Detailed Description
The present invention is described in terms of particular embodiments, other advantages and features of the invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the following disclosure, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention and that it is not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments disclosed. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
The present embodiment provides a humidification control method for an air conditioner, which can be applied to a controller of an air conditioner, referring to a flow chart of the humidification control method for an air conditioner shown in fig. 1, the method mainly includes the following steps S102 to S106:
step S102: and judging whether the air conditioner meets the preset humidification control condition or not.
The air conditioner comprises one or more indoor units, and after the air conditioner is started to operate, whether the indoor unit of the air conditioner meets a preset humidification control condition is judged, wherein the humidification control condition can be related to a humidification instruction, indoor humidity or an operation mode, such as when the indoor humidity is low, or when the indoor unit receives a humidification instruction input by a user, or when the indoor unit operates in a heating mode, the air conditioner is determined to meet the preset humidification control condition.
In a specific embodiment, when the indoor unit is in a shutdown state and a humidification instruction is received, it is determined that the indoor unit satisfies a preset humidification control condition. When the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in a shutdown state, if a humidification instruction is received, it is determined that the indoor unit receiving the humidification instruction meets the preset humidification control condition, wherein the humidification instruction can be input by a user through a remote controller or a control panel, or can be triggered when a humidity sensor detects that the indoor humidity is lower than the minimum humidity. When the indoor unit receives the humidification instruction, the indoor unit is determined to meet the preset humidification control, so that the humidification requirement of a user is met, and the condition that the indoor humidity is too low is avoided.
In another specific embodiment, when the indoor unit operates in the heating mode, the indoor unit is controlled to operate from the heating mode to the cooling mode, and when the indoor unit operates in the cooling mode for a second preset time period, it is determined that the preset humidification control condition is met. The value range of the second preset duration can be 5-15 min, and the preferred value is 10 min. When the indoor unit is in a heating mode, if the outdoor environment temperature is lower than 16 ℃, the outdoor environment temperature is lower, the air conditioner is controlled to enter a forced cooling mode to operate, and therefore the indoor unit evaporator can generate more condensation.
And the indoor unit is controlled to be switched to the refrigerating mode to operate by controlling the operation of the indoor unit in the heating mode, and the indoor unit after the second preset time of refrigerating operation meets the preset humidifying control condition so as to control the indoor unit to enter the humidifying mode to operate. Because the indoor humidity can be lower after the indoor unit heats and operates for a period of time, the indoor unit is controlled to operate in a heating mode and is switched to a cooling mode to operate for a period of time so as to prepare for condensation generated by an evaporator of the indoor unit in advance, and the air conditioner can generate more condensation after entering a condensation stage of a humidification mode, so that the humidification rate and the humidification effect are improved.
Step S104: if so, controlling the air conditioner to enter a humidifying mode to operate, judging whether the conditions for entering the condensation stage are met, and if so, controlling the air conditioner to operate in a refrigerating mode to generate condensation in the indoor unit.
And when the indoor unit of the air conditioner is determined to meet the preset humidification control condition, controlling the indoor unit meeting the preset humidification control condition to enter a humidification mode to operate, wherein the humidification mode comprises a condensation stage and an evaporation stage.
Firstly, judging whether the indoor unit entering the humidification mode meets the condition of entering the condensation stage or not, when the outdoor environment temperature is not too low and the indoor environment temperature is higher, determining that no condensation exists on the surface of the evaporator of the indoor unit at the moment, and determining that the surface of the evaporator of the indoor unit meets the condition of entering the condensation stage so as to control the indoor unit to enter the condensation stage to perform refrigeration operation to generate condensation.
Step S106: and when the condensation stage of the air conditioner is finished and the condition of entering the evaporation stage is met, controlling the air conditioner to enter the evaporation stage to operate so as to enable the indoor humidity to reach the preset humidity.
When the refrigeration of the condensation stage of the air conditioner is finished, or when the air conditioner does not meet the condition of entering the condensation, whether the air conditioner meets the condition of entering the evaporation stage is continuously judged, if the condition of entering the evaporation stage is met, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the evaporation stage for heating operation, so that the condensation condensed by the evaporator of the indoor unit is evaporated into the indoor environment, and the indoor humidity is improved, so that the indoor humidity reaches the preset humidity suitable for the life of a user.
