Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of metal sorting equipment, in particular to a crawler-type metal sorting machine; the crawler-type metal separator comprises a classification part, wherein the classification part comprises a funnel-shaped top cover and a side wall, the top cover is provided with a plurality of vertical beams which are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction, and the side wall is arranged between every two vertical beams and is internally provided with an electromagnet; the inner side of the vertical beam is a conical inclined plane; the inner side of the top cover is provided with a fan, and the top cover is provided with a handle; the classifying part also comprises a middle plate, a screw rod which rotates on the middle plate, and a rotating core which is fixed on the screw rod; the metal particles can be screened according to the particle size.

Background
With the diversification of industrial development, more and more products containing non-ferrous metals appear in the fields of life and production. Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the crawler-type metal separator which can be used for screening and separating metal particles according to the particle size.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows:

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-4, one exemplary process by which metals of different particle sizes may be sorted is shown:
the crawler-type metal separator comprises a classification part, wherein the classification part comprises a top cover 01 and a side wall 03, the top cover 01 is circumferentially and uniformly distributed with a plurality of vertical beams 02 and is in a funnel shape, electromagnets are arranged between every two vertical beams 02, the side wall 03 is internally provided with the electromagnets, the top cover 01, the vertical beams 02 and the side walls 03 jointly form a cylindrical channel, and the electromagnets arranged in the side walls 03 can generate a magnetic field after being electrified; when the metal material pile sorting device is used, the cylindrical channel is vertically arranged, the collecting container is arranged below the cylindrical channel, then the metal material pile can be placed into the metal material pile sorting device from the top cover 01, metal particles can freely fall downwards in the cylindrical channel, when small-particle metal with small mass passes through the cylindrical channel, the small-particle metal with small mass can be influenced by a magnetic field and adsorbed on the inner side surfaces of the side walls 03, large-particle metal with large mass cannot be adsorbed on the inner side surfaces of the side walls 03 due to the large self weight, and large-particle metal with large mass can directly fall into the collecting container, so that the metal material pile which can be influenced by the magnetic field can be sorted according to different particle sizes;
