As shown in fig. 3, the front-end device includes an automatic acquisition device, a boiler room system device, and a heat exchange station system device, the automatic acquisition device is connected to the boiler room device and the heat exchange station system device, and the automatic acquisition device is connected to the first multifunctional communication module; the rear end equipment comprises a smart heat supply platform, a PC (personal computer) end and a mobile terminal, wherein the smart heat supply platform, the PC end and the mobile terminal are connected with the second multifunctional communication module.
The present invention provides a specific embodiment, where the edge calculation unit is configured to perform edge calculation according to the state data information to obtain abnormal data information, specifically:
setting value ranges of different state data under normal work, comparing the state data information with the value ranges respectively, determining whether the state data information is in the set value range, and determining the state data information which is not in the value range as abnormal data information.
Illustratively, taking the temperature status information of the front-end device as an example, the implementation manner is as follows: setting the normal working temperature range of the front-end equipment as the value range of the temperature data, comparing the obtained current working temperature of the front-end equipment with the value range of the set temperature data, and once the working temperature of the front-end equipment is not in the value range of the set temperature data, obtaining abnormal data information of abnormal working state of the front-end equipment.
The first multifunctional communication module comprises at least one of an Ethernet module, an RS485 module and a WIFI/BT module; the second multifunctional communication module comprises at least one of an Ethernet module, an RS485 module, a WIFI/BT module and a MiniPCle module.
Further, in order to adapt to communication interfaces of various devices, the first multifunctional communication module comprises an Ethernet interface, an RS485 interface, a WIFI/BT interface and a digital input/output interface; the second multifunctional communication module comprises an Ethernet interface, an RS485 interface, a WIFI/BT interface and a MiniPCle interface. It can be seen that the first multifunctional communication module of the present invention supports multiple communication or connection modes such as ethernet, RS485, WIFI/BT, digital input/output, and the specific communication or connection mode used may be determined according to the communication or connection mode supported by the front-end device, and exemplarily, when the front-end device supports the RS485 communication mode, the front-end device is connected to the front-end device through the RS485 interface, and the protocol conversion module is provided to perform the conversion of the RS485 protocol, and the RS485 module (the RS485 chip and the peripheral circuit device) is welded on the reserved PCB.
Similarly, the edge computing device PCB board of the invention is also reserved with connecting circuits of an Ethernet module, an RS485 module, a WIFI/BT module and a MiniPCle module which can realize the function of the second multifunctional communication module, when the specific communication or connection mode of the first multifunctional communication module is determined, the communication module of the communication mode only needs to be welded at the position of the corresponding connecting circuit. It can be seen that the second multifunctional communication module of the present invention supports multiple communication or connection modes such as ethernet, RS485, WIFI/BT, MiniPCle, etc., and the specific communication or connection mode used may be determined according to the communication or connection mode supported by the backend device.
Specifically, the edge computing device is further configured to forward data, where the forward data is status data information collected by the edge computing device from the first multifunctional communication module and forwarded to the intelligent heat supply platform through the second multifunctional communication module for processing; and the data received from the intelligent heat supply platform by the second multifunctional communication module is forwarded to the front-end equipment by the first multifunctional communication module.
Furthermore, the digital input and output interface is a DI interface and a DO interface;
specifically, the edge computing device is further configured to perform a fast response, where the fast response refers to that when data received by the edge computing device through the DI interface is abnormal, the edge computing device directly outputs a control signal through the DO interface, where the data abnormality includes, but is not limited to, a temperature data abnormality, a front-end device network state data abnormality, and a system operation state data abnormality, and the control signal includes, but is not limited to, a shutdown of the front-end device/system, a restart of the front-end device/system, and an alarm.
Specifically, the edge computing device is further used for data optimization, and the data optimization is to perform data processing on data collected from the DI interface, the DO interface, the RS485 module or the ethernet module, including but not limited to data screening, data combination and data transformation, so as to reduce the processing load at the platform end.
Further, the MiniPCle module comprises a 4G network card unit or an SIM card unit;
further, the core control module further comprises a storage unit, and the storage unit is connected with the edge calculation unit and used for storing the state data information and the abnormal data information;
specifically, the core control module is an ARM Cortex-A7 processor, a memory 2GB and a flash memory 8GB, and provides strong computing capacity and storage capacity, so that the edge computing equipment can process some complex tasks, and the resource load of the platform end is effectively reduced.
