Abstract
硅凝胶膏药贴制备方法,硅凝胶膏药贴由基材层、黏贴层和中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂组成,基材层为背衬层,黏贴层采用聚二甲基硅烷、乙烯基聚硅氧烷和纤维素形成的聚合硅凝胶,中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂,中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂由中药提取物、丙二醇、薄荷醇、氮酮和气相二氧化硅组成。本发明充分利用硅凝胶特有的优越性,通过技术改进融入到传统膏药贴中,使用饱和纤维素技术很好的解决了硅凝胶与醇类物质不相溶的问题,硅凝胶膏药贴无刺激过敏率低对皮肤亲和力好,从皮肤上剥离膏药贴时不会有疼痛感和将体毛一同带下的疼痛,硅凝胶对皮肤表面有很好的湿润感,可防止体表水分蒸发更好的软化角质层,使药物更好的吸收通过筋络通路发挥药物治疗的效果。

本发明涉及医疗产品生产加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种硅凝胶膏药贴制备方法。
背景技术
膏药贴,俗称狗皮膏药,始于清明年间民间用于活血化淤、益气养血、通经走络、强筋健骨,舒筋活络、开窍透骨、祛风散寒等症状。膏药贴是中华医药学中一个重要组成部分,更是中国医学独特中医外治疗法,已有两千年历史,广泛应用于治疗各种疾病,深受广大群众的欢迎,它是利用药物施与病着体表或患部借体表对药物吸收和筋络的通路发挥药物治疗作用的一种疗法,传统膏药贴给广大患者治疗好了各种疾病,解除了患者的痛苦深受欢迎。随着社会的发展患者对医疗器械的要求越来越高,传统膏药贴存在揭下时过于疼痛,气味过重,季节性粘贴不牢固,易过敏等需要改进的地方,因此我们医疗行业需要科技进步挖掘新技术开发新材料融入传统中医创新,开发出更好的膏药贴服务患者,使中国中医瑰宝长足发展造福人类。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种硅凝胶膏药贴制备方法,以解决现有技术存在的揭下时过于疼痛,气味过重,季节性粘贴不牢固和易过敏的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种硅凝胶膏药贴制备方法,硅凝胶膏药贴由基材层、黏贴层和中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂组成,基材层为背衬层,黏贴层与皮肤附着,黏贴层采用聚二甲基硅烷、乙烯基聚硅氧烷和纤维素形成的聚合硅凝胶,中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂,中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂由中药提取物、丙二醇、薄荷醇、氮酮和气相二氧化硅组成,具体制备工艺步骤如下:
(1)制备中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂,将中药提纯物经真空低温浓缩得到浓缩体A,将浓缩体A、丙二醇和氮酮充分搅拌,搅拌均匀后加入气相二氧化硅,气相二氧化硅添加量应使主体粘度达到2000-4000cp/25度之间,再按10%质量比例加入聚乙烯醇水溶液搅拌,搅拌均匀后进行干燥去除多余水分备用;
(2)制备黏贴体,将中药微胶囊透皮剂分三次加入聚二甲基硅烷内充分搅拌,搅拌均匀后放入真空罐升温60度继续搅拌6小时左右排除多余水分,冷却后在常温常压下加入丙二醇、薄荷醇、抗氧化剂、氮酮和纤维素继续充分搅拌,最后在制药贴前再加入配以铂金催化剂的乙烯基聚硅氧烷搅拌后得功能性硅凝胶黏贴体,配以铂金催化剂的乙烯基聚硅氧烷在涂布前方可添加,添加过早会造成胶体果冻化无法涂布;
(3)制备膏贴,将功能性硅凝胶放入专用涂胶设备胶槽内,利用刮刀将硅凝胶均匀刮到涂布基材背衬上,经过高温烘道干燥熟化后附盖离型纸得到膏贴干胶50g/平方半成品,后经产品要求规格裁切、检验,包装得到成品。
上述基材层为聚酯水刺布或聚乙烯水刺布或植物纤维无纺布。
上述步骤(1)中浓缩体A:丙二醇:氮酮质量比例为100:0.05-0.2:0.01-0.03。

