demolding after curing;
fourthly, separating the silica gel mold from the surface of the quartz sand after the glue solution is solidified, checking whether the surface has defects, repairing the positions with the defects, and finishing the manufacture of the silica gel mold.
