In some embodiments of the present invention, the heating mechanism 13 is a steam mechanism, the steam mechanism is disposed in the base body 11, and an air inlet and an air outlet which are communicated with the cooking cavity 101 are disposed on the base body 11, the steam mechanism (the specific structure can refer to the prior art) is communicated with the air inlet, the air outlet is communicated with the outside, during the heating process, the steam mechanism operates to heat water to high-temperature steam, and the water is sent into the cooking cavity 101 through the air inlet, the food to be cooked is heated and cooked by the high-temperature steam, and the heated steam is discharged through the air outlet.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the heating mechanism 13 is a microwave generating mechanism, which is disposed in the base body 11, and when food to be cooked is cooked, the heating mechanism 13 is activated, and the generated microwave is fed from the cooking surface 1111 to the cooking cavity 101, so as to realize heating cooking of the food to be cooked by the microwave.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the microwave generating mechanism specifically includes a microwave generator 131, a waveguide 132 and a wave modulating member 133, wherein the microwave generator 131 is disposed in the back seat portion 112, the waveguide 132 is in a horn-shaped structure, a small end of the horn-shaped structure is communicated with a feed end of the microwave generator 131, the wave modulating member 133 includes a microwave feed port and a microwave feed port, the wave modulating member 133 is disposed in the base seat portion 111, the microwave feed port is communicated with a large end of the horn-shaped structure, the microwave feed port is disposed corresponding to the cooking surface 1111, and the wave modulating member 133 modulates microwaves entering the cooking cavity 101 to form a surface wave energy field in a predetermined region of the cooking surface 1111.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the microwave generator 131 is specifically a magnetron, when food to be cooked is heated, the magnetron is energized to generate microwaves, the microwaves are fed into the wave adjusting member 133 through the waveguide 132, the wave adjusting member 133 adjusts the waves of the microwaves fed into the waveguide 132, the microwaves passing through the wave adjusting member 133 are fed into the cooking cavity 101 from the cooking surface 1111, and the microwaves fed into the cooking cavity 101 are collected in the preset region 1112 of the cooking surface 1111 to form a surface wave energy field. During cooking, food to be cooked is placed in the preset area 1112, and the surface wave energy field performs microwave heating on the food to be cooked, so that the purpose of cooking the food is achieved.
It should be understood that the wave modulating member 133 modulates the microwave, so that the microwave enters the cooking cavity 101 to form a surface wave energy field in the preset area 1112 of the cooking top 1111, and when the microwave exceeds the preset area 1112, the microwave is rapidly attenuated, and the energy of the surface wave energy field is almost zero, so that a closed resonant cavity and an additional microwave shielding structure are not required, the structure of the cooking appliance 100 is simplified, and the manufacturing cost of the cooking appliance is reduced. In addition, the snap cover 20 can be a transparent structure to improve the user experience.
Further, the wave modulation member 133 includes a main cavity 1331 and a plurality of wave modulation fins 1332, the microwave feed-in port is provided on a side wall of the main cavity, the microwave feed-out port is provided at a top of the main cavity 1331, and the plurality of wave modulation fins 1332 are arranged in the main cavity 1331 in a preset array. Specifically, the main cavity 1331 is a box-shaped structure, a microwave feed port located on the sidewall is communicated with the waveguide 132 (the large end of the horn-shaped structure), the top opening of the box-shaped structure is a microwave feed port and is arranged corresponding to the cooking surface 1111, the microwave generator 131 generates microwaves after being started, the microwaves are fed into the main cavity 1331 through the waveguide 132 and are contacted with the plurality of wave modulation fins 1332, all the wave modulation fins 1332 are preset in an array, so that parameters of the microwaves are adjusted, the microwaves are fed into the cooking cavity 101 through the microwave feed port and the cooking surface 1111 and form a surface wave energy field in a preset area of the cooking surface 1111, and the food to be cooked is heated and cooked by using the surface wave energy field.
