Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
In the present invention, the use of directional terms such as "upper, lower, left, right" generally means upper, lower, left, right as viewed with reference to the accompanying drawings, unless otherwise specified; "inner and outer" refer to the inner and outer relative to the profile of the components themselves. The present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
According to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a counterweight device, wherein the counterweight device 100 includes a support mechanism 110 for being mounted on a turntable 200 of a crane and extending rearward of the turntable 200, a mounting mechanism 120 for mounting a counterweight 300, and a lifting mechanism 130 for connecting the mounting mechanism 120 to a position below the support mechanism 110, and the lifting mechanism 130 includes a lifting unit 131 for lifting the mounting mechanism 120.
The counterweight device 100 of the present application can increase the moment of the counterweight by connecting the mounting mechanism 120 for mounting the counterweight 300 to the support mechanism 110 extending rearward of the turntable 200. In addition, the installation mechanism 120 is connected below the support mechanism 110, so that the counterweight 300 is prevented from being lifted to a height above the turntable 200 during assembly and disassembly, and the assembly and disassembly difficulty is reduced.
Specifically, the support mechanism 110 corresponds to an extension portion added from the rear of the turntable 200, so that the distance from the center of gravity of the counterweight to the center of rotation of the turntable 200, that is, the moment of the counterweight can be increased. Also, when the counterweight 300 is mounted, the counterweight 300 may be mounted on the mounting mechanism 120 on the ground, and then the mounting mechanism 120 may be lifted by the lifting unit 131 to complete the assembly. On the one hand, need not to promote counter weight 300 more than revolving stage 200, on the other hand can conveniently accomplish the operation of most stack balancing weights on ground, consequently can simplify the operation, improve the operational safety nature.
In order to increase the moment of the balance weight 300 as much as possible, the supporting mechanism 110 includes a first connecting end for connecting the turntable 200 and a second connecting end for connecting the lifting mechanism 130 in the extending direction of the supporting mechanism 110. That is, the mounting mechanism 120 is connected to the second connection end of the support mechanism 110 away from the turntable 200 by the lifting mechanism 130 to increase the moment with the extended length of the support mechanism 110 as much as possible.
Preferably, in order to increase the stability of the support provided by the support mechanism 110 to the counterweight, the support mechanism 110 may be configured to form a triangular frame with the turntable 200 to provide stable support for the lifting mechanism 130 and the mounting mechanism 120. Specifically, the support mechanism 110 itself may be provided as a triangular frame.
In order to fully utilize the auxiliary support of the turntable 200, as shown in fig. 1, the support mechanism 110 includes a support frame and an auxiliary support member 111, a first end of the support frame in the extending direction is hinged to the turntable 200, one end of the auxiliary support member 111 is hinged to a second end of the support frame in the extending direction, and the other end is hinged to the turntable 200 above the first end. Thus, the auxiliary support 111, the support stand, and the turn table 200 together form a stable support structure of a right triangle. The auxiliary supporting member 111 is capable of bearing a tensile force, and may be of any suitable structure as long as it can bear the tensile force, such as a pulling plate or a steel cable. Furthermore, by providing the support mechanism 110 in the form of a combination of a support frame and the auxiliary support 111, a good force-receiving structure can be obtained, and a lower manufacturing cost than that of an integral triangular frame can be obtained.
For assembly, the support frame includes a main body for providing main support and transferring load, and first and second mounting seats 112 and 113 respectively disposed at both ends of the main body in an extending direction, and the first and second mounting seats 112 and 113 may be used to connect the turntable 200 and the auxiliary support 111. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the first mounting seat 112 is provided with a first pin hole 112a for being hinged to the turntable 200, and the second mounting seat 113 is provided with a second pin hole 113a for being hinged to the auxiliary support 111. The first and second mounting seats 112 and 113 may be hinged to the turntable 200 and the auxiliary support 111 by a pin P, respectively. In addition, the other end of the auxiliary support 111 may be hinged to the turntable 200 by a pin P. In addition, in order to facilitate the connection of the lifting mechanism 130, a third pin hole 113b for connecting the lifting mechanism 130 (e.g., the lifting unit 131) may be further provided in the second mounting base 113 so as to connect the second mounting base 113 and the lifting mechanism 130 by a pin P. Wherein a stop (e.g., a latch) may be provided on each pin P to prevent axial movement of the pin P.
As described above, the main body portion is used to receive and transmit a load, and various suitable structures can be adopted. Preferably, for increasing stability, the main body is of a truss structure and includes two main chords 114 arranged along an extending direction of the main body, and the first mounting seat 112 and the second mounting seat 113 are respectively arranged at two ends of the main chords 114. The main chord 114 is used for transmitting the pressure along the axial direction thereof, and is a main force-bearing member. To form a truss structure, straight bars 115, diagonal bars 116 may also be used to span or skew the two main chords 114 for added stability.