实施例1
1、制备中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂,将中药提纯物经真空低温浓缩得到浓缩体A,将浓缩体A:丙二醇:氮酮按照100:0.1:0.02质量比例充分搅拌,搅拌均匀后加入气相二氧化硅添加量到主体粘度在2000-4000cp/25度,再按10%比例加入聚乙烯醇水溶液搅拌,搅拌均匀后进行干燥去除多余水分备用。
2.制备黏贴体,将中药微胶囊透皮剂15g分三次加入50g聚二甲基硅烷内充分搅拌,搅拌均匀后放入真空罐升温60度继续搅拌6H左右排除多余水分,冷却后在常温常压下加入丙二醇0.5g、薄荷醇0.2g、抗氧化剂0.05g、氮酮0.2g和纤维素0.5g继续充分搅拌,最后在制药贴前再加入配以铂金催化剂0.01g的乙烯基聚硅氧烷50g搅拌后得功能性硅凝胶黏贴体,配以铂金催化剂的乙烯基聚硅氧烷在涂布前才可添加,添加过早会造成胶体果冻化无法涂布。
3.制备膏贴,将功能性硅凝胶放入专用涂胶设备胶槽内,利用刮刀将硅凝胶均匀刮到涂布基材背衬上,经过高温烘道干燥熟化后附盖离型纸得到膏贴干胶50g/平方半成品,后经产品要求规格裁切、检验和包装得到成品。

3.制备膏贴,将功能性硅凝胶放入专用涂胶设备胶槽内,利用刮刀将硅凝胶均匀刮到涂布基材背衬上,经过高温烘道干燥熟化后附盖离型纸得到膏贴干胶50g/平方半成品,后经产品要求规格裁切、检验和包装得到成品。

根据三次实验得出结论,粘接体硅凝胶聚二甲基硅烷和乙烯基聚硅氧烷添加比例变化,黏贴体对皮肤的剥离力也会产生变化,胶体对皮肤的剥离力在450g/25mm-650g/25mm体表不会有过多不适感,可以分析实施2和实施3更适合皮肤表面的贴合,在试验阐述中各类透皮剂的变化未能造成透皮体表感过多的变化,这说明透皮剂在一定范围内的变化不会影响透皮效果,多次实验得出结论透皮剂添加总量控制在纤维素饱和值内,所对应的透皮效果体表感变化不大,实施1、实施2和实施3在熟化工艺上有所变化,胶体皮肤剥离力形成两个变化点,此数据可得出熟化时间对硅凝胶有一定的影响,初始温度时间越长胶体内聚力提高剥离力下降,要得到透皮效果好无剥离皮肤不适感的硅凝胶膏药贴,需在后期工艺上严格把关,根据以上实验综合参数体表剥离感和透皮效果均值较好的是实施2,透皮效果凸值和回落值相对平和,对皮肤剥离强度虽然偏高但还在可接受范围内。
以上的实施例是为了说明本发明公开的实施方案,并不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,本文所列出的各种修改以及发明中方法、组合物的变化,在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的前提下对本领域内的技术人员来说是显而易见的。虽然已结合本发明的多种具体优选实施例对本发明进行了具体的描述,但应当理解,本发明不应仅限于这些具体实施例。事实上,各种如上所述的对本领域内的技术人员来说显而易见的修改来获取发明都应包括在本发明的范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一种硅凝胶膏药贴制备方法,其特征是硅凝胶膏药贴由基材层、黏贴层和中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂组成,基材层为背衬层,黏贴层与皮肤附着,黏贴层采用聚二甲基硅烷、乙烯基聚硅氧烷和纤维素形成的聚合硅凝胶,中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂,中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂由中药提取物、丙二醇、薄荷醇、氮酮和气相二氧化硅组成,具体制备工艺步骤如下:
(1)制备中药微胶囊透皮吸收剂,将中药提纯物经真空低温浓缩得到浓缩体A,将浓缩体A、丙二醇和氮酮充分搅拌,搅拌均匀后加入气相二氧化硅,气相二氧化硅添加量应使主体粘度达到2000-4000cp/25度之间,再按10%质量比例加入聚乙烯醇水溶液搅拌,搅拌均匀后进行干燥去除多余水分备用;
(2)制备黏贴体,将中药微胶囊透皮剂分三次加入聚二甲基硅烷内充分搅拌,搅拌均匀后放入真空罐升温60度继续搅拌6小时左右排除多余水分,冷却后在常温常压下加入丙二醇、薄荷醇、抗氧化剂、氮酮和纤维素继续充分搅拌,最后在制药贴前再加入配以铂金催化剂的乙烯基聚硅氧烷搅拌后得功能性硅凝胶黏贴体,配以铂金催化剂的乙烯基聚硅氧烷在涂布前方可添加,添加过早会造成胶体果冻化无法涂布;
(3)制备膏贴,将功能性硅凝胶放入专用涂胶设备胶槽内,利用刮刀将硅凝胶均匀刮到涂布基材背衬上,经过高温烘道干燥熟化后附盖离型纸得到膏贴干胶50g/平方半成品,后经产品要求规格裁切、检验,包装得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硅凝胶膏药贴制备方法,其特征是基材层为聚酯水刺布或聚乙烯水刺布或植物纤维无纺布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的硅凝胶膏药贴制备方法,其特征是步骤(1)中浓缩体A:丙二醇:氮酮质量比例为100:0.05-0.2:0.01-0.03。
