Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for determining data publishing parameters, a storage medium and an electronic device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a target statistics request initiated by a first account, wherein the target statistics request is used for requesting statistics of data publishing parameters of data published by a second account in a target publishing scene, and the data publishing parameters are used for indicating the data quality of the data published by the account in the data publishing scene; responding to the target statistic request, and inquiring target scene data corresponding to the target publishing scene from a database; and determining a target data publishing parameter corresponding to the second account according to the target scene data and a target statistical parameter carried by the target statistical request, wherein the target statistical parameter is used for indicating a statistical strategy of the target data publishing parameter. By adopting the technical scheme, the problems of low efficiency of determining data publishing parameters and the like in the related technology are solved.

Description

Method and device for determining data publishing parameters, storage medium and electronic device

Technical Field

The present invention relates to the field of communications, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for determining data publishing parameters, a storage medium, and an electronic apparatus.

Background

In the prior art, the data publishing parameters of each assessment person in a specified time period for representing the workload of the assessment person are counted according to a certain assessment scheme through a manual counting mode, and the mode has the defects of high labor consumption, high workload of the statistics person, high rework cost and low accuracy of a counting result, and if the assessment scheme is changed, a large amount of manual work is required to be consumed to re-count the data publishing parameters of the assessment person according to a new assessment scheme.

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency of determining data publishing parameters and the like in the related technology, no effective solution is provided.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for determining data publishing parameters, a storage medium and an electronic device, which are used for at least solving the problems of low efficiency of determining the data publishing parameters and the like in the related technology.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for determining a data publishing parameter is provided, including:

acquiring a target statistics request initiated by a first account, wherein the target statistics request is used for requesting statistics of data publishing parameters of data published by a second account in a target publishing scene, and the data publishing parameters are used for indicating the data quality of the data published by the account in the data publishing scene;

responding to the target statistic request, and inquiring target scene data corresponding to the target publishing scene from a database, wherein the database is used for recording data published in one or more publishing scenes, and the one or more publishing scenes comprise the target publishing scene;

and determining a target data publishing parameter corresponding to the second account according to the target scene data and a target statistical parameter carried by the target statistical request, wherein the target statistical parameter is used for indicating a statistical strategy of the target data publishing parameter.

Optionally, the determining, according to the target scene data and the target statistical parameter carried by the target statistical request, a target data publishing parameter corresponding to the second account includes:

extracting one or more reference scene data corresponding to the second account from the target scene data, wherein the one or more reference scene data are data of the second account participating in publication in the target publication scene;

determining a first parameter corresponding to the second account in each reference scene data for the second account according to a weight distribution policy indicated by the target statistical parameter, so as to obtain one or more first parameters, wherein the weight distribution policy is used for indicating a reference weight distributed for the target publishing scene and a proportion of the reference weight distributed for a publishing account of the scene data;

determining publishing parameters for the target data according to the one or more first parameters.

Optionally, the determining, according to the weight distribution policy indicated by the target statistical parameter, a corresponding first parameter of the second account in each piece of reference scene data for the second account includes:

extracting the reference weight and the weight proportion from the weight distribution strategy, wherein the weight proportion is the proportion of distributing the reference weight to a publishing account according to the contribution degree of the publishing account of the scene data to the scene data;

and distributing the first parameter for the second account from the reference weight according to the weight proportion.

Optionally, the acquiring the target statistics request initiated by the first account includes:

displaying an editing field on a first application interface, wherein the editing field is used for editing a publishing scene, counting parameters and accounts and/or account sets of publishing parameters of data to be counted;

editing the editing field according to the editing operation executed on the editing field by the first account to obtain a target editing field;

extracting the second account, the target publishing scene and the target statistical parameters from the target editing field;

and constructing the target statistic request by using the second account, the target publishing scene and the target statistic parameters.

