When in use, the protective cap 2 is taken down from the connector body 1, the lower half 4 is rotated to lead the buckle 13 to be separated from the clamping groove 12, at the moment, the elastic piece 10 is in an open state, and then a connecting piece positioned at the top of the connector body 1 is connected with an infusion appliance, wherein the connecting piece can be a luer connector or a medical liquid small-aperture connecting piece, and the like; then the anesthetic tube is inserted into the lower half 4 through the opening 18 on the lower half 4 and passes through the hose and the lower cavity in the elastic piece 10 of the lower half 4 until the anesthetic tube is abutted against the bottom end of the through hole 6, and then the lower half 4 is reversely rotated to enable the buckle 13 to be buckled in the clamping groove 12, at the moment, the elastic piece 10 is in a locking state, and the anesthetic tube connector connects and locks the anesthetic tube and the infusion apparatus; after the infusion is finished, the lower half 4 is rotated, after the buckle 13 is separated from the clamping groove 12, the anesthetic tube and the infusion apparatus are pulled out, after the infusion is finished, the protective cap 2 is covered on the connecting piece to seal the connecting piece, bacteria and particles are prevented from entering the connector through the connecting piece, and the bacteria enter the human body along the connector when the infusion is next time.
