When the method is applied, whether the suspicious target appears in the multiple video monitoring data of the target site is detected in real time, and when the total number of times of the suspicious target appearing is only one time, the actions of the image acquisition equipment in the surrounding area of the local area where the suspicious target is located are controlled, so that the acquisition range of the image acquisition equipment is overlapped with the preset area in the area where the suspicious target appears, the probability of a monitoring blind area can be effectively reduced, the comprehensive coverage of the target site monitoring is ensured, the contribution degree of the suspicious target appearing total number of times can be improved, namely, the implementation precision of the subsequent steps is improved, and the monitoring capability of the whole monitoring system is favorably and comprehensively improved; when the total occurrence frequency of the suspicious target is more than one time and the suspicious target is detected to be only located in the same local area, the video monitoring data containing the suspicious target in the same local area is preferentially transmitted to the central supervision terminal through the multiplexing channel, so that the early warning of the central supervision terminal can be carried out in advance, and the response can be conveniently and rapidly made; when the total times of the suspicious targets are more than one time, the suspicious targets are detected to pass through at least two local areas, and only one suspicious target is judged, video monitoring data containing the suspicious target are transmitted to a central monitoring end through a multiplexing channel according to the time sequence of the occurrence of the suspicious target, good video monitoring can be realized when only one suspicious target passes through different local areas by transmitting according to the sequence of a time axis, and the suspicious target can be directly viewed according to the sequence of actions of the suspicious target after being transmitted to the central monitoring end; when the total times of appearance of the suspicious target is more than once, the suspicious target is detected to pass through at least two local areas, and more than one suspicious target is judged, video monitoring data containing the suspicious target is preferentially transmitted to the central monitoring end through the multiplexing channel according to the spatial moving sequence of the suspicious target, a cooperative case can be distinguished, the corresponding video monitoring data are transmitted to the central monitoring end according to different work division positions, the checking efficiency is improved, the main suspicious target is directly hit, and the central monitoring end personnel can also make a timely and quick response after watching when facing a plurality of people.
As shown in fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the detecting whether a suspicious target appears in a plurality of video monitoring data of a target location in real time specifically includes:
step S101: acquiring identification characteristics, wherein the identification characteristics at least comprise preset face data and living body action characteristics, and the living body action characteristics comprise that the living body stays for a preset time and repeatedly moves for a preset number of times;
step S102: detecting whether video monitoring data acquired by a plurality of image acquisition devices based on a target place contains preset face data or not;
step S103: if yes, judging that a suspicious target appears in the corresponding video monitoring data;
step S104: if not, further judging whether the actions of the living organisms contained in the plurality of image acquisition devices comprise the types of the living organism action characteristics, and if so, judging that suspicious targets appear in the corresponding video monitoring data.
It can be understood that the type of the living body motion feature here is that, namely, the suspicious object stays in the target place for a long time and repeatedly moves for a preset number of times, and the suspicious object on the surface is repeatedly stayed near the target place for viewing or peeping, where the suspicious object is not limited to a person, but may be a machine such as an unmanned aerial vehicle, and the preset face data here is a face image of some social hazard persons that has been disclosed, and the surface has obtained privacy permission.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, before detecting whether a suspicious target appears in a plurality of video surveillance data of a target site in real time, the method further includes:
step S20: the multiplexing transmission channel between the central supervision terminal and at least one image acquisition device of each local area corresponding to each target site is established, the multiplexing technology is to combine a plurality of signals to transmit on one physical channel, in order to effectively utilize the communication line, it is desirable that one channel simultaneously transmit a plurality of signals, the installation and maintenance cost of the cable can be greatly saved when the signals are transmitted in a long distance, but it should be recognized that the transmission efficiency of a single channel (channel) is still influenced by the bandwidth and the transmission stability, so the transmission priority in the subsequent embodiments is necessary to be distinguished.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the total number of times of occurrence of the suspicious target is greater than one time based on the plurality of video monitoring data specifically includes:
step S105: detecting whether a suspicious target in each video monitoring data corresponding to each local area appears after disappearing in a frame picture, and if so, determining that the suspicious target appears at least twice in a single video monitoring data corresponding to a single local area;
step S106: detecting whether a suspicious target in each video monitoring data corresponding to each local area disappears after the suspicious target disappears in a frame picture, if so, determining that the suspicious target appears once in a single video monitoring data corresponding to a single local area;
step S107: and accumulating and counting the times of suspicious target occurrence in each video monitoring data corresponding to each local area.