Optionally, before the querying target scene data corresponding to the target publication scene from the database, the method further includes:

acquiring published data in each publishing scene of the one or more publishing scenes as candidate data;

extracting data identification, account identification and account set identification from the candidate data, wherein the account identification is used for identifying the account which publishes the candidate data, and the account set identification is used for identifying the account set to which the account which publishes the candidate data belongs;

recording each publishing scene and scene data with corresponding relation in the database, wherein the scene data comprises a data identifier, an account identifier and an account set identifier with corresponding relation.

Optionally, after determining the target data publication parameter corresponding to the second account, the method further includes:

recording accounts with corresponding relations, publishing scenes and data publishing parameters in the database;

acquiring a target call request initiated by a third account, wherein the target call request is used for requesting to call a data publishing parameter of a fourth account for publishing data in a to-be-called publishing scene, and the to-be-called publishing scene is a publishing scene allowing the third account to call the data publishing parameter;

and responding to the target calling request, and calling the corresponding data publishing parameters of the fourth account in the publishing scene to be called from the database.

Optionally, the acquiring the target call request initiated by the third account includes:

displaying a selection field on a second application interface, wherein the selection field is used for selecting a publishing scene and accounts and/or account sets of data publishing parameters to be called;

editing the selected field according to the selection operation executed on the selected field by the third account to obtain a target selected field;

extracting the fourth account and the publishing scene to be called from the target selection field;

and constructing the target calling request by using the fourth account and the publishing scene to be called.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an apparatus for determining a data publishing parameter, including: the system comprises a first acquisition module, a first processing module and a second acquisition module, wherein the first acquisition module is used for acquiring a target statistics request initiated by a first account, the target statistics request is used for requesting statistics of data publishing parameters of data published by a second account in a target publishing scene, and the data publishing parameters are used for indicating the data quality of the data published by the account in the data publishing scene;

the query module is used for responding to the target statistic request and querying target scene data corresponding to the target publishing scene from a database, wherein the database is used for recording published data in one or more publishing scenes, and the one or more publishing scenes comprise the target publishing scene;

and the determining module is used for determining a target data publishing parameter corresponding to the second account according to the target scene data and a target statistical parameter carried by the target statistical request, wherein the target statistical parameter is used for indicating a statistical strategy of the target data publishing parameter.

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is configured to execute the above method for determining data publishing parameters when running.

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic apparatus, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor executes the method for determining the data publishing parameter through the computer program.

By adopting the technical scheme, the problems of low efficiency of determining the data publishing parameters and the like in the related technology are solved, and the technical effect of improving the efficiency of determining the data publishing parameters is realized.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the invention described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. The method provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed in a computer terminal, a computer terminal or a similar operation device. Taking the example of being operated on a computer terminal, fig. 1 is a hardware structure block diagram of the computer terminal of the method for determining data publishing parameters according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the computer terminal may include one or more (only one shown in fig. 1) processors 102 (the processors 102 may include, but are not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA) and a memory 104 for storing data, and in an exemplary embodiment, may also include a transmission device 106 for communication functions and an input-output device 108. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 1 is only an illustration and is not intended to limit the structure of the computer terminal. For example, the computer terminal may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 1, or have a different configuration with equivalent functionality to that shown in FIG. 1 or with more functionality than that shown in FIG. 1.

The memory 104 can be used for storing computer programs, for example, software programs and modules of application software, such as a computer program corresponding to the method for determining data publishing parameters in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 102 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the computer program stored in the memory 104, so as to implement the above-mentioned method. The memory 104 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 104 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 102, which may be connected to a computer terminal over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.

The transmission device 106 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of the computer terminal. In one example, the transmission device 106 includes a Network adapter (NIC), which can be connected to other Network devices through a base station so as to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmission device 106 may be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.

