Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of continuous heat treatment of strip steel, in particular to an automatic control method for the concentration of a leveling liquid.
Background
In order to improve the shape of the strip, adjust the mechanical properties or eliminate the yield platform and obtain proper surface roughness of the strip, the strip is leveled by a leveling machine in a continuous annealing or hot galvanizing unit. Leveling liquid is used in leveling. For a continuous annealing unit, the leveling liquid can play a role in lubrication and cooling, and for a hot galvanizing unit, the leveling liquid can eliminate zinc-sticking roll marks and improve the surface quality of strip steel. For example, Chinese patent CN200710023703.6 discloses an anti-yellow spot environment-friendly wet leveling solution, which contains 5-35% of organic acid, 5-35% of organic amine, 2-20% of corrosion inhibitor, 2-20% of film forming agent, 1-10% of film forming promoter, 0.1-1% of surfactant and 10-35% of water, has excellent cleaning property and good antirust property, does not have the problems of plate surface corrosion and color spot generation of a leveled steel plate, has good quality of the steel plate, has proper lubricating property, does not have the problem of nitrous acid pollution, has high film forming speed, and does not have the problem of yellow spot generation on the surface of the leveled steel plate within 2 minutes, so that the steel plate has good quality.
The concentration of different leveling liquids needs to be controlled within a certain concentration range, and the higher the concentration is, the better the concentration is. The concentration is too high, not only causes manufacturing cost to increase, produces leveling liquid spot defect easily moreover, and the concentration is low excessively, does not play the lubrication action, causes to level the energy consumption height, still causes the big a large amount of iron powder that produce of leveling process friction to the product of moving back to drop moreover and piles up, causes the roll mark defect. The traditional method is to take the leveling liquid by a sugar degree meter, manually detect the sugar degree of the leveling liquid, convert the sugar degree into the concentration of the leveling liquid and manually prepare the concentration of the leveling liquid. The method is manually operated, and cannot realize automatic control of the concentration of the leveling liquid.
Chinese patent CN201010213754.7 discloses a leveling liquid concentration control system and method, which uses a leveling liquid concentration detector to realize automatic control of the leveling liquid concentration, and configures different leveling liquids according to different environmental temperatures and humidities. However, in practical industrial application, there is no reliable leveler concentration detector, so the existing continuous annealing unit and hot galvanizing unit are rarely exchanged or reported to be equipped with leveler concentration detectors in leveler systems.
Chinese patent CN201611105868.3 discloses a step-by-step concentration liquid-dispensing system and a liquid-dispensing method, which creatively uses two liquid-dispensing boxes to switch between a liquid-dispensing mode and a liquid-dispensing mode, and dispenses liquid in a non-liquid-dispensing box, so as to improve the control precision of the concentration of the leveling liquid, but the method also uses a leveling liquid concentration detector to control the concentration. Like the above patent, my department has been unable to purchase a reliable leveler concentration detector on the market, causing that the automation of the existing unit is modified and is unable to be implemented by similar methods.
In addition, in the traditional continuous annealing unit and the hot galvanizing unit, the leveling liquid is not recycled, but is discharged to a sewage treatment unit for sewage treatment after being used once, so that the consumption of the leveling liquid and desalted water is large, and the sewage treatment cost is high. In addition, can cause belted steel easy corrosion when leveling liquid chloride ion concentration superscript, current leveling liquid uses the management and control also to rely on artifical sample presentation to go to detect chloride ion concentration, can't realize automatic operation. In addition, the contents of bacteria and mould in each tank of the leveling liquid exceed the standard, the bacteria and mould are gathered together, the nozzle of the leveling liquid is blocked, and the like, and the leveling liquid is judged by manual visual inspection, so that no humanization can be realized.
