Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a system for dynamically capturing an abnormal scene of a whole vehicle, which define an abnormal scene to be diagnosed and a scene processing strategy according to requirements, convert the abnormal scene and the scene processing strategy into corresponding configuration formats, mount the corresponding configuration formats to a server, pull the configuration to be locally analyzed by an abnormal scene capturing module, monitor and record changes of each state defined in the configuration, process the scene according to the configuration when all the states meet the configuration definition, upload recorded information and detailed logs to the server, and store, analyze and display data by the server. The invention can dynamically configure the scenes processed by the whole vehicle abnormal scene module and the processing strategy thereof, and is more flexible; meanwhile, when the scene is abnormal, capturing is performed timely, information related to the scene is recorded accurately, the problem that analysis cannot be performed due to log missing and the like is solved, the situation related to the scene can be known more intuitively through the recorded information at a glance.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of whole car cabins, in particular to a method and a system for dynamically capturing abnormal scenes of a whole car.
Background
With the rapid development of intellectualization, the goal is focused on the cabin system. Because of the situations of scene sudden increase, multi-scene fusion and the like, the problem analysis on the scene is more difficult, and when the problem occurs, the problem cannot be continuously analyzed due to unclear scene description, incomplete log record, difficult subsequent reproduction of a small probability event and the like, and finally the problem is put aside, so that a solution cannot be obtained.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a method for dynamically capturing the abnormal scene of the whole vehicle, so as to solve the problems of unclear scene description, incomplete log record and difficult subsequent reproduction of a small probability event in the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a method for dynamically capturing an abnormal scene of a whole vehicle, which comprises the following steps:
s1: defining information and a processing strategy of an abnormal scene, and forming a corresponding configuration file;
s2: the vehicle-mounted terminal acquires the configuration file after being started, and analyzes and loads the configuration file after judging the integrity of the configuration file;
s3: the vehicle-mounted terminal monitors equipment and a system to be monitored according to the configuration file, acquires the required data and records the required data;
s4: packaging the recorded data and information, uploading the packaged data and information to a server, and processing the abnormal scene by the vehicle-mounted terminal according to a processing strategy in the configuration file;
s5: and after receiving the uploaded information, the server stores and analyzes the data for statistics.
The invention also provides a system for dynamically capturing the abnormal scene of the whole vehicle, which comprises a server, an abnormal scene capturing module and a scene association module;
the server is used for configuring and sending the information of the defined abnormal scene and the corresponding processing strategy, receiving the data and the information recorded by the scene capturing module on the abnormal scene, and storing and counting the data and the information;
the abnormal scene capturing module is used for acquiring abnormal scene definition and corresponding processing strategies from the server, monitoring the scene association module, uploading the data information sent by the scene association module to the server after receiving the data information, and executing the processing of the abnormal scene according to the abnormal scene processing strategies;
the scene association module is used for receiving the information list which is required to be monitored and sent by the abnormal scene capturing module, and sending the data which is required to be monitored to the abnormal scene capturing module when the state of the monitored object changes according to the information list.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention can dynamically configure the scenes processed by the whole vehicle abnormal scene module and the processing strategy thereof, and is more flexible; meanwhile, when the scene is abnormal, capturing is performed timely, information related to the scene is recorded accurately, the problem that analysis cannot be performed due to log missing and the like is solved, the situation related to the scene can be known more intuitively through the recorded information at a glance.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, for the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more clear, and the described embodiments should not be construed as limiting the present invention, but all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without making creative efforts are within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a method for dynamically capturing an abnormal scene of a whole vehicle, which is shown in fig. 1 and comprises the following steps:
s1: and defining information and processing strategies of the abnormal scene, and forming a corresponding configuration file. The configuration file comprises an association module, a specific state and a state value which are required to monitor in the abnormal scene, and the configuration file is converted into a corresponding json file and is mounted to the server.
Defining the abnormal scene, namely defining the abnormal scene information needing dynamic diagnosis, including an association module, a specific state field and a state value of the association module, and a processing strategy of the abnormal scene, which need to be monitored by a certain abnormal scene, converting the format of the configuration file into a corresponding json file, and mounting the json file to a server. And how to acquire which devices or modules should be monitored in a state of an abnormal scene can be determined after communication with a professional engineer, or fusion analysis can be performed on an existing abnormal scene, for example, partial information in two different abnormal scenes is extracted to form a new abnormal scene, and a new configuration file corresponding to the new abnormal scene is formed so as to acquire required data information later.
S2: and after the vehicle-mounted terminal is started, acquiring the configuration file, judging the integrity of the configuration file, and analyzing and loading the configuration file. The vehicle-mounted terminal acquires a configuration file from a server in an https mode, judges whether the configuration file is complete or not, and if the acquired configuration file is incomplete, carries out S1; and if the acquired configuration file is complete, S3 is performed. Meanwhile, after the vehicle-mounted terminal is started, the version number of the configuration file is obtained from the server and is compared with the version number of the configuration file in the local area, and if the version number of the configuration file is different from the version number of the configuration file, a new configuration file is obtained from the server, so that the configuration file of an abnormal scene on the vehicle-mounted terminal can be updated in time. The method comprises the steps that the step is executed when the whole vehicle is ignited, the vehicle-mounted terminal downloads a configuration json file to the local in an https mode, and after the integrity of the file is confirmed, the configuration file is analyzed and loaded.
S3: and the vehicle-mounted terminal monitors equipment and a system to be monitored according to the configuration file, acquires the required data and records the required data. The vehicle-mounted terminal monitors the vehicle-mounted entertainment system, the instrument and the microcontroller through the scene association module, acquires required data according to the configuration file, and records the required data in a mode of time, state and state value. The vehicle-mounted terminal is provided with a scene association module 1, a scene association module 2 and a scene association module 3, wherein the scene association module is used for receiving an information list which is informed of the need of monitoring by the abnormal scene capturing module, recording the state and data of a monitoring object when the abnormal scene occurs and sending the state and data to the abnormal scene capturing module. The scene association module 1 is used for monitoring the vehicle-mounted entertainment system HU, the scene association module 2 is used for monitoring the instrument, and the scene association module 3 is used for monitoring the whole vehicle microcontroller MCU. S4: and packaging the recorded data and the information, uploading the packaged data and the information to a server, and processing the abnormal scene by the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the processing strategy in the configuration file. The vehicle-mounted terminal judges whether the acquired data and information meet the information required by the abnormal scene in the configuration file or not; if yes, packaging and uploading are carried out; if not, S3 is performed. And meanwhile, the vehicle-mounted terminal executes a processing strategy for the abnormal scene in the configuration file.
S5: and after receiving the uploaded information, the server stores and analyzes the data for statistics.
The invention also provides a system for dynamically capturing the abnormal scene of the whole vehicle, which is shown in fig. 2 and comprises a server, an abnormal scene capturing module and a scene association module.
The server is used for configuring and sending the information of the defined abnormal scene and the corresponding processing strategy, receiving the data and the information recorded by the scene diagnosis module on the abnormal scene, and storing and counting the data and the information.
The abnormal scene capturing module is used for monitoring the scene association module, receiving the data information sent by the scene association module, uploading the data information to the server and processing the abnormal scene according to the abnormal scene processing strategy.
The scene association module is used for receiving the information list which is required to be monitored and sent by the abnormal scene capturing module, and sending the data which is required to be monitored to the abnormal scene capturing module when the state of the monitored object changes according to the information list.
Because of the difference of the positions of the modules in the whole vehicle, the communication modes of the scene association module and the abnormal scene diagnosis module are also different, and the communication modes are mainly realized by three modes: if the communication is in the same system, such as a vehicle-mounted 4G module, inter-process communication, such as a local socket, can be used; if in a different system, such as a meter, USB communication is used; the MCU and the HU are communicated through a serial port by using a self-defined protocol.
According to the invention, an abnormal scene and a scene processing strategy to be diagnosed are defined according to the requirements, the abnormal scene and the scene processing strategy are converted into corresponding configuration formats and are mounted to a server, an abnormal scene capturing module pulls the configuration to be locally analyzed, monitors and records changes of each state defined in the configuration, when all the states meet the configuration definition, the scene is processed according to the configuration, recorded information and detailed logs are uploaded to the server, and the server stores, analyzes and displays the data. The invention can dynamically configure the scenes processed by the whole vehicle abnormal scene module and the processing strategy thereof, and is more flexible; meanwhile, when the scene is abnormal, capturing is performed timely, information related to the scene is recorded accurately, the problem that analysis cannot be performed due to log missing and the like is solved, the situation related to the scene can be known more intuitively through the recorded information at a glance.
As described above, the alert system of the present invention is not limited to the configuration, and other systems that can implement the embodiments of the present invention can fall within the scope of the present invention.

s3: the vehicle-mounted terminal monitors equipment and a system to be monitored according to the configuration file, acquires the required data and records the required data;
s4: packaging the recorded data and information, uploading the packaged data and information to a server, and processing the abnormal scene by the vehicle-mounted terminal according to a processing strategy in the configuration file;
s5: and after receiving the uploaded information, the server stores and analyzes the data for statistics.

The method for dynamically capturing an abnormal scene of a whole vehicle according to claim 1, wherein in S1, the configuration file includes an association module, a specific state and a state value required to monitor the abnormal scene, and the configuration file is converted into a corresponding json file and is mounted to a server.

The method for dynamically capturing abnormal scenes of a whole vehicle according to claim 1, wherein in S3, the vehicle-mounted terminal monitors the vehicle-mounted entertainment system, the instrument and the microcontroller through the scene association module respectively, acquires required data according to the configuration file, and records in a mode of time, state and state value.

The method for dynamically capturing an abnormal scene of a whole vehicle according to claim 1, wherein in S4, the vehicle-mounted terminal determines whether the acquired data and information meet the information required by the abnormal scene in the configuration file; if yes, packaging and uploading are carried out; if not, S3 is performed.

the scene association module is used for receiving the information list which is required to be monitored and sent by the abnormal scene capturing module, and sending the data which is required to be monitored to the abnormal scene capturing module when the state of the monitored object changes according to the information list.