In this embodiment, when the method is applied, whether a suspicious target in each video monitoring data corresponding to each local area disappears in a frame picture and then appears or does not appear, the detection may be identified by a pre-trained Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), which is one of the most successful fields of deep learning algorithm application, the convolutional neural network includes a one-dimensional convolutional neural network, a two-dimensional convolutional neural network and a three-dimensional convolutional neural network, the one-dimensional convolutional neural network is mainly used for data processing of sequence classes, the two-dimensional convolutional neural network is often used for identification of image texts, and the three-dimensional convolutional neural network is mainly used for identification of medical images and video data, in the field of deep learning, the verified convolutional neural network has achieved great success in the fields of image recognition, video recognition and voice recognition.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the total number of times of the suspicious object appearing is only one, the method further comprises:
step S30: and when the suspicious target is detected to appear in any video monitoring data, transmitting a monitoring picture containing the first appearance of the suspicious target to the central monitoring terminal based on the corresponding transmission channel.
When the method and the device are applied, when the suspicious target is detected to appear in any video monitoring data, the monitoring picture containing the first appearance of the suspicious target is transmitted to the central supervision terminal based on the corresponding transmission channel, so that the early warning of the central supervision terminal can be performed in advance, and the response can be conveniently and quickly made.
As shown in fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the total number of times of occurrence of the suspicious target is only one, the controlling the image capturing device in the surrounding area of the local area where the suspicious target is located to operate so that the capturing range overlaps with the preset area in the area where the suspicious target appears specifically includes:
step S111: locating a local area in which a suspicious target appears;
step S112: defining an area where a circle with the local area as the center of a circle and the radius as a preset radius is located as a surrounding area;
step S113: acquiring a moving track of a suspicious target in video monitoring data, controlling an acquisition end of image acquisition equipment in a surrounding area directly opposite to the moving track to directly face the moving track or have an intersection point with a forward extension line of the moving track when a local characteristic of the suspicious target is increased and then started to be decreased in a monitoring picture corresponding to the video monitoring data, controlling the local characteristic of the suspicious target to be increased and then decreased, for example, when an object passes through the image acquisition equipment, generally speaking, the face of the object is increased and then gradually decreased in the monitoring picture along with the increase and decrease of the distance, and controlling the acquisition end of the image acquisition equipment in the surrounding area directly opposite to the moving track or have an intersection point with the forward extension line of the moving track when the face of the object is increased and then started to be decreased, the detailed condition of the boundary position between the local areas can be well monitored from other local areas;
step S114: the image acquisition equipment in the local areas on two sides of the peripheral area opposite to the moving track is controlled to deflect in a preset rotation period, so that the acquisition range of the image acquisition equipment covers the peripheral area opposite to the moving track, namely the peripheral area opposite to the moving track can be ensured not to be influenced by the change of the working state of the image acquisition equipment to the maximum extent.