In this embodiment, a method for determining a data publishing parameter is provided, and is applied to the computer terminal, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of the method for determining a data publishing parameter according to the embodiment of the present invention, where the flowchart includes the following steps:

step S202, a target statistic request initiated by a first account is obtained, wherein the target statistic request is used for requesting statistics of data publishing parameters of data published by a second account in a target publishing scene, and the data publishing parameters are used for indicating the data quality of the data published by the account in the data publishing scene;

step S204, responding to the target statistic request, and inquiring target scene data corresponding to the target publishing scene from a database, wherein the database is used for recording published data in one or more publishing scenes, and the one or more publishing scenes comprise the target publishing scene;

step S206, determining a target data publishing parameter corresponding to the second account according to the target scene data and a target statistical parameter carried by the target statistical request, where the target statistical parameter is used to indicate a statistical policy of the target data publishing parameter.

Through the steps, the target statistical request which is initiated by the first account and used for requesting statistics of the data publishing parameters of the data published in the target publishing scene of the second account can be used for inquiring the target scene data corresponding to the target publishing scene from the database, and the target data publishing parameters used for indicating the data quality of the data published in the target publishing scene of the second account are determined according to the statistical strategy of the target data parameters indicated by the target statistical parameters and the target scene data, so that the statistical strategy of the target data parameters indicated by the target statistical parameters is formulated through the target statistical request of the first account, and the target data publishing parameters of the second account are obtained. By adopting the technical scheme, the problems of low efficiency of determining the data publishing parameters and the like in the related technology are solved, and the technical effect of improving the efficiency of determining the data publishing parameters is realized.

In the technical solution provided in step S202, the first account may, but is not limited to, count data publishing parameters of the second account publishing data in the target publishing scene by initiating the target statistics request, and may, but is not limited to, reflect the data quality of the data published by the account in the target publishing scene through the data publishing parameters.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the target publishing scene may include, but is not limited to, a publishing platform of video data (e.g., a short video publishing platform), a publishing platform of audio data (e.g., a publishing platform of music being sung), a publishing channel of text data (e.g., a periodical, a magazine, etc.), and the like.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the data publishing parameters may include, but are not limited to, the number of data published by the account in the publishing scenario of the data, or the score of data published by the account in the publishing scenario of the data, and so on, which reflect the quality of the published data.

In an exemplary embodiment, the target statistics request initiated by the first account may be obtained, but is not limited to, by: displaying an editing field on a first application interface, wherein the editing field is used for editing a publishing scene, counting parameters and accounts and/or account sets of publishing parameters of data to be counted; editing the editing field according to the editing operation executed on the editing field by the first account to obtain a target editing field; extracting the second account, the target publishing scene and the target statistical parameters from the target editing field; and constructing the target statistic request by using the second account, the target publishing scene and the target statistic parameters.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the second account, the target publishing scene and the target statistical parameter may be extracted to construct the target statistical request according to, but not limited to, an editing operation performed by the first account on the publishing scene, the statistical parameter, and the account and/or the account set of the parameter to be statistically published on the first application interface.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the account and/or account set of the parameter to be published with the statistical data may include, but is not limited to, an account and/or account set participating in publishing data, and the account set may include, but is not limited to, one or more accounts belonging to the account set participating in publishing data, such as: article a is published by employee 1 and employee 2 in department a, and employee 3 in department b, then the accounts of the parameters for publishing the data to be counted can include, but are not limited to, employee 1, employee 2, and employee 3, and the set of accounts of the parameters for publishing the data to be counted can include, but are not limited to, department a and department b.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the first application interface may include, but is not limited to, an interface applied to a web page, software or system, and the like.

In the technical solution provided in step S204, if the first account initiates the target statistics request, the target statistics request may be but is not limited to responding to the target statistics request, and target scene data corresponding to the target publication scenario is queried in data published in one or more publication scenarios recorded in the database.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the target scenario data may include, but is not limited to, scenario data related to data published in the target publication scenario, such as: data name, account and/or set of accounts involved in publishing data, and time of publishing data, etc.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the database may record, but is not limited to, the publishing scenes with the corresponding relationship and the scene data of the data published in the publishing scenes, so that, in response to the target statistics request initiated by the first account, the target scene data corresponding to the target publishing scene may be queried from the scene data of the publishing scenes with the corresponding relationship and the data published in the publishing scenes recorded in the database.

