The embodiment of the invention provides a medical catheter connecting piece, which comprises a connecting piece 1 and a catheter fixing cap 2, wherein the connecting piece 1 is provided with a catheter supporting part 11 and an extrusion part 12, the catheter supporting part 11 is used for being sleeved with an inner hole of a catheter 3, and the catheter supporting part 11 is provided with a first channel 111; the catheter fixing cap 2 is provided with a catheter channel 21 and a deformation part 22, the catheter channel 21 is used for penetrating the outer wall of the catheter 3, and the deformation part 22 can generate deformation perpendicular to the axis of the catheter channel 21 under the action of external force; the catheter fixing cap 2 and the connector 1 can be fixedly connected, and after the catheter fixing cap and the connector are fixedly connected, the extrusion part 12 is abutted against the deformation part 22, and the extrusion part 12 applies extrusion force perpendicular to the axis of the catheter channel 21 to the deformation part 22, so that the deformation part 22 deforms radially, and the catheter 3 is pressed towards the catheter supporting part 11 by the deformation part 22.
The medical catheter connector is used for fixing the catheter 3 and the connector 1, and before use, the connector 1 and the catheter fixing cap 2 are in an unassembled state and are in mutually independent split structures, and at this time, the deformation part 22 is in a natural state without being stressed, and no deformation amount is generated.
When the catheter 3 is assembled, the catheter 3 is penetrated through the catheter channel 21, the catheter 3 is inserted into the catheter supporting part 11, the catheter supporting part 11 is sleeved with the inner hole of the catheter 3, then the catheter fixing cap 2 is fixedly connected with the connector 1, the pressing part 12 is abutted against the deformation part 22, the pressing part 12 applies a pressing force perpendicular to the axis of the catheter channel 21 to the deformation part 22, the deformation part 22 deforms radially, the deformation part 22 presses the catheter 3 to the catheter supporting part 11, and the catheter 3 is fixed on the catheter supporting part 11 by the pressing force applied to the catheter 3 by the deformation part 22, so that the fixed connection between the catheter 3 and the connector 1 is realized.
In use, a medical fluid, blood or other liquid may flow through the integral passageway formed by the catheter 3 and the first passageway 111.
It can be seen that the deformation amount is generated by the deformation portion 22, so that the fixing of the catheter 3 is realized by using the elastic deformation force of the deformation portion 22, that is, the fixing of the catheter 3 is realized by using the mechanical force, and the fixing of the catheter 3 by using the non-medical adhesive is avoided, so that the harm of the adhesive to the health of a human body in the using process is avoided, and the using safety of the catheter 3 is improved.
In addition, in some embodiments, the amount of radial deformation produced by the deformation 22 is adjustable to accommodate said conduits 3 of different pipe diameters. Based on the above embodiment, since the deformation amount is generated by the deformation portion 22, the deformation portion 22 presses the catheter 3 to the catheter supporting portion 11 to fix the catheter 3, and further, the deformation amount of the radial deformation generated by the deformation portion 22 in this embodiment is adjustable, so the medical catheter connector can be adapted to catheters 3 with different diameters by making the deformation portion 22 generate different deformation amounts, that is, the medical catheter connector can meet the adaptation requirements of catheters 3 with different sizes. Compared with the prior art, one connecting piece 1 can only be adapted to the guide pipe 3 with a single pipe diameter, so that various specifications and models of products can be avoided, the model of an injection mold is reduced, and the production input cost is greatly reduced.
The specific structures of the pressing portion 12 and the deforming portion 22 are not limited in this embodiment, as long as the pressing portion 12 is in contact with the deforming portion 22 after the catheter fixing cap 2 is fixedly connected to the connector 1, and the pressing portion 12 applies a pressing force perpendicular to the axis of the catheter passage 21 to the deforming portion 22.
