Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of toothpaste preparation, in particular to a toothpaste containing psicose and a preparation method thereof, which reduce the residue of the toothpaste after use, increase the mouthfeel in the use process and improve the protection period of teeth; comprises an abrasive, psicose, a humectant, a foaming agent, an adhesive, vitamin C, purslane and deionized water; the toothpaste comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-50% of an abrasive, 2-3% of allulose, 14-32% of a humectant, 2-2.4% of a foaming agent, 1-1.3% of an adhesive, 0.8-1.4% of vitamin C, 2-3% of purslane and 16-24% of deionized water.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of toothpaste preparation, in particular to a toothpaste containing psicose and a preparation method thereof.
Background
As is well known, toothpaste is one of the tooth cleaning products, generally in the form of gel, and is usually applied to a toothbrush, and the mechanical friction of the toothbrush is used to clean the surfaces of teeth, clean the teeth and their surroundings, and clean the mouth, so that the teeth are beautiful, the gum health is protected, and bad breath is prevented, and tooth cleaning is the most important. Toothpaste has become a necessity in human daily life.
Psicose (D-psicose) is a six-carbon sugar with a very low content in nature, and is an epimer of the C-3 site of D-fructose. D-psicose is very difficult to digest and absorb and provides little energy for life activities, and thus is a very useful low-calorie sweetener. In the field of medical health, D-psicose can inhibit fatty liver enzymes and intestinal α -glycosidase, thereby reducing accumulation of fat in vivo and inhibiting increase in blood glucose concentration. Iida and Hayashi found that the addition of D-psicose to the diet reduced the postprandial glycemic response and increased insulin sensitivity and glucose tolerance. In addition, D-psicose is more effective in scavenging reactive oxygen radicals than other rare sugars. In mouse experiments, it was found that D-psicose can prevent bis- (2-ethylhexyl) -phthalic acid-induced damage to the testes by inhibiting the production of reactive oxygen species. In addition, the D-psicose has a neuroprotective effect on apoptosis induced by 6-hydroxydopamine, and can inhibit the expression of monocyte chemotactic protein MCP-1 under the induction of high-concentration glucose. Therefore, the D-psicose is indicated to have the potential function of treating related diseases such as nervous tissue degeneration, atherosclerosis and the like.
The biggest advantage of psicose over other low-calorie sweeteners is its extremely close character and function to sucrose, being safe enough to be "sugar" enough to achieve excellent sugar-substitution in applications where other sweeteners are difficult to be adequate, such as baked goods. Its main advantages are the following: low calorie, good taste, high safety, improved product quality and high stability. Therefore, allulose is now being used in other fields such as food, medical, and the like.
Saccharin is usually added in the preparation of the existing toothpaste to improve the mouth feel, and is easy to remain in the gaps between teeth and has poor mouth feel in the using process.