In an exemplary embodiment, the data in the database may be recorded, but is not limited to, by: acquiring published data in each publishing scene of the one or more publishing scenes as candidate data; extracting data identification, account identification and account set identification from the candidate data, wherein the account identification is used for identifying the account which publishes the candidate data, and the account set identification is used for identifying the account set to which the account which publishes the candidate data belongs; recording each publishing scene and scene data with corresponding relation in the database, wherein the scene data comprises a data identifier, an account identifier and an account set identifier with corresponding relation.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the publishing scene of the candidate data may include, but is not limited to, a periodical or magazine for publishing text data; or a webpage and software for publishing the short video; and web pages, software, etc. that publish music.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the data identifier of the candidate data, the account identifier participating in publishing the candidate data, and the account set identifier may be, but is not limited to, extracted from the candidate data, and the data identifier may be, but is not limited to, a name used for identifying the candidate data, such as: the name of the publication, the name of the publication video, the name of the publication song, etc., the account identification may be, but is not limited to, a name, a code, etc. for identifying the person participating in publication of the candidate data, and the account set identification may be, but is not limited to, a name, a code, etc. for identifying the department participating in publication of the candidate data.

Optionally, in this embodiment, each publishing scenario and scenario data having a corresponding relationship may be, but are not limited to, recorded in the database, and the scenario data may include, but is not limited to, a data identifier having a corresponding relationship, an account identifier, an account set identifier, and the like.

In the technical solution provided in step S206, the data publishing parameters of the second account publishing data in the target publishing scenario may be determined, but not limited to, by the target scenario data corresponding to the target publishing scenario queried in the database and the statistical policy of the target data publishing parameters indicated by the target statistical parameters.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the target statistics parameter carried by the target statistics request may be, but is not limited to, a statistics policy for indicating a target data publication parameter, and may be, but is not limited to, a statistics policy for customizing a target data publication parameter through an editing operation performed by an editing field displayed on the first application interface by the first account.

In an exemplary embodiment, the target data publication parameter corresponding to the second account can be determined, but is not limited to, by: extracting one or more reference scene data corresponding to the second account from the target scene data, wherein the one or more reference scene data are data of the second account participating in publication in the target publication scene; determining a first parameter corresponding to the second account in each reference scene data for the second account according to a weight distribution policy indicated by the target statistical parameter, so as to obtain one or more first parameters, wherein the weight distribution policy is used for indicating a reference weight distributed for the target publishing scene and a proportion of the reference weight distributed for a publishing account of the scene data; determining publishing parameters for the target data according to the one or more first parameters.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the data that the second account participates in the publication in the target publication scenario may be extracted from the target scenario data, and the first parameter of one or more data published in the target publication scenario by the second account may be determined, and the target data publication parameter may be determined according to the first parameter, which is allocated to the target publication scenario by the first account, and the ratio of the reference weight allocated to the publication account of the scenario data.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the proportion of the reference weight may be allocated to the account and/or the account set for publishing data in the target publishing scene, but not limited to.

Optionally, in this embodiment, when the second account publishes one data in the target publishing scene, the first parameter is determined as the target data publishing parameter; and determining the sum of the first parameters as the target data publishing parameter under the condition that the second account publishes a plurality of data in the target publishing scene.

