Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present disclosure better understood by those of ordinary skill in the art, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present disclosure and in the above-described drawings are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the disclosure described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. The embodiments described in the following examples do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present disclosure. Rather, they are merely examples of apparatus and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present disclosure, as detailed in the appended claims.
In this case, the expression "at least one of the items" in the present disclosure means a case where three types of parallel expressions "any one of the items", "a combination of any plural ones of the items", and "the entirety of the items" are included. For example, "include at least one of a and B" includes the following three cases in parallel: (1) comprises A; (2) comprises B; (3) including a and B. For another example, "at least one of the first step and the second step is performed", which means that the following three cases are juxtaposed: (1) executing the step one; (2) executing the step two; (3) and executing the step one and the step two.
Fig. 1 illustrates an application environment of a communication method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 1, the system environment may include a plurality of terminal devices 100-1, 100-2, … 100-n, server 200, n being a positive integer. Here, the terminal device 100-n may be a terminal device having a communication function, for example, the terminal device 100 in the embodiment of the present disclosure may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a handheld computer, a notebook computer, a netbook, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA). An application or software having a communication function, such as chat software, can be run on the terminal device 100. When the terminal device 100 runs these applications, it connects to and communicates with the server 200 through the network, thereby using the corresponding communication connection and relay service provided by the server 200. Specifically, the terminal device 100 can access and communicate with the server 200 by way of, for example, a wireless cellular communication network (4G, 5G network), Wifi network, or the like to transmit a message to the server 200. The server 200 forwards the received message to other terminal devices, thereby implementing a communication function.
The process of implementing topic correlation in communications will be described below with reference to fig. 2-6.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a communication method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, which is applicable to any one of the terminal devices 100-n in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 2, in step S210, a conversation interface of the first conversation is displayed, the conversation interface is used for displaying a panel of the first message conversation and/or a panel of the topic conversation, the panel of the first message conversation is used for displaying the first message interface, and the panel of the topic conversation is used for displaying the topic interface. The topic is an aggregated message comprising a topic and a reply, the message member of the first message conversation and the topic member of the topic conversation being first session members of the first conversation. In one embodiment, the conversation interface can simultaneously display a panel of the first message conversation and a panel of the topic conversation. In another embodiment, the conversation interface may display a panel of one of the conversations with the display of the panel of the other conversation hidden. In the embodiment of the present application, a panel may be understood as a tab, and when the panel of a session is triggered, that is, the tab of the session is selected, the interface of the session is displayed in the panel of the session. Taking fig. 3(b) as an example, the session "experience walk-through" includes two tabs, i.e., "group chat" and "group topic", and when the "group chat" tab is selected, the "group chat" panel is triggered, and a message interface is displayed in the "group chat" panel. Similarly, when the "group topic" tab is selected, the "group topic" panel is triggered, and a message interface is displayed in the "group topic" panel, as shown in fig. 4 (a).
In an embodiment of the present application, a first session member may be understood to have two groups at the same time: the system comprises a chat group and a topic group, wherein the chat group can be used for sending and responding messages, and the topic group is used for sending and responding topics in a message form. It should be understood that the chat group can be used to reply to the topic sent in the chat group in the form of a message as well. Illustratively, the message interface displaying the chat group is a first message interface, and the message interface displaying the topic group is a topic interface.
The first session may be a session between two or more members, i.e. either a single chat or a group chat. For example, in the session interface of the group session shown in fig. 3(b) and fig. 4(a) and 4(b), a panel (tab, which may also be referred to as a tab) of the first message session titled "group chat" and a panel (tab, which may also be referred to as a tab) of the topic session titled "group topic" may be displayed in parallel. A message interface of the group conversation is displayed in a panel of "group chat", and a topic interface is displayed in a panel of "group topic". The topic content may include, but is not limited to, text, pictures, audio and video. Here, the aggregated message refers to a message that can be displayed under the same subject. Unlike messages published by all members arranged based on a timeline in related art communications, messages in a topic include messages published by topic participants. For example, if a conversation member wants to initiate a discussion about a "walkthrough task," a topic may be established that is titled "walkthrough task," and the members of the conversation may join the topic in a topic interface or a message interface (i.e., perform a reply, comment, gesture, etc. on the topic).