It should be understood that, when the total number of times of occurrence of the suspicious object is only one, considering the number of the image capturing devices equipped for each local area, the operating conditions of the image capturing devices, and the like, there may be a monitoring blind area, for example, between two adjacent local areas, therefore, the action of the image acquisition equipment of the surrounding area of the local area where the suspicious target is located is controlled, so that the acquisition range of the image acquisition equipment is overlapped with the preset area in the area where the suspicious target appears, the probability of monitoring blind areas can be effectively reduced, the anti-reconnaissance behaviors of some suspicious objects with rich experience are avoided, the comprehensive coverage of target site monitoring is ensured, and the implementation of the embodiment is worthy of improving the contribution degree of the total times of appearance of the suspicious target, the implementation precision of the subsequent steps is improved, and the monitoring capability of the whole monitoring system is improved comprehensively.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the total number of times of occurrence of suspicious targets is greater than one and it is detected that the suspicious targets are located only in the same local area, the preferentially transmitting the video monitoring data containing the suspicious targets located in the same local area to the central monitoring end through the multiplexing channel specifically includes:
step S121: when the total number of times of the suspicious targets is more than one time, continuously detecting whether the suspicious targets only appear in the same local area;
step S122: if yes, stopping data feedback of the image acquisition equipment in other local areas in the multiplexing channel, and preferentially transmitting the video monitoring data containing the suspicious target in the same local area to a central supervision end through the multiplexing channel.
It can be understood that, by the suspicious target appearing only once and in the same local area, it is obvious that the corresponding video monitoring data should be preferentially transmitted to the central supervision terminal, be preferentially viewed, and then transmit the data of the image acquisition devices of other local areas in the multiplexing channel, so that the video data can be preferentially transmitted even if the multiplexing channel has a poor broadband quality, and the central supervision terminal can conveniently and rapidly make a response in time after being viewed.
As shown in fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the total number of times of occurrence of the suspicious target is greater than one, and it is detected that the suspicious target passes through at least two local areas, and it is determined that the suspicious target is only one, the transmitting the video monitoring data including the suspicious target to the central monitoring end through the multiplexing channel according to the sequence of the occurrence times of the suspicious target specifically includes:
step S131: when the total number of times of occurrence of the suspicious targets is more than one time, detecting whether the suspicious targets exist and are only one and the suspicious targets pass through at least two local areas;
step S132: if yes, the transmission sequence coding is carried out on the monitoring video data with the suspicious target according to the sequence of the time shaft, and the coded monitoring video data are transmitted to the central monitoring end through the multiplexing channel in sequence.
This embodiment is when using, through transmitting according to the order of time axis, can realize only one and fine video surveillance when the local area of difference to suspicious target, transmit to central supervision end after, can come directly to look over according to this suspicious target precedence order of action, make things convenient for the timely quick response of making a response after the central supervision end personnel watch.
As shown in fig. 5, this embodiment is a functional extension performed on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, and as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the preferentially transmitting the video monitoring data including the suspicious object to the central monitoring end via the multiplexing channel according to the spatial movement sequence of the suspicious object specifically includes:
step S141: according to the local area where at least two suspicious targets appear simultaneously for the first time, moving at least one suspicious target to another local area, and constructing a suspicious target space moving track;
step S142: and transmitting the video monitoring data containing the suspicious target to a central monitoring end through a multiplexing channel according to the space moving track of the suspicious target.
Specifically, according to the foregoing embodiment, the monitoring video data is encoded according to the sequence of the spatial movement trajectory, the video monitoring data including the suspicious target is preferentially transmitted to the central monitoring end through the multiplexing channel according to the spatial movement trajectory of the suspicious target, when a plurality of suspicious targets work cooperatively ("crime"), for example, two suspicious cooperative targets exist, in this case, two persons generally arrive at a certain local area at the same time, and then one person generally receives or catches the wind in the local area, and the other person is responsible for continuing to enter another local area and then work ("crime"), which is different from the time sequence, but actually is also a representation of the time sequence, so that the cooperative crime can be distinguished, and the corresponding video monitoring data is transmitted to the central monitoring end according to different sequences of the division positions, the method is favorable for improving the viewing efficiency, directly hits main suspicious targets, and is convenient for central supervision personnel to make timely and quick response after watching when facing a plurality of people.