In an exemplary embodiment, the corresponding first parameter of the second account in each reference scene data may be determined, but is not limited to, by the following way for the second account: extracting the reference weight and the weight proportion from the weight distribution strategy, wherein the weight proportion is the proportion of distributing the reference weight to a publishing account according to the contribution degree of the publishing account of the scene data to the scene data; and distributing the first parameter for the second account from the reference weight according to the weight proportion.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the first account may edit, but is not limited to, the reference weight assigned to the target publication scenario by editing the edit field displayed on the first application interface, so that the reference weight can be flexibly edited, and the data quality of the data published in the target publication scenario by the second account can be reflected from multiple angles (e.g., the ranking of authors in the article, the actual contribution degree to publication of the article, etc.).

Alternatively, in this embodiment, the first account may be, but is not limited to, a proportion of a suitable reference weight to be allocated to the publication account of the scene data by editing an edit field displayed on the first application interface according to the contribution degree of the publication account of the scene data to the scene data, fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an optional first application interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the first account may be, but is not limited to, editing a periodical to be assessed on the first application interface, a weight of the periodical to be assessed, an allocation proportion of a weight of a department participating in the publication data, and an allocation proportion of a weight of a participant in the department participating in the publication data, and a department and a participant to be assessed, and the like, the first account may be, but is not limited to, selecting to assess articles published on an a periodical and a periodical B, wherein a publication article on a periodical has a weight of 3, the weight of an article published in the B journal is 5 points, 3 points may be, but not limited to, equally distributed to departments participating in the article published in the a journal, and the persons participating in publication in each department are assigned the first author, the second author, and the third author with the weight distribution ratio of 0.6, 0.3, and 0.1, respectively, and 5 points may be, but not limited to, assigned 0.6 × 5 × 3 to the first department and 0.4 × 5 × 2 to the second department according to the contribution degree to the published article, and the weight of the participating department may be, but not limited to, equally distributed to the respective persons participating in the participating departments.

In an exemplary embodiment, the data publication parameter for the fourth account may be called from the database, but is not limited to, by: recording accounts with corresponding relations, publishing scenes and data publishing parameters in the database; acquiring a target call request initiated by a third account, wherein the target call request is used for requesting to call a data publishing parameter of a fourth account for publishing data in a to-be-called publishing scene, and the to-be-called publishing scene is a publishing scene allowing the third account to call the data publishing parameter; and responding to the target calling request, and calling the corresponding data publishing parameters of the fourth account in the publishing scene to be called from the database.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the third account may call, from the database, the data publishing parameter of the publishing scenario that allows the third account to be called, where the third account may be, but is not limited to, a fourth account (e.g., an account of a general employee), or an account with a higher authority than the fourth account (e.g., an account of a department administrator, an account of a personnel administrator, etc.), and so on.

In an exemplary embodiment, the target invocation request initiated by the third account may be, but is not limited to being, obtained by: displaying a selection field on a second application interface, wherein the selection field is used for selecting a publishing scene and accounts and/or account sets of data publishing parameters to be called; editing the selected field according to the selection operation executed on the selected field by the third account to obtain a target selected field; extracting the fourth account and the publishing scene to be called from the target selection field; and constructing the target calling request by using the fourth account and the publishing scene to be called.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the third account may select an account and/or an account set of the publication scene and the publication parameter of the data to be called by selecting a selection operation performed by selecting a selection field displayed on the second application interface, that is, the third account has different invocation permissions, and the third account has different selectable selection fields on the second application interface, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an optional second application interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a code number of the third account is 1, a department to which the third account belongs is a B department, the third account can only invoke the data publication parameter of a journal which participates in publication by itself, and cannot select departments and people, a journal which participates in publication by the third account has an a journal and a journal B, and may but not be limited to select to view a score of the journal B, the articles that the third account participates in publishing on the B journal include article a and article B, which can be but are not limited to the selected view of the score of article B, so that the score of article B is displayed on the second application interface as 80 points, and the score of article B is displayed as 46 points.

Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an optional second application interface according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the third account may be, but is not limited to, call the scores of the employees in the a-department, the b-department, and the a-department and the b-department, and the called departments, the employees, the periodicals, and the articles may be selected on the second application interface.