As previously described, the related art conversation interface generally has only one interface that presents messages of a communication. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, whether to turn on a topic function may be set by a manager of communication. For example, there may be an option at the manager of the group to set the function of opening a topic, and when the manager of the group opens the option, a new topic interface may be set in the conversation interfaces of all members of the group, and the topic interface is used for sending and replying to the topic in the form of messages.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the message interface and the topic interface are disposed in parallel, and switching is performed by operating a panel of the message interface and a panel of the topic interface. Here, the parallel arrangement may mean that the hierarchies of the two interfaces are the same.
In step S220, in the case that the panel of the topic conversation is triggered, in response to a forwarding operation for a first topic in the topic interface, the first topic is displayed in a preset format in a message interface of a target conversation.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the preset format may include any one of: a format of the first topic in the topic interface, a consolidated message format including a topic and a reply for the first topic. That is, the format of the first topic displayed in the topic interface may be the same as or different from the format of the first topic displayed in the message interface of the target conversation. The format of the forwarded topic will be described in detail later with reference to fig. 3(a) - (d).
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, if the target conversation is the first conversation, the displaying the first topic in a preset format in a message interface of the target conversation may include: displaying the first topic in the first message interface in a format of the first topic in the topic interface. That is, for a first message interface disposed in parallel with a topic interface, a first topic is displayed in the same format in the first message interface and the topic interface.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, if the target conversation is a second conversation other than the first conversation, the displaying the first topic in a preset format in a message interface of the target conversation may include: displaying the first topic in a merged message format including a topic and a reply to the first topic in a second message interface of the second conversation. That is, in a second session other than the current session, the first topic is displayed in a different format than in the topic interface. That is, for a second message interface that is not arranged in parallel with the topic interface, the first topic is displayed in a different format than in the topic interface.
Fig. 3(a) and 3(b) are schematic views illustrating a group chat message interface and a group topic interface in a session interface of a desktop terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, and fig. 3(c) and 3(d) are schematic views illustrating a group chat message interface and a group topic interface in a session interface of a mobile terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. That is, in the following description, the various interfaces presented may be divided into an interface on the desktop side and an interface on the mobile side. The desktop-side interface may generally exhibit more hierarchies and contents than the mobile-side interface, but both have the same display logic, and the technical idea of the embodiment of the present disclosure may be equally applied to the session interfaces of the desktop side and the mobile side.
As shown in fig. 3(a), an option button for forwarding a topic may be provided on the topic interface at the desktop end. When the user selects the forward option, a target conversation for the forwarded topic may be displayed, e.g., the conversation in which the topic is located or another conversation. When a topic is forwarded, as shown in fig. 3(b), the topic may be displayed in a predetermined format (e.g., a merged message format in which a topic and a reply are displayed merged) in a forwarded session interface, and a user of a target session may directly enter an interface for topic details through the format, so that the details of the topic may be conveniently viewed.
Similarly, as shown in fig. 3(c), an option button for forwarding a topic may be provided at the topic interface of the mobile terminal so that the first topic may be forwarded to the second conversation, and at least a portion of the content of the first topic may be displayed in a predetermined format (i.e., a merged message format) as shown in fig. 3(d) at the message interfaces of the other conversations.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the first message interface may be further configured to display a topic of the topic interface, and the communication method further includes: in the case that the panel of the first message conversation is triggered, in response to a reply operation to a second topic in the first message interface, triggering the panel of the topic interface and displaying a reply area of the second topic.
The arrangement of the message interface and the topic interface and the reply display manner of the topic will be described with reference to fig. 4(a) -4 (b).
For example, in the interface named "experience walkthrough" on the right side of the communication software interface on the desktop side as shown in fig. 4(a), two panels, that is, a panel of the message session interface titled "group chat" and a panel of the topic session interface titled "group topic", are arranged in parallel, and the title of the panel can be selected to switch between the two panels. Topics may include having a particular topic and a reply to that topic issued by members within a group, and topics may be exposed to a portion thereof in a format such as a card. For example, in fig. 4(a), in the list of the topic interface, two topics are displayed in the form of cards, wherein several pictures under the topic are also displayed in the card of the topic with the topic of "0830 walkthrough version of the problem record 0830 walkthrough version". It should be understood that the above card is just one example of a format for presenting a topic in a topic interface, and those skilled in the art may employ other formats for displaying a topic in a message interface or topic interface, thereby presenting a portion of the content of the topic, i.e., presenting at least a portion of the topic's subject matter or reply.
In an interface displaying topics, an option for publishing topics may be set. For example, in FIG. 4(a), the interface for editing published topics can be entered by clicking on the dark button (with # label) in the lower right corner. The user can perform operations of inputting characters, inserting pictures, videos, audios, and the like in the interface for editing and publishing the topics, thereby generating the topics. The generated topics are displayed in the topic interface in the form of a list, and at least a portion of the topic or the reply of the topic may be displayed in the format described above.
An example of a format in which topics are displayed in a message interface is shown in fig. 4 (b). In fig. 4(b), topics are displayed in a merged message format. Whenever a new topic is generated in the topic interface, a format corresponding to the topic (e.g., a card displaying at least a portion of the content of the topic) may be displayed in the topic interface, and the format corresponding to the topic may be displayed in the message interface so that other users in the conversation may enter the topic through the format. Optionally, the reminder information corresponding to the topic may be displayed in the message interface. For example, as shown in fig. 4(b), if the user selects not to publish to the message interface at the same time as generating a topic, a hint information of "xx published new topics" may be displayed in the message interface, and the topic may be added through the hint information (e.g., a link of the text "group topic").
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the communication method may further include: and displaying a join notification of a newly added member in the first message interface, wherein the newly added member is a conversation member except the first conversation member in the second conversation member of the target conversation, and the join notification is sent when the newly added member participates in the topic. Here, participating in a topic may refer to performing some operation on the topic, for example, an operation of viewing the topic, commenting on the topic, or performing a gesture on the topic. When the user participates in the topic, a pop-up control may ask the user whether the user wants to join a member of the first session.
That is, the topic is forwarded to the second conversation and the members of the second conversation quickly join the topic by clicking on the forwarded topic, thus improving the propagation efficiency of the topic.
It should be understood that the above description is only some examples of the manner in which topics are forwarded and added in the message interface and topic interface of a conversation, and those skilled in the art can adjust the manner of presentation as needed, and the disclosure is not limited thereto.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the first message interface is for displaying a topic of the topic interface, and the communication method further includes: in the case that the panel of the first message conversation is triggered, in response to a reply operation to a second topic in the first message interface, triggering the panel of the topic interface and displaying a reply area of the second topic.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the reply area includes an input area and a sending control, and after the reply area of the second topic is displayed, the method further includes: and receiving reply information in the input area, and responding to the sending operation of the reply information and displaying the reply information in a reply display area of the second topic.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the displaying the reply region of the second topic may include: displaying reply information of the earliest, latest or last browsing position of the second topic.
By quickly triggering the reply interface of the topic in the message interface, the reply can be quickly carried out or the reply of the topic member to the topic can be displayed, and the progress of the topic can be comprehensively known. The display and reply topic operation according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be explained with reference to fig. 5(a) -5 (d) and fig. 6(a) and 6 (b).
In either the message interface or the topic interface, the user may select a topic by clicking on a card corresponding to the topic to browse the details of the topic, and may automatically locate the reply field for the topic. Here, fig. 5(a) shows an interface corresponding to a topic among session interfaces at the desktop end. As shown in fig. 5(a), a reply area of a topic is displayed in the topic interface, including an input area for inputting text, pictures, video, and the like, and also including a "send" button. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, upon entering a reply area for a topic, a comment reply box may be displayed, or the location of the latest, oldest, or last comment browsing the topic may be displayed.
When the user inputs a reply message about the topic through the input area, the reply message is displayed in the reply area. Further, when entering the interface for topic details, upon receiving an operation to browse the replies down to the topic, the topic's topic may automatically collapse, i.e., show the topic's topic in an abbreviated form. For example, in fig. 5(a), a portion of the content of the topic is displayed after being collapsed for the content of the topic's topic. After the topic is collapsed, expanding the topic by a predetermined operation can be supported when browsing the reply. As shown in fig. 5(b), details of a topic may be expanded and displayed in the form of a pop-up window, for example, by clicking on the title area of the topic interface. By the mode, the screen space occupied by the topic theme can be reduced, more reply contents can be displayed, and the topic theme can be conveniently checked at any time. Fig. 5(c) and 5(d) show interfaces in which the mobile terminal displays topic details.
