The data topic response module (8) has the functions of: receiving data topic access to the service system, inquiring a source service system database to obtain corresponding topic data, converting the topic data into a data transmission format through a data analysis module (4), and returning the topic data to an access initiator through a data transmission module (2).

The data topic-based cross-domain data sharing system of claim 6 further comprising: and the fusion check judging module (6) has the functions of sharing the locally generated whole network data theme catalogue among all the service systems, carrying out consistency comparison check on the whole network data theme catalogue generated by fusing all the service systems, judging whether the whole network data theme catalogue is consistent or not, and sharing the consistency check result among all the service systems through the data transmission module (2).

The data topic-based cross-domain data sharing system of claim 6 further comprising: a data topic monitoring module (9) whose function is: the data transmission module (2) is used for monitoring the data conditions related to the whole network data topic catalog of each business system, and for the data topic events affecting the whole network data topic catalog when the topic related data is added or deleted, the data transmission module realizes the transmission and the reception among all the business systems and is used as the basis for iterating the whole network data topic catalog.