In order to better understand the process of the method for determining the data publishing parameters, the following describes a flow of the method for determining the data publishing parameters with reference to an optional embodiment, but the flow is not limited to the technical solution of the embodiment of the present invention.

Such as: the examination journal is the journal A, the weight of the journal A is 3 points, the number of articles published on the journal A is 1, the examination departments are the department a and the department b, the examination personnel are the employee 1 and the employee 2 in the department a, and the employee 3 in the department b, and the distribution proportion of the weight is respectively as follows: 0.6 part a and 0.4 part b, the allocation ratio of employees in the part a participating in publishing articles is 0.5, and the allocation ratio of employees in the part b participating in publishing articles is 1. Employee 1 in department a, employee 2, and employee 3 in department B are involved in the publication of article B published in journal a.

The reference weight may be, but not limited to, given to department a 3 × 0.6 ═ 1.8, and given to department b 3 × 0.4 ═ 1.2, and then given to employee 1 by 1.8 × 0.5 ═ 0.9 in 1.8 of department a, and given to employee 2 by 1.8 × 0.5 ═ 0.9 in 1.8 of department a, and given to employee 3 by 1.2 of department b, then the score of department a is 1.8, the score of department b is 1.2, the score of employee 1 is 0.9, the score of employee 2 is 0.9, and the score of employee 3 is 1.2.

It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, if a plurality of articles are published in the a journal, the sum of scores (the above-mentioned process of calculating scores) of each article of each department and person participating in publication is used as the score of each department and person participating in publication.

Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal device (such as a mobile phone, a computer, a server, or a network device) to execute the method according to the embodiments of the present invention.

FIG. 7 is a block diagram of an apparatus for determining data publication parameters according to an embodiment of the present invention; as shown in fig. 7, includes:

a first obtaining module 72, configured to obtain a target statistics request initiated by a first account, where the target statistics request is used to request statistics of a data publishing parameter of a second account publishing data in a target publishing scene, and the data publishing parameter is used to indicate data quality of the data published by the account in the publishing scene of the data;

a query module 74, configured to respond to the target statistics request, and query, from a database, target scene data corresponding to the target publication scenario, where the database is configured to record data published in one or more publication scenarios, and the one or more publication scenarios include the target publication scenario;

a determining module 76, configured to determine a target data publishing parameter corresponding to the second account according to the target scene data and a target statistical parameter carried by the target statistical request, where the target statistical parameter is used to indicate a statistical policy of the target data publishing parameter.

Through the embodiment, the target statistical request initiated by the first account and used for requesting statistics of the data publishing parameters of the data published in the target publishing scene of the second account can be used for inquiring the target scene data corresponding to the target publishing scene from the database, and the target data publishing parameters used for indicating the data quality of the data published in the target publishing scene of the second account are determined according to the statistical strategy of the target data parameters indicated by the target statistical parameters and the target scene data, so that the statistical strategy of the target data parameters indicated by the target statistical parameters is formulated through the target statistical request of the first account, and the target data publishing parameters of the second account are obtained. By adopting the technical scheme, the problems of low efficiency of determining the data publishing parameters and the like in the related technology are solved, and the technical effect of improving the efficiency of determining the data publishing parameters is realized.

In an exemplary embodiment, the determining module includes:

an extracting unit, configured to extract one or more reference scene data corresponding to the second account from the target scene data, where the one or more reference scene data are data of the second account participating in publication in the target publication scene;

a first determining unit, configured to determine, for the second account, a corresponding first parameter of the second account in each piece of reference scene data according to a weight distribution policy indicated by the target statistical parameter, to obtain one or more first parameters, where the weight distribution policy is used to indicate a reference weight distributed to the target publishing scene and a ratio of the reference weight distributed to a publishing account of the scene data;

and the second determining unit is used for determining the target data publishing parameters according to the one or more first parameters.
