Claims (10)

1. The prosthetic processing method of the artificial tooth is characterized by comprising a processing device and a processing method, wherein the processing device comprises a mold box and a glue punching machine, the mold box comprises two mold box shells (2), a limiting column (3) is fixedly arranged at the top end of each mold box shell (2), mold cavities (5) are arranged inside the mold box shells (2), the mold cavities (5) are arranged in a tree-shaped pattern, the mold cavities (5) are connected from top to bottom by adopting a one-way casting channel, the top end of the mold cavity (5) at the uppermost end is provided with a glue injection port, and the top end of each mold box shell (2) is provided with a circular groove;
a U-shaped limiting table (11) is fixedly arranged on the surface of the workbench of the glue punching machine (10);
the bottom end of the charging barrel (1) is provided with a round hole, the diameter of the bottom end of the charging barrel (1) is the same as that of the round groove, and a pressure plate (4) is arranged inside the charging barrel (1); the inner diameter width of the U-shaped limiting table (11) is equal to the sum of the widths of the two box shells (2) of the box, and the box is placed on the inner side of the U-shaped limiting table (11).

step A: determining an elastic false tooth to be manufactured, placing a processed mold extractor in the oral cavity of a patient, taking out the mold extractor after the patient bites, checking the tooth part of the oral cavity of the patient again, determining the required part of a dental mold, cutting the taken out dental mold by adopting a plate-shaped model separator, separating the part of the dental mold required by the patient, splitting the dental mold by adopting the mold extractor according to a repair area, reducing the size of the required mold, reducing the size of the model, separating the model, and distributing the model according to the specification of embedding six denture bases in a model box;
and B: the steps are repeatedly circulated for six times, the tooth molds of six patients are taken out, the required parts are cut by adopting a mold divider, the arrangement of the six cut tooth model cavity female molds is well established, the inner wall of the cavity groove in the mold box is uniformly coated with a separating agent, and the six tooth model cavity female molds which are just cut are placed in the mold box according to the arrangement form of a tree diagram;
and C: placing a casting channel between the female dies of the tooth model cavity with well-arranged mold boxes, confirming the smoothness between the casting channels again, and ensuring that the casting channels are not smooth, wherein the casting channels are trimmed smoothly by adopting electric grinding, and after the smoothness of the flow channels is confirmed, closing and pressing two halves of the mold boxes;
step D: placing the bottom end of the charging barrel at the glue injection port of the molding box, then placing a micelle into the charging barrel, placing a pressure plate at the upper opening position of the charging barrel, then placing the charging barrel and the molding box on a workbench of a glue punching machine, determining the closing state of the molding box and the alignment state of the charging barrel again, opening the glue punching machine after determining that no error exists, and opening the valve for injecting glue;
step E: after the colloid in the charging barrel is completely pressed into the molding box, closing the glue injection machine, detaching the charging barrel from the upper end surface of the molding box, and taking the molding box down from a workbench of the glue injection machine;
step F: and (3) putting the molded box into a polymerization pot, taking out the molded box after the molding box is cooked, opening the molded box, taking out the dental model, processing the dental tray corresponding to the dental model, correspondingly assembling, carrying out quality detection on the assembled dental model, circulating the step A after the detection is unqualified, and packaging and coding after the detection is qualified.

and C: placing a casting channel between the female dies of the tooth model cavity with well-arranged mold boxes, confirming the smoothness between the casting channels again, and ensuring that the casting channels are not smooth, wherein the casting channels are trimmed smoothly by adopting electric grinding, and after the smoothness of the flow channels is confirmed, closing and pressing two halves of the mold boxes;
step D: placing the bottom end of the charging barrel at the glue injection port of the molding box, then placing a micelle into the charging barrel, placing a pressure plate at the upper opening position of the charging barrel, then placing the charging barrel and the molding box on a workbench of a glue punching machine, determining the closing state of the molding box and the alignment state of the charging barrel again, opening the glue punching machine after determining that no error exists, and opening the valve for injecting glue;
step E: after the colloid in the charging barrel is completely pressed into the molding box, closing the glue injection machine, detaching the charging barrel from the upper end surface of the molding box, and taking the molding box down from a workbench of the glue injection machine;
step F: hooking the lock making device through a limiting column on the upper end face of the mould box, enabling the lock making device to be located above the mould box and to be in a loose state, and rotating a handle at the top end of the lock making device to enable a circular plate head at the bottom end of the lock making device to be pressed on an injection molding port on the upper end face of the mould box and to be completely pressed on the injection molding port;
step G: and (3) putting the locked molded box into a polymerization pot, taking out the molded box after the completion of the pot cooking, opening the molded box, taking out the dental model, processing the dental tray corresponding to the dental model, correspondingly assembling, carrying out quality detection on the assembled dental model, circulating the step A after the detection is unqualified, and packaging and coding after the detection is qualified.