According to the humidification control method of the air conditioner, when humidification is needed indoors, the air conditioner is controlled to enter the condensation stage to generate condensation, and then the air conditioner is controlled to enter the evaporation stage to evaporate the condensation generated on the surface of the evaporator of the indoor unit, so that indoor humidity can be improved, user experience is improved, a special humidification device is not needed to be additionally arranged, the humidification function of the air conditioner can be increased, material cost is saved, and meanwhile the humidification control method has universality.
In a possible implementation manner, the air conditioner includes one or more indoor units, and this embodiment provides a specific implementation manner of determining whether the condition for entering the condensation stage is satisfied:
detecting the current outdoor environment temperature Tao _1 and the indoor environment temperature Tai _1 corresponding to the indoor unit; and when the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature and the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, determining that the indoor unit meets the condition of entering a condensation stage. When the air conditioner includes a plurality of indoor units, the indoor ambient temperature is an average value Tai _ ave of the ambient temperatures of the indoor units in the respective on states (i.e., the indoor units that enter the humidification mode operation).
The value range of the first preset temperature can be 1-3 ℃, and the preferred value is 2 ℃; the value range of the second preset temperature can be 18-22 ℃, and the preferred value is 20 ℃. When the air conditioner comprises a plurality of indoor units, if the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to a first preset temperature and the average value of the environment temperatures of the indoor units which enter the humidifying mode operation is greater than or equal to a second preset temperature, determining that the indoor units which enter the humidifying mode operation meet the condition of entering the condensation stage; otherwise, the condensation is generated in the current indoor unit, the condensation stage of the indoor unit is skipped, and the next evaporation stage is directly entered.
Through the size of judging indoor ambient temperature and outdoor ambient temperature, can judge whether the indoor set need refrigerate and produce the condensation, and then judge whether the indoor set satisfies the condition that gets into the condensation stage, guarantee that the indoor set can produce more condensation, promoted the reliability of air conditioner humidification.
In one possible implementation, the present embodiment provides a specific implementation manner of controlling the air conditioner to operate in the cooling mode to generate condensation in the indoor unit: controlling the air conditioner to run in a refrigeration mode, controlling an indoor fan to be turned off, controlling an outdoor fan to run in a minimum windshield, and determining that the condensation stage of the air conditioner is finished when the running time of the air conditioner running in the refrigeration mode reaches a first preset time length. The value range of the first preset duration can be 15-20 min, and the preferred value is 17 min.
When the indoor unit operates in the cooling mode, the surface of an evaporator in the indoor unit generates attached condensation, an indoor fan is controlled to be turned off, and an outdoor fan is controlled to operate with a minimum windshield, for example, when the outdoor fan comprises three gears of a high windshield, a middle windshield and a low windshield, the outdoor fan is controlled to operate with the low windshield. And when the refrigerating operation of the compressor in the condensation stage reaches the first preset time length, controlling the air conditioner to exit the condensation stage and enter the evaporation stage.
Through control entering the operation of refrigeration mode at the condensation stage to make the surface of evaporimeter produce the attached condensation in the indoor set, so that promote indoor environment humidity, close outdoor fan through the control indoor fan and move with less windscreen, make indoor environment temperature hang down excessively with avoiding the indoor set to blow out cold wind, promoted user experience.
In a possible implementation manner, the humidification control method of an air conditioner provided in this embodiment further includes: when the condensation stage of the air conditioner is finished or the air conditioner does not meet the condition of entering the condensation stage, detecting the current outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature corresponding to the indoor unit, and when the outdoor environment temperature is less than or equal to a third preset temperature and the indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to a fourth preset temperature, determining that the indoor unit meets the condition of entering the evaporation stage.
When the air conditioner exits after the condensation stage, or when the current outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature corresponding to the indoor unit do not meet the conditions that the outdoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the first preset temperature and the indoor environment temperature is greater than or equal to the second preset temperature, whether the indoor unit meets the conditions for entering the evaporation stage is judged, namely whether the outdoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the third preset temperature and the indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the fourth preset temperature is judged, and if the indoor environment temperature is less than or equal to the fourth preset temperature, the indoor unit is determined to meet the conditions for entering the evaporation stage.
