Detailed Description
Technical solutions in some embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in some embodiments of the present application.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures. Meanwhile, in the description of the present application, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used only for distinguishing the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In the related art, in the on-line questionnaire investigation, the same questionnaire is generally issued to different users to realize the questionnaire investigation by the user's questionnaire response. However, when the questionnaire is long, the questionnaire takes a long time, and the user usually has no patience to complete the questionnaire investigation of the large questionnaire, the questionnaire failure rate is high, and further, the accuracy of the analysis result based on the questionnaire investigation result is poor because the received questionnaire investigation result is few. For large-scale questionnaire research, the questionnaire results are summarized after each user fills in the questionnaire, so that the time period for acquiring the analysis results of the comprehensive questionnaire research is long. It can be known from the above related technologies that the efficiency of obtaining questionnaire survey analysis results is low, the accuracy is poor, and the user experience is also poor.
In view of this, some embodiments of the present application provide a method, an apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium for questionnaire research, where the method randomly extracts topics in a topic database in the same research scenario and distributes the extracted topics to at least one user, and each user only needs to reply to a specified number of topics, and the topics are not repeated, so that a technical effect of quickly obtaining questionnaire research results is achieved, and user experience is improved.
The following is an exemplary description of the implementation of the questionnaire research method provided in some embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a questionnaire investigation system. The questionnaire system includes terminal device 100 and server 110.
In some embodiments of the present application, a user may click on a relevant option on a research page displayed by the terminal device 100, the terminal device 100 may randomly extract a first specified number of topics from a topic database to generate a questionnaire page, the user replies to a target topic in the questionnaire page through the terminal device 100, and after responding to a reply operation of the user, the terminal device 100 generates a questionnaire research result of the user based on a reply of the user to each target topic.
It is understood that in some embodiments of the present application, the terminal device 100 and the server 110 establish a connection through a wireless network or a wired network. The terminal device 100 may send information requesting to add a topic to the server 110 through a wireless network or a wired network, and the corresponding server 110 may also return topic information to the terminal device 100 based on the request information through the wireless network or the wired network. One or more terminal apparatuses 100 may be provided. In other embodiments of the present application, the server 110 may be connected to a plurality of terminal devices 100, and the server 110 and the plurality of terminal devices 100 may establish a connection through a wireless network or a wired network to implement data communication.
In addition, in other embodiments of the present application, the terminal device 100 may autonomously detect and update the number of topics in the topic database or the user topic set, and at this time, the server 110 may not be set.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present application, the terminal device 100 may be a non-portable PC terminal or a portable terminal. The type of terminal device is not limited herein.
The following describes an implementation procedure of a method for questionnaire research performed by terminal device 100 according to some embodiments of the present application, as exemplified in conjunction with fig. 2.
It should be noted that, in order to clearly explain the implementation process of some embodiments of the present application, only the questionnaire investigation performed on one user is taken as an example for description, and in practical applications, the questionnaire investigation may be performed on other users based on a principle similar to that of the questionnaire investigation performed on the one user, which is not described herein.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart of a questionnaire research method provided in some embodiments of the present application, where the method may include: s210, responding to the triggering operation of the user for the research page, and randomly extracting a first specified number of target topics from the topic database. And S220, displaying a questionnaire page corresponding to the user based on the first specified number of target topics, wherein the first specified number of target topics are displayed in the questionnaire page. S230, responding to the reply operation of the user to the target title in the questionnaire page, and generating a questionnaire investigation result.
In some embodiments of the present application, after performing S230, the method of questionnaire research further includes S240 (not shown in the figure), obtaining questionnaire research results of at least one user meeting the research conditions; and generating a comprehensive questionnaire investigation analysis result according to the questionnaire investigation result of the at least one user.
For example, in some embodiments of the present application, in an organizational questionnaire research, topics in a topic database in the same scene need to be randomly allocated to multiple users, and since a user may be affected by multiple factors in the questionnaire research, a questionnaire research result of at least one user meeting research conditions needs to be screened first, so as to ensure that a comprehensive questionnaire research analysis result is obtained quickly and accurately. The investigation condition may determine whether the questionnaire investigation result of the user is valid, for example, the investigation condition may be whether the response time length of each user exceeds a preset threshold, or whether the questionnaire is incomplete due to the fact that the user exits the page halfway, and the like.
The above process is exemplarily set forth below.
In some embodiments of the present application, before performing the step of randomly extracting the first specified number of target topics from the topic database in S210, the method of questionnaire research further comprises: creating a target topic set; circularly executing the following steps until the target topics in the target topic set reach the first specified number: randomly taking a second specified number of candidate titles from the user title set corresponding to the user; and adding the candidate titles meeting the screening condition in the second specified number of candidate titles to the target title set, wherein the candidate titles in the target title set are the target titles.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to obtain a questionnaire research result quickly, a user does not answer questions in the question database, but only extracts a part of the questions from the question database to generate questionnaires (i.e., a first specified number of questions) for the user to perform questionnaire research. Wherein the first specified number may be determined according to the number of titles in the title database and the number of users.
For example, when the number of users is greater than 1 (for example, the number of users is 5), the number of target topics per user, that is, the first specified number, may be 20, or may be an integer greater than or equal to 1. In practical applications, the first designated number may also be set according to practical application scenarios, and is not limited herein.
Wherein, the user topic set comprises all the topics in the topic database. The second specified number of candidate topics may be 1, 2, or 3, and may also be set according to an application scenario, which is not limited herein. After a second specified number of candidate topics are extracted from the user topic set, the user topic set does not include the extracted second specified number of candidate topics.
To enable efficient topic extraction, in some embodiments of the present application, before randomly retrieving the second specified number of candidate topics, the method for questionnaire research further comprises: and if the user topic set is determined to be empty, sending a topic adding request to a server. And receiving the theme returned by the server based on the theme adding request. And updating the user topic set according to the returned topics.
For example, in some embodiments of the present application, during a questionnaire research, a user may enter and exit a questionnaire page multiple times, and when allocating topics for the user multiple times, in order to ensure that the topics in the user topic set are sufficient, when the server detects that the user topic set is empty, the server needs to be requested to update the user topic set in time. In other embodiments of the present application, when the server detects that the user topic set is empty, a prompt message may also be sent to the administrator, so that the administrator can manually update the user topic set in time.
In order to avoid repeated target topics from the target topic set, in some embodiments of the present application, adding the candidate topics meeting the screening condition from the second specified number of candidate topics to the target topic set includes: acquiring a historical research topic set of the user; screening out candidate topics which are not contained in the target topic set and the history research topic set from the second specified number of candidate topics; and adding the screened candidate topics into the target topic set.
For example, in some embodiments of the present application, since a user may have an abnormal situation during a questionnaire research, such as unstable network or multiple times of entering and exiting of a questionnaire page, to avoid that the user replies to repeated topics, time cost is reduced, and during this questionnaire research, the topics that the user has replied to are saved to a historical research topic set. Candidate topics which are not allocated to the target topic set and are not stored in the historical research topic set are screened from the second specified number of candidate topics and added to the target topic set. For example, if the second specified number of candidate topics is 1, and it is determined that neither the target topic set nor the history research topic set contains the 1 candidate topic, the 1 candidate topic is added to the target topic set. It should be understood that when the 1 candidate topic is assigned, the 1 candidate topic is removed from both the user topic set and the topic database.
The following describes the implementation of the questionnaire investigation method according to some embodiments of the present application, taking an organization type questionnaire investigation as an example.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flow chart of a questionnaire investigation method provided in some embodiments of the present application. It should be noted that the organizational questionnaire research can be divided into different research scenes, wherein each research scene corresponds to a set of subjects. Note that, the organization type questionnaire survey is usually participated in by a plurality of users, for example, 10 users participating in the questionnaire survey this time, and the implementation procedure of generating the questionnaire survey analysis result by the terminal device 100 will be specifically described by taking any one of the 10 users as an example.
The following exemplarily illustrates an implementation process of obtaining questionnaire research results in the same research scenario.
S310, responding to the trigger operation on the research page displayed by the user for the terminal device 100. For example, as a specific example of the present application, a user may click on an "answer start" operation item on a research page of the terminal device 100 or click on a link on the research page, and the corresponding terminal device 100 receives a click operation of the user.
In some embodiments of the present application, the user may also click on the "generate questionnaire" operation item, so that the terminal device 100 receives an instruction to generate a questionnaire.
It should be understood that, as a specific example of the present application, in the organization type questionnaire research, 10 users participating in the questionnaire research all have corresponding terminal devices, the time for each user to trigger the operation is random, and the terminal device 100 executes the corresponding operation after receiving the trigger operation of each user. It should be noted that the specific operation type of the user triggering the terminal device 100 may be a click, a double click, or other operations, and is not limited in this respect.
S311, responding to the trigger operation of the user, and creating a user topic set and a target topic set.
For example, as a specific example of the present application, in order to ensure that the user can complete a first specified number of target topics without duplication, the terminal device 100 may create a user topic set belonging to the user itself, where the user topic set and the target topic set are both empty sets.
S312, copying the titles in the title database to the user title set.
For example, as a specific example of the present application, all topics corresponding to the research scenario are stored in the topic database.
S313, whether the target topic in the target topic set is smaller than a preset threshold value is judged, if yes, S314 is executed, and if not, S321 is executed.
For example, as a specific example of the present application, in order to obtain a questionnaire research result quickly, a user needs to reply to a first specified number of topics, and therefore the number of target topics in the target topic set satisfies a preset threshold (e.g., the preset threshold is 30). The preset threshold value can be reasonably set according to the size of the actual topic database and the number of users.
S314, judging whether the titles in the user title set are equal to 0, if yes, executing S315, and if not, executing S316.
S315, sending a topic adding request to the server 110, receiving a topic returned by the server 110 based on the topic adding request, and updating the user topic set and the topic database according to the returned topic.
For example, as a specific example of the present application, when detecting that the titles in the user title set and the title database are smaller than a set threshold (for example, the set threshold is 2), the terminal device 100 may send a title addition request to the server 110, and the server 110 may return the titles based on the title addition request. Since the topics are continuously extracted from the user topic set and the topic database, the topics in the user topic set and the topic database are continuously reduced, and the returned topics are all the topics corresponding to the research scene. And adding all the topics corresponding to the research scene into a user topic set and a topic database.
S316, randomly taking out a second specified number of candidate topics from the user topic set.
For example, as a specific example of the present application, since the answer sequence of different users does not affect the questionnaire investigation result, the present embodiment adopts a random extraction manner. The terminal device 100 randomly takes 1 candidate topic from the user topic set. The second specified number of candidate titles may be set according to actual conditions, and is not limited herein.
For example, as another specific example of the present application, when the second specified number is 3, the terminal device 100 randomly takes out 3 candidate titles from the user title set.
S317, screening out a second specified number of candidate topics which are not included in the history research topic set, judging whether the number of the screened candidate topics is 0, if yes, returning to S314, and if not, executing S318.
For example, as a specific example of the present application, during a questionnaire research, a user may enter and exit a questionnaire page multiple times, and in order to ensure that topics replied by the user are not duplicated, before generating the questionnaire page, it is necessary to determine whether the randomly-extracted 1 candidate topic is in a user's historical research topic set. If the 1 candidate topic is included in the history research topic set, a second specified number of candidate topics need to be randomly extracted from the user topic set again.
As another specific example of the present application, it is determined whether the extracted 3 candidate topics are in the user's history research topic set. For example, if 1 candidate topic is included in the history topic set, the remaining 2 candidate topics (i.e., the first candidate topic) need to be filtered in S318. For example, if all 3 candidate topics are included in the history research topic set, the process returns to S314 to randomly fetch the next second specified number of candidate topics from the user topic set.
S318, judging whether the target topic set comprises the candidate topics screened in the S317, if so, returning to the S314, and if not, executing the S319.
For example, as a specific example of the present application, in order to ensure that the topics replied by the user are not repeated, before generating the questionnaire page, it is necessary to determine whether the randomly-extracted 1 candidate topics have been added to the target topic set of the user.
As another specific example of the present application, for example, the above-mentioned remaining 2 candidate topics need to be filtered in S318, when none of the remaining 2 candidate topics are included in the target topic set, the remaining 2 candidate topics are the filtered candidate topics, when one candidate topic in the remaining 2 candidate topics is not included in the target topic set, the one candidate topic is the filtered candidate topic, and when all of the remaining 2 candidate topics are included in the target topic set, the process returns to S314.
S319, adding the screened candidate titles to the target title set.
For example, as a specific example of the present application, if none of the 1 randomly-extracted candidate topics is contained in the target topic set and the history research topic set after the screening judgment in S317 and S318, it is proved that the user does not respond and is not assigned the candidate topic, and thus the candidate topic is added to the target topic set.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments of the present application, the execution sequence of S318, S317, and S318 may be executed after S318 is executed for a second specified number of candidate topics, so as not to affect the subsequent execution result.
S320, removing the candidate topic from the topic database, and returning to S313.
S321, generating and displaying a questionnaire page, wherein the questionnaire page displays the target subjects in the target subject set.
For example, as a specific example of the present application, a questionnaire page may be a page in which all target topics are displayed on the same page, or a plurality of sub-pages in which all target topics are distributed on different sub-pages. And is not particularly limited herein.
S322, responding to the reply operation of the user to the target topic, obtaining the answer submitted by the user, and generating a questionnaire investigation result.
In some embodiments of the present application, since the organization type questionnaire is generally participated by a plurality of users together, further, the terminal device 100 may obtain questionnaire research results of a plurality of users participating in questionnaire research, and generate a comprehensive questionnaire research analysis result according to the questionnaire research result of each user participating in questionnaire research.
For example, as a specific example of the present application, the terminal device 100 acquires questionnaire research results of 10 users, and then generates a comprehensive questionnaire research analysis result in the research scenario.
It can be understood that all topics in the research scenario are randomly allocated to 10 users, and each user only needs to reply to a part of the topics, and does not need to limit each user to complete all topics, so that the efficiency of obtaining the comprehensive questionnaire research analysis result in the research scenario can be improved on the premise of ensuring questionnaire research quality.
Therefore, in some embodiments of the application, different questionnaires are generated for different users in a random extraction manner, so that the users do not need to answer questions in the whole question bank, time consumed by questionnaire answering is reduced, different users can answer different questions, questionnaire investigation efficiency can be improved through rapid questionnaire investigation of multiple users, success rate of questionnaire investigation results is improved, and accuracy of investigation analysis results is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram illustrating a questionnaire investigation apparatus according to some embodiments of the present application. It should be understood that the questionnaire research device corresponds to any one of the above method embodiments, and can perform the steps related to the above method embodiments, and the specific functions of the questionnaire research device can be referred to the description above, and the detailed description is appropriately omitted here to avoid redundancy.