In some embodiments, the extrusion 12 includes an insertion hole, and the deformation 22 is configured to be inserted into the insertion hole. That is, in this embodiment, the deformation portion 22 is inserted into the insertion hole, so that the inner wall of the insertion hole abuts against the outer wall of the deformation portion 22, and the pressing force is generated on the deformation portion 22 by the restriction of the inner wall of the insertion hole, so that the plug-in connection is simple and convenient to operate.
In some embodiments, at least one of the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole and the outer peripheral surface of the deformation portion 22 has a taper. That is, at least one of the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole and the outer peripheral surface of the deformation portion 22 is a slope surface, so that when the deformation portion 22 is inserted into the insertion hole, the deformation amount of the deformation portion 22 can be changed by changing the insertion length of the deformation portion 22, thereby facilitating the fitting of the catheters 3 of different pipe diameters.
In some embodiments, the insertion hole is a frustoconical hole, the large diameter end of the frustoconical hole being the insertion end. That is, in the present embodiment, the inner peripheral surface of the insertion hole has a taper, and the aperture of the insertion hole gradually decreases from the insertion end to the other end, that is, the deformation portion 22 is formed in such a manner that the deformation portion 22 generates a deformation amount as the aperture of the insertion hole is tapered during the insertion of the deformation portion 22, the axial distance of the deformation portion 22 inserted along the insertion hole is different, and the deformation amount of the deformation portion 22 is different.
When the medical catheter connector provided in this embodiment is matched with catheters 3 with different diameters, the diameter of the catheter 3 is increased, the deformation amount of the deformation part 22 is reduced, and at this time, the axial distance of the deformation part 22 inserted into the insertion hole is reduced; when the pipe diameter of the guide pipe 3 is reduced, the deformation amount of the deformation portion 22 is increased, and at this time, the axial distance of the deformation portion 22 inserted into the insertion hole is increased; that is, by changing the axial distance of the deformation portion 22 inserted into the insertion hole, the catheter 3 of different pipe diameters can be fixed.
Further, to facilitate insertion of the deformation portion 22 into the insertion hole, in some embodiments, the deformation portion 22 is a hollow truncated cone 222 having a plurality of slits 221, the slits 221 extending from a small diameter end of the truncated cone 222 to a large diameter end of the truncated cone 222. That is, in this embodiment, the deformation portion 22 is formed by forming the plurality of slits 221 in the side wall of the hollow truncated cone 222, and it is understood that when the deformation portion 22 is inserted into the insertion hole, the slit 221 of the deformation portion 22 is made smaller as the aperture of the insertion hole is tapered, so as to generate deformation amount of the deformation portion 22, and it is understood that the hollow structure of the truncated cone 222 is communicated with the conduit channel 21, or that the hollow structure of the truncated cone 222 is a part of the conduit channel 21, and when the hollow structure of the truncated cone 222 is assembled, the conduit 3 passes through the hollow structure of the truncated cone 222, and when the slit 221 of the truncated cone 222 is reduced, the truncated cone 222 holds the conduit 3 tightly. In addition, since the truncated cone 222 has a taper such that, when the truncated cone 222 is inserted into the insertion hole, the small diameter end of the truncated cone 222 is inserted into the insertion end of the insertion hole, and the insertion end of the insertion hole is the large diameter end of the insertion hole, it is advantageous to smoothly insert the truncated cone 222 into the insertion hole, and as the truncated cone 222 is gradually inserted into the insertion hole, the outer diameter of the truncated cone 222 is gradually increased, the aperture of the insertion hole is gradually decreased, the outer circumferential surface of the truncated cone 222 is gradually guided with the inner circumferential surface of the insertion hole, and the engagement of the deformation portion 22 with the pressing portion 12 is gradually transited, so that the assembling process of the catheter fixing cap 2 and the connector 1 is stabilized.
In addition, the fixing connection manner of the catheter fixing cap 2 and the connector 1 in the above embodiment is not particularly limited, as long as the connection between the two can be achieved. The catheter fixing cap 2 and the connecting piece 1 can be detachably connected or non-detachably connected.
