The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to disposable drainage of perianal abscess in anorectal department.
Background
Perianal abscess is a common acute and chronic pyogenic inflammatory disease in clinical anorectal surgery, and is mainly manifested by perianal swelling and pain, ulceration and pus discharge, severe cases with symptoms of high fever, shivering and the like. If the treatment is not timely and effective, serious complications such as septicemia, sepsis and the like caused by anal fistula or abscess diffusion can be caused, and the life safety of the patient is threatened. The operation treatment is generally adopted clinically, the treatment is carried out by adopting a simple incision drainage operation in the past, and a secondary operation is carried out after the disease develops into the fistula, although the good effect is achieved, the method can cause secondary wound to the patient, increase the pain of the patient, prolong the course of the disease and increase the treatment cost. At present, the rubber tube or the medical latex glove is temporarily modified in clinic, but certain defects exist.
Patent CN 107441570A discloses a disposable medical drainage tube which is made of latex tube and is a single lumen with papillary saw teeth. Compared with the prior art, the medical silicon rubber is made of medical silicon rubber, and has good biocompatibility. Meanwhile, the medical sponge sheet has a double-cavity structure, one cavity is a one-way valve channel, and the medical sponge sheet is fixed in the cavity, so that the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory medicines can continuously seep out in the later period and cannot be invaded by bacteria.
Patent CN 109568678A discloses a perianal abscess postoperative drainage strip and a preparation method thereof, wherein the drainage strip is mainly prepared from modified cotton fibers and modified seaweed fibers according to the weight ratio of 1: 1.2, the modifier comprises limonin, corydalis tuber extract and frankincense extract, and the mass ratio is 0.5: 2: patent 7, mainly protects the drainage strip and the traditional Chinese medicine components and the preparation method thereof. Compared with the medical sponge sheet, the antibacterial coating on the tube wall of the medical sponge sheet has the advantages that the main components of the antibacterial coating are broad-spectrum antibiotics (such as cephalosporins), the antibiotics are distributed in the tube wall of the drainage tube and the medical sponge sheet in the tube cavity, the effect is fast, the antibiotics can slowly permeate the skin contact surface, and the antibiotics can not be easily polluted due to the action of the one-way valve after long-term action; simultaneously, this patent can play and wash and the drainage function goes on jointly.
Patent CN 109821078A discloses a thick cavity drainage tube for perianal abscess, the tube body of which is provided with a negative pressure suction tube with a plurality of drainage cavities and is provided with bifurcated tubes which are symmetrical with each other; compared with the prior art, the medical syringe is implanted in vivo for a short time, not only has the function of flushing, but also can have a certain treatment effect.
Patent CN 106693088A discloses a perianal abscess drainage device, and compared with it, the biggest difference is that this patent runs through the pathological change position, can reduce the invalid tissue growth of pathological change department.
Disclosure of Invention
The disposable perianal abscess antibacterial drainage tube is prepared by adopting a medical silicon rubber material, the inner surface and the outer surface of the tube body are provided with antibacterial coatings, and two ends of the tube body are butted by a main tube extension (extension tube) (1) to form a closed loop structure; the inner part of the tube cavity is divided into two cavity bodies, and the outer tube wall of the tube cavity I (2) is provided with a barb structure (3) and a drainage channel (4); the outer wall of the other tube cavity (5) is provided with a one-way valve passage (6), and a medical sponge sheet (7) is fixed in the cavity.
The amikacin solution is arranged in the antibacterial coating on the inner surface and the outer surface of the tube body of the disposable perianal abscess antibacterial drainage tube, and about 80 percent of bacteria caused by pathological changes around the tube body can be inhibited.
The left and right channels of the extension tube of the disposable perianal abscess antibacterial drainage tube are semicircular, and the gray shaded part is solid as shown in figure 1. The extension tube can be externally connected with a negative pressure drainage container, so that the cavity (2) can be conveniently extracted with pathological changes as soon as possible.
The length of the barb structure of the outer pipe wall of the cavity (2) of the disposable perianal abscess antibacterial drainage pipe is 3-5mm, so that the purpose of scraping slough tissues is realized; the drainage channel (4) is circular and has the diameter of 1-3mm so as to realize the drainage function.
The disposable perianal abscess antibacterial drainage tube has a one-way valve channel (6) on the outer wall of a lumen (5), the purpose of the one-way valve is that the outside can inject antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drug solution into the lumen through an extension tube, and liquid such as thick juice in the body can not enter the lumen, thereby protecting the relatively sterile environment in the later period of the internal placement of the tube.
The medical sponge piece of the disposable perianal abscess antibacterial drainage tube is fixed in the cavity (5), and can be absorbed and filled when the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drug is injected, and when the drainage tube is carried in the later period, the sponge piece is squeezed by utilizing the movement of muscles, thereby slowly permeating the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory drug.
Drawings
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view, wherein 1 represents an extension of the main pipe; 2 represents lumen one; 3 is a barb structure; 4 is a drainage channel; 5 represents another lumen; 6 is a one-way valve and a channel thereof; 7 is a medical sponge sheet fixed in the cavity.

Example 2:
the clinical use of incision drainage for high perianal abscess usually adopts incision drainage, but the recurrence rate of abscess and the incidence rate of anal fistula after simple incision drainage are respectively as high as 11 percent and 37 percent, so most patients need to be treated by operation again, pain is brought to the patients, and economic burden is increased. The results of bacteria culture and detection of perianal puncture fluid by related scholars show that the Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli) accounts for 83.3 percent, the extended-spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBLs) accounts for 33.8 percent and other bacteria are fewer. In this embodiment, an amikacin solution is selected as the antibacterial coating according to the characteristics of the flora, escherichia coli is selected for the antibacterial test in reference to 5.2.6 in WS/T650-2019 for demonstration of a film sticking test, and the result shows that the antibacterial activity value of the sample is 1.1, and the sample has an antibacterial effect. The antibacterial coating is carried on the surface of the sample, so that the perianal abscess recurrence rate and the incidence rate of anal fistula can be effectively reduced.
Example 3:
