As used in this specification and the appended claims, the singular forms "a", "an", and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the steps of the corresponding methods are not necessarily performed in the order shown and described in the present specification. In some other embodiments, the method may include more or fewer steps than those described herein. Moreover, a single step described in this specification may be broken down into multiple steps for description in other embodiments; multiple steps described in this specification may be combined into a single step in other embodiments.
FIG. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a document review method, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
In this embodiment, the documents may be divided into conference documents and non-conference documents according to whether the documents are applied to a conference scene, and the conference documents may be used as documents for presenting or recording conference contents of any conference. The non-conference document may exist in the form of a paper, an experimental report, etc. and does not need to contain conference-related content like the conference document described above, and in fact, the storage format of the non-conference document may also have diversity, for example, expressed in the form of a PDF document, a table, a pattern, or a geometric figure, etc., which is not limited in this specification.
Further, the meeting documents that have existed and been recorded in the past may be characterized by historical meeting documents.
Meanwhile, the conference document can be divided into a periodic conference document and an aperiodic conference document according to whether the conference corresponding to the conference document has periodicity. The periodic meeting document can be used for recording meetings with periodic and content consistency characteristics. The aperiodic meeting document described above can be used to record any individual meeting. The document has a document attribute for representing the basic feature of the document, and the document attribute may be determined according to an attribute identifier carried by the document or determined according to a preset corresponding relationship between the current document and the document attribute, which is not limited in this specification.
As shown in fig. 1, the method may include the steps of:
s101, responding to a review instruction triggered based on the current document, obtaining a document list, and displaying the document list in the current document.
The current document is a document displayed in an operation interface of a current user, and when a review instruction triggered based on the current document is received, a document list corresponding to the current document can be acquired, and the document list is displayed in the operation interface.
The review instruction can trigger the operation of acquiring the document list through technologies such as control clicking and voice recognition, and a specific implementation manner of the review instruction can be adjusted according to an actual use scene, which is not limited in this specification.
The document list may be used to show documents that a user may need to review, and documents included in the document list may be determined according to a last access time, document attributes of a current document, or a user-defined rule, which is not limited in this specification.
In one embodiment, it is assumed that the document attributes can be divided into: periodic meeting documents, aperiodic meeting documents, and non-meeting documents. Then after detecting and determining the document attributes of the current document, a corresponding document list may be obtained based on the document attributes.
For example: and determining a historical conference document list in the period under the condition that the document attribute is the periodic conference document. Assuming that a conference name of a periodic conference is developed before two weeks, the periodic conference is developed every two weeks, and a periodic conference document is recorded every time, when a brand-new periodic conference document is created as a current document, if a specific review document control is clicked in an interface of the current document, a history conference document list in a time length of two weeks before the current time can be obtained. Because periodic conference documents have stronger relevance and content consistency compared with common documents, the reference meaning of the documents which are reviewed by a user in an actual scene can be improved. Therefore, the embodiment can show the historical conference documents in the periodic time corresponding to the periodic conference documents aiming at the periodic conference documents, so that the time for the user to inquire the documents to be reviewed is shortened, and the user experience is improved.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in the case where the document attribute is a periodic meeting document, the determined list of historic meeting documents may vary the determined scope of the documents contained therein according to other means or rules. For example: setting a conference theme used for representing a periodic conference with a specific theme to which the current document belongs for any document, and acquiring a historical conference document list conforming to the conference theme after determining the conference theme of the current document. This is not a limitation in the present description.
Another example is: and acquiring a historical conference document list under the condition that the document attribute is the aperiodic conference document. Assuming that a conference name of an aperiodic conference exists as "new product release conference" and an aperiodic conference document exists as a current document, a list of historical conference documents can be obtained based on the current document. Since the history conference document list acquired when the aperiodic conference document is reviewed has no periodic time limitation, the embodiment can have higher expansibility and flexibility in the aspect of reviewing the document range.
For another example: and acquiring a document access list in a preset time period under the condition that the document attribute is a non-conference document. After the current document triggers a review instruction, a document access list in a preset time period can be obtained, and the document access list can preferentially obtain documents with document names containing specified keywords such as "meeting", "recording" and the like, so that the documents in the document access list are closer to the documents actually needed by the user.