Thus, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the support mechanism 110 has two first and second mounting seats 112 and 113 and two auxiliary supports 111 respectively provided at both sides of the main body, thereby connecting the support mechanism 110 to the turntable 200 from both sides of the main body.
In the present application, the specific form of the lifting mechanism 130 may be set as desired. Specifically, the lifting unit 131 can perform a dual function of lifting and connecting. In order to provide a more easily detachable connection to the mounting mechanism 120, it is preferable that one end of the lifting unit 131 is hinged to the supporting mechanism 110, and the lifting mechanism 130 includes a connecting unit 132 for connecting the other end of the lifting unit 131 with the mounting mechanism 120. Thus, the mounting mechanism may be first coupled by the coupling unit 132 to be adaptively adjusted as needed, and then the lifting unit 131 may be coupled to the coupling unit 132. The lifting unit 131 may be in any suitable form as long as the mounting mechanism 120 can be lifted, and may be, for example, a lifting cylinder, an electric pull rod, or the like.
The lifting mechanism 130 may be provided in a specific form as needed. For example, when the supporting mechanism 110 is a beam structure, the lifting mechanism 130 can be disposed at any position of the beam structure, and only one lifting unit 131 can be used, and the connecting unit 132 can be a connecting seat connected to the center of the mounting mechanism 120.
Preferably, to provide a stable connection and to smoothly lift the mounting mechanism 120 via the lifting unit 131, lifting and connection can be provided from both sides of the mounting mechanism 120. Specifically, the lifting mechanism 130 includes two lifting units 131 and two corresponding connecting units 132 respectively disposed at two sides of the mounting mechanism, and each of the connecting units 132 includes a connecting plate 132a connected to the lifting unit 131 and a tensile member 132b connecting the connecting plate 132a and the mounting mechanism 120.
The tensile member 132b may be in various forms capable of bearing tensile force, such as a pulling plate or a steel cable. In order to provide a smooth pulling force to the mounting mechanism 120, each of the connecting units 132 includes two of the pulling members 132b, and one ends of the two pulling members 132b are respectively connected to two opposite ends of the mounting mechanism 120 to form an isosceles triangle structure with the mounting mechanism 120. Thus, the mounting mechanism 120 can be smoothly pulled from the four corners of the mounting mechanism 120 by the four pull-up pieces 132 b. Moreover, by forming the isosceles triangle structure, the direction of the lifting force can be closer to the centers of the two ends of the mounting mechanism 120, and the lifting of the mounting mechanism 120 is more stable.
Further, for convenience of installation, the connection plate 132a may be provided thereon with a first installation hole H1 for connecting the lifting unit 131 and two second installation holes H2 for connecting the two tension carriers 132b, wherein, in order to provide stable connection, the first installation hole H1 and the two second installation holes H2 also form an isosceles triangle with the first installation hole H1 as an apex.
In the present application, the mounting mechanism 120 can take a variety of suitable forms, such as a box structure. Preferably, the mounting mechanism 120 can be in the form of a tray, which simplifies the structure on the one hand and facilitates attachment of the tension member 132b on the other hand.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a crane, wherein the crane comprises a rotary table 200 and the counterweight device of the present application, and the support mechanism 110 is mounted to the rotary table 200 and extends rearward of the rotary table 200.
With the counterweight device 100 of the present application, the moment of the counterweight can be increased.
Further, in the conventional art, when the weight is stacked too high above the turntable 200, the weight interferes with a member such as a mast, and the mast needs to be lifted first when the weight is removed, so that a specific mounting process is required. In the crane of the present application, as shown in fig. 5, the mounting mechanism 120 is connected below the supporting mechanism 110 (i.e., below the turntable 200), so that the height of the counterweight 300 above the turntable 200 during mounting and dismounting is avoided, the difficulty and difficulty of mounting and dismounting are reduced, and a specific mounting process is not required.
The use of the counterweight device of the present application will be described below with reference to the embodiments of the drawings.
When the counterweight 300 is installed (or the counterweight 310 is added), the counterweight 300 may be first installed on the installation mechanism 120 on the ground and then lifted by the lifting unit 131.
When the counterweight 300 (or the counterweight 310) is to be removed, the mounting mechanism 120 is first lowered to the ground by the lifting unit 131, and then the removal operation can be performed on the ground.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Within the scope of the technical idea of the invention, many simple modifications can be made to the technical solution of the invention. The present application includes the combination of individual features in any suitable manner. The invention is not described in detail in order to avoid unnecessary repetition. Such simple modifications and combinations should be considered within the scope of the present disclosure as well.
