The technical scheme of this application, whole high voltage insulator convenient to installation adopts fixed pipe 2 to realize the spacing of insulator main part 4 and stand 3, have quick installation function, insert fixed pipe 2 inside with stand 3 during the installation after, remove stopper 8 and realize the spacing of stand 3 bottom, can guarantee the stability of stand 3 bottom, avoid appearing rocking the problem after the stand 3 is installed, install staple bolt 5 again and can realize the quick installation of stand 3, whole installation is simple quick, can realize the stable installation of insulator main part 4 after tightening fastening screw 20 and spacing screw 22, be favorable to improving the life of insulator main part 4, shorten the construction duration, improve the practicality of insulator.
Simultaneously have stable installation function, have locate function when realizing that stand 3 bottom is spacing through gag lever post 7, can drive stop collar 19 and carry out spacingly to gag lever post 7 after staple bolt 5 installs, make gag lever post 7 support stand 3 bottom in order to prevent that it from appearing rocking, the mounting stability of stand 3 can be guaranteed through the cooperation of fixed pipe 2 and staple bolt 5 simultaneously, can realize moving when inserting rod 9 when staple bolt 5 installs, realize stand 3's spacing, dismouting maintenance is simple simultaneously, only need dismantle fastening screw 20 and stop screw 22 can realize the quick dismantlement of insulator main part 4, convenient maintenance work's going on.