The specific content of the document attribute may be divided according to the actual application scenario or property of the current document, for example: in an office scenario where a business, a company, uses a document to coordinate or record meeting content, the document attributes may be divided into: periodic meeting documents, aperiodic meeting documents, and non-meeting documents. Or according to the actual storage location of the document, the document attributes may be divided into: online cloud documents, local documents. This is not a limitation in the present description.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above document list and document access list may vary the scope of acquisition depending on the identity rights of the user who may characterize the creating user or the accessing user. For example: the 'document 1' created by a user A contains the high-level meeting content of an enterprise, the 'document 2' created by a user B contains the summary content of each group of weekly meetings of a department in the enterprise, and the user A is the general manager of the department of the enterprise, belongs to the direct upper department of the department and has the identity authority of accessing each group of documents. When the user a creates "document 3", if the acquisition range of the document list is determined according to the identity authority of the creating user, the document created by the creating user itself may be acquired, that is, the user a may acquire the document list containing "document 1" created by itself. If the document list is determined according to the identity authority of the access user
And the "document 3" allows the user a to access, the identity authority according to the accessing user can be obtained
The accessible documents, that is, the user a may obtain a document list of "document 1" and "document 2". The identity authority of the user can be determined according to preset or user-defined conditions, which is not limited in this specification.
Meanwhile, the arrangement order of the documents in the document list may be determined according to the last modification time of the documents, the last access time of the user, or a user-defined priority rule, which is not limited in this specification.
After the document list is obtained, the documents matching the keywords in the document list can be screened according to the received document search request aiming at the document list. The document search request may include one or more keywords. Therefore, the problem that the specific document cannot be accurately positioned due to the fact that the number of the documents in the document list is too large is solved, and the efficiency of a user for inquiring any document in the document list is improved.
It is conceivable by those skilled in the art that the document search request may perform an online search by means of keywords, URL addresses, and the like for other conference documents not in the acquired document list, in addition to performing a local search for the acquired document list. The document search request may implement document search in different search modes according to specific usage scenarios, which is not limited in this specification.
S102, responding to a selection instruction aiming at any document in the document list, and acquiring the any document as a target document.
The selection instruction is used for selecting the specified document in the document list. Similar to the above review instructions, the selection instruction may implement the selection operation of any document by clicking a control, voice recognition, eye capture, and the like. This is not a limitation in the present description. Meanwhile, the target document is usually stored in a specific storage space and can be acquired only through a corresponding legal request.
In an embodiment, a docKey (document identifier) is assigned to any document as a unique identifier of any document, and an OSS (Object Storage Service) address used for representing an actual Storage location of any document may be queried according to the docKey carried by any document. Because the OSS certificate includes the OSS address and the access permission and credential, the OSS certificate corresponding to the docKey may be used to obtain the OSS address of the document, and obtain the actual document of the document from the OSS address as the target document.
S103, extracting the specified content in the target document, and displaying the specified content in the current document.
The specified content is document content meeting a specified type in the target document, for example: backlog with checkbox, @ someone's line, certain keyword's line, line with certain text attribute (e.g., title 1, title 2, title 3, quote, etc.), hyperlink, uploaded file, video, audio, etc. The extracted document content may be any text, style attribute, and type having some common features in the target document, which is not limited in this specification. The to-do-item may be determined by a checkbox, a text delete line, or the like, which is not limited in this specification. The common features may be determined, divided by type, as follows.
In an embodiment, each piece of document content and the type of each piece of document content in the target document may be obtained by analyzing the target document, and the document content of which the type conforms to a preset type is extracted as the specified content. For example: and if the preset type is only the backlog with the checkbox, the obtained specified content does not contain other contents except the two backlogs with the checkbox. The preset type may be adjusted according to an actual application scenario, and this is not limited in this specification.
When the document content of the target document is modified and the like in the current document, the document content in the target document can also execute corresponding synchronous operation.