It should be noted that the structures of the wave modulating fins 1332 may be completely the same, partially the same, or completely different, and the arrangement mode of each wave modulating fin 1332 is a preset structure, which may be a rectangular array structure, a non-dispersive structure, a spiral structure, or the like. As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the predetermined structure is a rectangular array structure to ensure a wave guiding effect on the microwave, so that the cooking effect is ensured.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, each wave-regulating fin 1332 is disposed in the base portion 111 of the base body 11, the microwave generator 131 and the waveguide 132 are disposed inside the back base portion 112 of the base body 11, the heating mechanism 13 further includes a frequency converter 134, an electric control board 136, a fan 135 and a filter board 137, the electric control board 136 controls the movement and stop of the cooking appliance 100, the frequency converter 134 is used for controlling the working frequency of the microwave generator 131, the filter board 137 filters the working current, and the fan 135 is used for dissipating heat of the filter board 137, the electric control board 136, the frequency converter 134, the microwave generator 131, and the like, so as to avoid the malfunction of the cooking appliance 100 caused by excessive temperature rise.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the snap-fit housing 20 further includes a choke 23, and at least a portion of the choke 23 is disposed within the housing 21 and adjacent to the first port 212.
Specifically, the choke piece 23 is provided with a plurality of choke teeth, and the choke teeth can perform a wave blocking process on a joint position of the engaging cover 20 and the base body 11, so as to prevent the microwave from leaking through a gap between the engaging cover 20 and the base body 11, and further improve the safety of the user using the cooking appliance 100.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a portion of the choke 23 is provided in the door body 22, and another portion of the choke tooth is provided in the cover body 21, to secure a wave-blocking effect for microwaves.
Further, when the heating mechanism is a microwave generating mechanism, the object placing plate of the cooking appliance 100 is a wave-absorbing object placing plate (not shown in the figure), when the food to be cooked is cooked by using the wave-absorbing object placing plate, the buckling cover 20 is opened, so that the cooking cavity 101 is completely exposed outside, the wave-absorbing plate is prevented from being arranged on the wave-absorbing object placing plate, food to be cooked is placed in the wave-absorbing object placing plate, the microwave generating mechanism 13 is started and operated, the microwave generating mechanism 13 feeds microwaves into the cooking cavity from the position of the wave-absorbing object placing plate, the wave-absorbing object placing plate absorbs all the microwaves, thereby increasing the temperature of the wave-absorbing object placing disc, heating and cooking food by utilizing the wave-absorbing object placing disc, realizing that the cooking utensil is in a door opening state, the food to be cooked is fried and baked, so that different cooking requirements of users are met, and the use experience of the users is further improved.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the wave-absorbing object placing plate is a metal plate, and the surface of the metal plate is coated with the wave-absorbing material, so as to ensure the wave-absorbing effect, prevent the microwave leakage, and ensure the use safety of the user.
In addition, the covering area of the wave-absorbing object placing disc on the cooking table-board 1111 is larger than or equal to the preset area 1112, so that the microwave is further ensured to be completely absorbed by the wave-absorbing object placing disc, the microwave leakage is further prevented, and the operation of heating and cooking food to be cooked can be realized under the state that the buckling cover 20 is opened.
In addition, the heating mechanism 13 further includes a safety switch, which can be configured to cooperate with the wave-absorbing object-placing plate, for example, after the wave-absorbing object-placing plate is placed in place in the cooking cavity 101, the safety switch (a magnetic switch, a magnetic member such as a magnet is disposed on the wave-absorbing object-placing plate) is triggered, the cooking appliance 100 can be started, and when the wave-absorbing object-placing plate is not placed in place, the safety switch is not triggered, and the cooking appliance 100 cannot be started.

4. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein a second port is provided at a side or a top of the cover, the door is used to open or close the second port, and the cooking chamber is partially opened in a state where the second port is opened.
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the second port is disposed at a side portion of the cover body and communicates with the first port, and the door body abuts against the cooking table to construct the cooking cavity;
and/or the cover body is of a rectangular structure, and the second port is arranged far away from the back seat part.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 2, wherein the heating mechanism is a microwave generating mechanism disposed within the base body, the heating mechanism being configured to be fed into the cooking cavity through the cooking top.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 6, wherein the microwave generating mechanism comprises:
a microwave generator disposed within the back seat portion;
the waveguide tube is of a horn-shaped structure, and the small end of the horn-shaped structure is communicated with the feed-in end of the microwave generator;

8. The cooking appliance of claim 7, wherein the wave modulating member comprises:
