And because the areas of all areas in the refrigeration house are large and the stored goods are different in size, although the goods are numbered by the waybill, the goods can be smaller due to the overlarge storage space, and the situation that the stored goods cannot be missed or found frequently occurs.
When goods on the flight are unloaded and are ready to be stored in an airport freezer, workers can fix an electronic tag outside the goods package, if the goods are large in size, one piece of goods corresponds to one electronic tag, if the goods are small and many, the goods with the small size and the requirements on the storage conditions are consistent are placed on the same tray during unloading, finally the goods on the tray are stored in the airport refrigeration storage in a centralized mode, at the moment, the electronic tag is fixed on the tray, the electronic tag repeatedly binds a plurality of goods on a pallet corresponding to different waybill number goods on the pallet, so that, through a reader, all the waybill numbers bound with the electronic tag on one tray can be inquired according to the electronic tag, and the electronic tag numbers can also be inquired through the waybill numbers, so that the positions of goods can be accurately known at a user side.
As shown in fig. 2, a signal end of the freight management system transmits a signal to a controller, in this embodiment, the signal end is an electronic tag 4, the controller is a remote server 5, a signal transmitted by the electronic tag is transmitted to an exchange through a UWB base station, and is transmitted to a local server through the exchange, and the local server transmits a received signal to the remote server; the electronic tags are bound with the goods, the reader can transmit the received information of the electronic tags to the switch, the switch transmits the information to the local server, and then the information is transmitted to the remote server through the local server, so that the goods can be managed in and out of the warehouse, the states of the goods can be inquired, and the time and the quantity of the goods can be inquired. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the temperatures of different areas in the refrigeration house are different, the positions of goods can be accurately known according to the electronic tags, namely electronic fence areas with different temperatures are divided in the refrigeration house, alarm of misplacing the refrigeration house or alarm of temperature loss is achieved, further, electronic fences for normal delivery or illegal delivery are divided according to delivery positions of the refrigeration house, and illegal delivery alarm is achieved.
In order to reduce the influence of a low-temperature environment on an electronic tag, avoid the influence on the positioning precision of the electronic tag, and reduce the influence of complicated environment, shielding of goods and metal reflection of a cold storage, when the electronic tag is fixed on goods or a tray, a PVC heat-insulating and water-absorbing material is adopted as a tag shell, the material can solve the problem that water condensation generated due to too low temperature causes external water seepage on the tag, and meanwhile, the material can be received by filling a single tag and adopting ultrasonic welding when the tag is sealed, so that the water condensation cannot be formed inside the tag, and the harm to a tag main board is reduced.
According to the scheme, the shell of the electronic tag fixed outside the goods or on the tray and the fixing technology are improved, so that the aviation logistics goods are quickly searched, the working efficiency is improved, and the waiting time of customers is shortened by over 60%; meanwhile, the goods are accurately inquired and managed, the probability of misplacing the goods in a storage area or losing the goods is reduced by over 55 percent, and millions of yuan of economic loss is saved every year.
In this embodiment, a signal of the electronic tag is transmitted through a UWB base station, the structure of the UWB base station is shown in fig. 3, and the base station performs positioning transmission of the base station through a UWB positioning module and a WEB antenna; data communication is realized by utilizing the Bluetooth chip and the Bluetooth antenna; the UWB positioning module and the Bluetooth chip are connected through a data line to transmit data. The base station is powered by 5V direct current voltage, and is subjected to voltage conversion through a direct current-direct current converter to supply power to each device of the base station. And external control of an RJ45 interface is supported. And the RJ45 interface is connected with the DC-DC converter through a POE serial port. The Bluetooth chip is connected with the RJ45 interface through a UART serial port. In addition, the base station is also provided with an LED prompting lamp.
The structure of the electronic tag is shown in fig. 4. The electronic tag measures the moving condition of the tag through the acceleration sensor, and realizes data transmission with the outside through the Bluetooth chip and the Bluetooth antenna. The Bluetooth chip is connected with the UWB positioning module through an output transmission line to realize data transmission. The tag carries out positioning transmission of the tag through the UWB positioning module and the WEB antenna. The label passes through the battery and supplies power for the bluetooth chip to be provided with overheated/overload protection shield between battery and bluetooth chip, realize the protection to the bluetooth chip. In addition, the electronic tag is also provided with an emergency button, and the work is stopped manually under the condition of an emergency.