In an embodiment, an operation instruction for any document content in the current document is received, and if the any document content is the specified content, the operation instruction is executed on the current document and the target document respectively. And in the case that the content of any document is not the specified content, only executing the operation instruction on the current document. The operation instruction may be used to represent operations of modifying text, a to-do state, and the like of the specified content, which is not limited in this specification. This enables bidirectional synchronization of specified content common to the current document and the target document, thereby ensuring content real-time between the two. The situation that the user still using the target document cannot know the modified content in time after the current document modifies the specified content in the target document is avoided.
The designated content may be handled as a task by a designated person in charge, and for example, the above object may be achieved by setting a correspondence relationship between the task and the person in charge. When the appointed content is close to the time required to be completed, an urging message can be sent to the responsible person through the corresponding user account of the responsible person so as to urge the responsible person to complete the processing as soon as possible.
In one embodiment, a separate solicitation option for any document content and a bulk solicitation option for multiple document contents are provided within the current document. And sending the handling information to a handler corresponding to the content of any document under the condition that the individual handling option is triggered. And sending the hastening information to the processing personnel corresponding to the plurality of document contents under the condition that the batch hastening option is triggered.
The tasks can be divided into high, medium and low urging levels according to the urgency degree of the tasks so as to assist a user in judging which task has higher processing priority.
The responsible persons mentioned above can be added, removed or modified according to actual situations, for example, an original responsible person a who handles a task cannot handle the task due to some reason, and the task can be assigned to another responsible person B for handling, which is not limited in this specification.
According to the embodiment, the method for reviewing the document in the specification can directly browse the automatically extracted specified content by selecting the target document to be reviewed in the operation interface of the current document on the premise that the user does not need to manually review any content in the past document, so that the operation cost of the user is greatly reduced, and the user experience in the document reviewing process is improved. Meanwhile, the operation instruction of the specified content in the current document can be automatically synchronized to the target document, so that redundant operation is omitted while data consistency is ensured. In addition, the description also provides a handling function aiming at the document content, so that the document processing efficiency is effectively improved.
The technical scheme of the specification can be applied to a C/S (Client-Server) architecture. FIG. 2 is an interaction diagram illustrating a document review in an exemplary embodiment of the present description. Embodiments of the subject matter described in this specification can be implemented as one or more computer programs, i.e., one or more modules of computer program instructions, encoded on a tangible, non-transitory program carrier for execution by, or to control the operation of, data processing apparatus. Alternatively or additionally, the program instructions may be encoded on an artificially generated propagated signal, e.g., a machine-generated electrical, optical, or electromagnetic signal, that is generated to encode and transmit information to suitable receiver apparatus for execution by the data processing apparatus. The computer storage medium may be a machine-readable storage device, a machine-readable storage substrate, a random or serial access memory device, or a combination of one or more of them.
The processes and logic flows described in this specification can be performed by one or more programmable computers executing one or more computer programs to perform corresponding functions by operating on input data and generating output. The processes and logic flows can also be performed by, and apparatus can also be implemented as, special purpose logic circuitry, e.g., an FPGA (field programmable gate array) or an ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit).
Computers suitable for executing computer programs include, for example, general and/or special purpose microprocessors, or any other type of central processing unit. Generally, a central processing unit will receive instructions and data from a read-only memory and/or a random access memory. The basic components of a computer include a central processing unit for implementing or executing instructions and one or more memory devices for storing instructions and data. Generally, a computer will also include, or be operatively coupled to receive data from or transfer data to, or both, one or more mass storage devices for storing data, e.g., magnetic, magneto-optical disks, or optical disks. However, a computer does not necessarily have such a device. Moreover, a computer may be embedded in another device, e.g., a mobile telephone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a mobile audio or video player, a game console, a Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver, or a portable storage device such as a Universal Serial Bus (USB) flash drive, to name a few.
Computer-readable media suitable for storing computer program instructions and data include all forms of non-volatile memory, media and memory devices, including by way of example semiconductor memory devices (e.g., EPROM, EEPROM, and flash memory devices), magnetic disks (e.g., an internal hard disk or a removable disk), magneto-optical disks, and CD ROM and DVD-ROM disks. The processor and the memory can be supplemented by, or incorporated in, special purpose logic circuitry.