The value range of the third preset temperature can be 35-38 ℃, and the preferred value is 36 ℃; the value range of the fourth preset temperature can be 28-33 ℃, and the preferred value is 30 ℃. The condition that the indoor unit enters the evaporation stage is determined when the outdoor environment temperature and the indoor environment temperature are not too high, so that conditions are provided for rapid evaporation of condensation, and the humidification effect is guaranteed.
In a possible embodiment, the present embodiment provides a specific embodiment of controlling the air conditioner to enter the evaporation stage operation to make the indoor humidity reach the preset humidity: controlling the air conditioner to operate in a heating mode, controlling both the indoor fan and the outdoor fan to operate in a minimum windshield, detecting the indoor humidity, and controlling the air conditioner to exit the evaporation stage when the indoor humidity reaches the preset humidity or when the air conditioner operates in the heating mode for a third preset time.
When the indoor set got into the evaporation stage, the control cross valve switched to and heats the position operation, and the control indoor fan keeps minimum windscreen operation with minimum windscreen operation, control outdoor fan to make the condensation on indoor set evaporimeter surface slowly evaporate to the indoor air in, promote indoor humidity, avoid indoor fan wind speed too big simultaneously and weather the condensation fast, promoted the humidification effect.
And in the evaporation stage, monitoring the indoor humidity in real time, and when the indoor humidity reaches the preset humidity, or when the running time of the compressor in the evaporation stage reaches a third preset time, meeting the condition of exiting the evaporation stage and controlling the air conditioner to exit the evaporation stage. The value range of the third preset time period can be 8-12 min, and the preferred value is 10 min. The preset humidity may be a suitable humidity for providing comfort to a user in an area where the air conditioner is located.
In a possible implementation manner, the humidification control method of an air conditioner provided in this embodiment further includes: and when the air conditioner receives a humidification exiting instruction, or when the outdoor unit is detected to be in a fault shutdown state, or when the air conditioner finishes humidification and exits from the evaporation stage, controlling the air conditioner to exit from the humidification mode.
When the outdoor unit receives a humidification exit instruction transmitted by any indoor unit, or when the outdoor unit is in a fault shutdown (such as a compressor protection shutdown), or after the air conditioner finishes humidification and exits from an evaporation stage, namely after the evaporation stage finishes automatic humidification, the outdoor unit sends a humidification end instruction to the indoor unit, and the indoor unit sends a humidification exit instruction to the outdoor unit after receiving the instruction, so that the air conditioner is controlled to exit from a humidification mode. After the humidification mode is exited, the air conditioner enters a standby state to operate, or the heating mode before the humidification mode is recovered to operate. The air conditioner is controlled to exit from the humidifying mode when the humidifying of the air conditioner is finished or the humidifying mode needs to exit, so that the normal operation of the air conditioner is ensured, and the comfort of the indoor environment temperature is prevented from being influenced.
The humidification control method of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the air conditioner humidification function is added, the air conditioner can have a humidification effect during heating, good experience is brought to a user, the climate and the humidity of the place where the user is located are obtained through the internal machine networking positioning function, the indoor humidification is enabled to be suitable for the humidity, and the comfort of the user is improved.
Corresponding to the humidification control method of the air conditioner provided in the above embodiment, an embodiment of the present invention provides an example of performing humidification control on the air conditioner by applying the humidification control method of the air conditioner, referring to the humidification control flowchart of the air conditioner shown in fig. 2, and specifically referring to the following steps S201 to S206:
step S201, judging whether the air conditioner meets the condition of entering humidification control, if so, controlling to enter a humidification mode.
The air conditioner comprises a plurality of indoor units, and the humidification control conditions are as follows: when all the indoor units are in a shutdown state, if the outdoor unit receives a humidification instruction sent by any indoor unit, determining that the indoor unit receiving the humidification instruction meets the condition of entering humidification control; or when the indoor units are operated in a heating mode, controlling the indoor units in each heating operation to be in a cooling operation (Tao is less than 16 ℃ and enters a forced cooling mode), and after the cooling operation is carried out for 10min, controlling the indoor units to enter a humidifying mode to operate.
Step S202, judging whether Tao _1 is more than or equal to 2 ℃ and Tai _ ave is more than or equal to 20 ℃, if yes, executing step S203, and if not, executing step S205.
Tai _ ave is an average indoor ambient temperature of the environment in which each indoor unit entering the humidification mode is located.
And step S203, controlling the indoor unit to enter a condensation stage.