In some embodiments, the connector 1 is provided with a guiding threaded hole 13 and the catheter fixing cap 2 is provided with external threads 23 for threaded connection with the guiding threaded hole 13. That is, in this embodiment, the guide screw hole 13 is in threaded connection with the external screw thread 23, so that the fixed connection between the catheter fixing cap 2 and the connector 1 is realized, the connection mode is simple, the operation is convenient, and the threaded connection has a certain tightness, so that the tightness of the connection between the catheter fixing cap 2 and the connector 1 can be improved. When the guide screw hole 13 and the external screw thread 23 are screwed together, the pressing portion 12 can be brought into contact with the deformation portion 22, and the pressing portion 12 applies a pressing force perpendicular to the axis of the catheter passage 21 to the deformation portion 22, thereby radially deforming the deformation portion 22.
In addition, it will be understood that, during the screwing process of the pilot screw hole 13 and the external screw thread 23, the deformation portion 22 generates axial movement along the axial direction of the catheter passageway 21 as the pilot screw hole 13 and the external screw thread 23 are gradually screwed together, and therefore, the present embodiment is also advantageous in that the axial movement distance of the deformation portion 22 is changed by changing the screwing length of the pilot screw hole 13 and the external screw thread 23, and thus the deformation amount of the deformation portion 22 is changed. That is, in this embodiment, through the cooperation of the guiding threaded hole 13 and the external thread 23, on one hand, the fixed connection between the catheter fixing cap 2 and the connector 1 is realized, and on the other hand, the deformation portion 22 is gradually moved forward steadily through the guiding action of the thread, so that the cooperation of the extrusion portion 12 and the deformation portion 22 is realized, which is beneficial to gradually changing the deformation amount of the deformation portion 22; further, the axial moving distance of the deformation part 22, that is, the deformation amount of the deformation part 22 can be changed by controlling the screwing length of the guiding threaded hole 13 and the external thread 23, so that the medical catheter connector can be adapted to catheters 3 with different pipe diameters.
Of course, in other embodiments, the catheter fixing cap 2 and the connector 1 may be connected by an interference fit, or be fixed by a clamping connection, etc.
In addition, to facilitate connection of the medical catheter connector to other threaded connectors, in some embodiments, the connector 1 is provided with locking threads 14 for connection to a threaded interface. That is, the locking thread 14 is provided in this embodiment, so that the connector 1 is a two-way joint, that is, the connector 1 can be connected with the catheter fixing cap 2 to fix the catheter 3, and can be connected with other threaded joints through the locking thread 14 to form an assembly with other medical instruments or accessories conveniently.
Further, in some embodiments, the connector 1 is provided with a bit 15, the bit 15 having a second channel 151 in communication with the first channel 111. It will be appreciated that the conical head 15 is a common connection structure in medical devices, i.e. this embodiment is advantageous for enabling the connector 1 to be plugged with other medical devices or accessories through the conical head 15, ensuring that the liquid channels of the other medical devices or accessories are communicated with the catheter 3 through the second channel 151 and the first channel 111.
In addition, in order to apply an external force to the connector 1 and the catheter-fixing cap 2 at the time of assembly, in some embodiments, an outer peripheral portion of at least one of the connector 1 and the catheter-fixing cap 2 is provided with an anti-slip portion. It will be appreciated that during assembly of the connector 1 and the catheter-fixing cap 2, the friction force in contact with the connector 1 and/or the catheter-fixing cap 2 may be increased due to the presence of the anti-slip portion, thus facilitating the application of a greater assembly force to the connector 1 and/or the catheter-fixing cap 2, resulting in a tighter fixation of the connector 1 and the catheter-fixing cap 2 and thus a stronger fixation of the catheter 3 to the catheter-supporting portion 11 of the connector 1.
As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the outer peripheral portion of the connector 1 is provided with a first anti-slip portion 16.
As shown in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the outer peripheral portion of the catheter fixing cap 2 is provided with a second anti-slip portion 24.
